My boss and I have come here the last few months for our pedis and I have to say the extra $5 is definitely worth it. The thing I love most is that they use new liners (and I think new drain covers or whatever the covers are covering) for each pedicure. First walking in, the place is definitely a step up than other pedicures. It's a classy setup. They could use some new polishes, but I always bring my own so that doesn't really affect me. The magazines usually look pretty beat up too so I may need to start bringing my own reading material. Besides that, they do great work and are very friendly. This place is interesting. When you walk in you're not sure if you've stepped into a museum or a nail salon. This place is huge and a bit overwhelming. I immediately got greeted, which was nice. I sat down with a small paper and clipboard to choose what I wanted to get done. I opted for a plain manicure and toe polish change. I had an appointment so they sat me right away but I did feel like the whole experience was a bit rushed. I felt rushed when picking my color and then had to use the bathroom, so I felt bad making the girl wait even longer. My toe polish was just okay, nothing extra but then again I didn't pay for extra. The manicure was just okay. Again they didn't do anything extra. I honestly can't even remember if they put lotion on my hands or massaged them. I've been to other places where I've gotten manicures and it was a truly relaxing experience. I felt like just another number at this place. The nail drying station is a sitting area with a bunch of UV lights, no actual dryers. It was interesting! No one offered me a massage or anything (again like I've gotten at most salons). The only thing they have going for them is that they offer you wine or margaritas, which the concept seems nice but I'd rather have a better experience than a fancy drink. Got my nails done for the first time here yesterday and will probably never go back. While my very fancy pedicure was excellent, and removed so many of my callouses, my SNS manicure was horrible. First, they don't even trim cuticles like in other salons, which for the price they should. And also, I had a glitter one from before and the nail tech left that glitter all over my hands. Not even just by the nails or on my fingers, it was ALL over my hands.There was also new nail color all over and over half of my nails had so much extra gunk that I felt like it was stuck to my fingers. My nails are bumpy too. I tried getting my tech to fix the blue left on my fingers and she rubbed them with a cotton ball and walked off, not only not fixing literally anything I pointed out, but leaving cotton ball stuck all over my fingers as well. Even after I complained and showed the manager how bad they were, they could only fix so much and didn't even offer me any discount or anything to account for how bad they are and how inconvenient the fix was. While I think this was just a one off person that's terrible at SNS it still colors my whole opinion of the salon. read more

Their customer service was great from the time I walked in until I paid. They got us sat quickly in our pedicure chairs. They did a nice job on my toes and I enjoyed the 50 minute pedicure. Dip tips on 7/15/20. Showed the tech a sporty picture of white tips. Great shape but during the appointment multiple times made comments about how they seemed too long was then told it's just the way the picture looks and how long your fingers are. Even at check out I commented on the length. 7/15/20 called during the day and asked if I could come in at 530 to get them shorter was told just to walk in. Came in and was told they were too busy to help me and that I would have to wait until 7 just to file my nails to the length I originally asked for. Normally this would not be an issue but I have a flight to catch in a few hours. The entire time I was there not once did I see staff sanitize door, common area, chairs, tools not to mention the totally disorganization in the pictures. read more

This place has gone down hill. This is the second time I've been here and they have done a horrible job. Not only is my shellac pedicure peeling off on day two but my dip powder nails have chipped. You expect great work when you spend $130 on your nails. Unfortunately, they do not deliver. Not to mention the rude front desk woman who said "that's not our problem" and the manager who can't find a resolution at all. Phoebe was WONDERFUL! This was my first pedicure since COVID-19, and I probably could have climbed a mountain barefoot before I came in. I work on my feet 8-12 hours a day, and couldn't have been happier with my pedicure. My feet look brand new and the massage was incredible. I think the technicians can really make or break a salon, I got very lucky with LV. I recommend asking for her if you come here, she's very experienced. A few weeks ago, I was at the domain and in a rush to get my nails done. Since the normal place I go to was fully booked, I decided to quickly stop at Caesars in the domain. Fast forward to two days ago, I go back to my normal nail salon. She's soaking off the acrylic nails that i got put on at Caesars and she makes a face of disgust. Obviously I was worried so I asked her if everything was okay. She asked me if the place I went to previously was cheap or expensive and I told her they were relatively expensive. She then shows me the FUNGUS that grew on my nail. She told me that that's what happens when cheap nails are used and not properly sanitized. I will never go to Caesars EVER again nor will I ever recommend it to anyone I know. I will actually go out of my way to tell people NOT to go to this place. This is disgusting. read more

I feel like their prices are extremely overpriced for what you actually receive. I wanted a pedicure with gel polish. So the pedicure I picked was maybe $35 and to add the gel polish, it was an additional $20. I did SNS on my nails. They do not clean up your cuticles and if you want that it's additional $5 on top of their $55 SNS price and the price for the SNS varies. My nails are horrible. All different lengths and the polish is uneven. I had SNS all over the tips of my hands. This used to be my go to salon but not anymore. You can find places that do a better job and actually take pride in their work at a cheaper cost. I mean $55 and my nails look like a child did them. They don't lotion or fix your cuticles. I randomly get my nails done, and in the 5 years I have lived in Austin, this place has been consistent! 9.99 times out of 10 I get the SNS (dip) nails. Justin does the best job! Honestly, one of the best jobs I have ever had done. Ask for him, or call ahead to ensure you get him! The 0.01 times out of 10 that he is busy, or I cannot have the SNS nails because of my job (I work in a hospital), I get their regular manicure. It has consistently been horrible. My nails are always misshapen, different lengths, and very thin on the ends and break off. The last time I went there, the girl doing my nails was rushing and ended up cutting chunks of 2 of my fingers off on the sides. One of them bled until I got home (20+) minutes. While it was bleeding, the girl doing my nails, took her dirty nail and ran it along the side (like they do to get paint off when it gets on your skin) to get the blood off. That is VERY unsanitary. I informed the lady at the front, she was very understanding, noting that I usually have Justin do my nails, but he was busy. She said she'd inform the manager. I was pleased with that and left. However, by the time I got home, all my nails were messed up -- BUMMER. So just be careful with plain manicures! My pedicures have always been great! No matter who you get, they are always good! Linda is really good, and so are many others -- I just can't remember their names (Linda has done my toes many times, and they have a lot of staff to accommodate the rush they bring in!) Walk-ins are always accommodated, and I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes. However, on the weekends I would recommend calling ahead just to avoid a long wait - they do the business! I would recommend this place over the others I have tried in the area. The pricing is also pretty standard, maybe even a little cheaper for the basic mani/pedi. read more

Today, I returned to Caesar's Nails & Spa to get a pedicure/manicure. As a person with a disability, I normally never have issues with manicures, but pedicures tend to be a big hairy deal. Most salons don't have a separate bucket for my feet and turn me away. The two previous times I went to Caesar's, there was a bucket. Both times I went in, was offered a beverage, was told to pick out my color, etc., so I didn't think today would be any different. Well, it was. It was busier because of Mother's Day weekend, so the minute I entered the place they told me that they couldn't accommodate the pedicure because I couldn't get out of my wheelchair. I explained that they had the bucket and then a woman said, "Oh, okay, well it will be an hour." She took my number. Over an hour later, no call. So I go inside and the woman looks annoyed as soon as she saw me. I was told by the receptionist that she tried to call twice. My phone had no missed calls. A few minutes later, a guy appears and directs me over to this empty corner of the salon near no TVs, sinks, and says they'll bring the bucket there. I felt like a second class citizen. I then politely asked to be relocated to the actual pedicure area, near the water, so they could freshen the water in the bucket. He look looked annoyed, but puts me in the back corner at an empty pedicure station and tells me to hang on. Then he disappears. He doesn't ask me to pick a color, he didn't offer me a drink (every other able bodied person gets this treatment) and after ten minutes of waiting, no one showed. So I left. While I realize that a pedicure is a luxury, it sucks to feel like such a leper and to be treated like one. The first review I wrote for this establishment was full of compliments, but now, after today's treatment, I realize that I must have been dreaming when I wrote my first review. I paid for an extra long hand massage and got the exact same amount of time as my 13 year old daughter. Then about 30 min after we left the salon we noticed my daughters gel nails looked weird. Cloudy. Had to go back. They said the first nail techs light must have been broken. Had to redo all the top coat. I had a full set with dip. It's been 5 days and i have already broken 3 of them. . When I first came in, I filled out the service card and went to pick a color. While looking at the choices, I had three different people come up to ask me if I was ready. I had barely taken a glance over all the options and already felt rushed. I got short acrylic overlay with regular Polish and a matte topcoat. Being someone who had had her nails done since age 18, I know that like furniture, you have to wait a bit in between coats of paint, or the paint won't cure. I watched as the three coats were put on, and I was set in front of their "drying station" which had one tiny bulb every foot around or so. After sitting for 10 minutes, I noticed my nails weren't curing, so I asked the tech how long it usually takes to dry. With major attitude, she says 15-20 minutes more....which can't be right. I've never waited under a dryer 15 minutes to dry regular polish. Asked another person there, and he says it should only take about 5-7 minutes. I wait the 7 minutes before I leave, and here I am typing this review with sloppy and uncured nails that are super thick. The more I look at them, the angrier I am about the dirty looks I was given when questioning the staff. Will not be back, and do not recommend. read more

I was really looking forward to my visit. I called in at 7:10 to ask if they had time to do SNS nails, the lady who answered said yes if I came in the next 10 min. I walked it at 7:20 and I was immediately greeted with a warm and lovely environment, however the lady wearing the manager tag abruptly tells me "no walk ins after 7:15" I explained the phone conversation and she didn't seem pleased that she had to keep her word. After I picked my color and sat with the nail tech I told them I wanted to get a fresh set since I had a few fills with the SNS I currently had. The manager immediately came over and said no the only reason they took me in was because over the phone I said fill, which was not the case what so ever. She kept telling me no that they would just do a fill. I wasn't going to be forced into a service that I was paying for and did not want so I left. If a business stops taking clients by a certain time they should advertise that. The website said closes at 8pm not stop seeing appointments at 7:15pm. It's no different if someone walks into a restaurant 20 minutes before they close. You still seat that person and let them order their food without rushing or forcing a certain item. I'm so disappointed, not only did I drive out of my way from where I was, but I was excited to try a new place. With all the bad reviews I'm glad I dodged that bullet. read more

I recently moved to the Domain and tried Caesar's today and LOVED IT! I called today and they were able to fit me in at the time I wanted even though it's the day before New Year's Eve. The place is beautiful with so many stations and even a bar! Susan did my toes and Mary did my manicure. They both were so sweet and amazing at what they do! Went here to get my nails done before my trip to Tulum. I requested minor nail extensions and shellac French tips. Inside was very nice but service was weird. I think they were understaffed. I made a reservation and my technician wasn't present. A guy helped at the beginning but it was a bit off-putting as he kept talking (in Vietnamese) to the other workers. Therefore it didn't feel like I was receiving a relaxing service. After he did the extensions he started somewhat painting my nails before my technician finally took over. After that it was okay. I'm used to salons having new equipment everytime but they seemed to just reuse their tools. Probably not the most sanitary, but maybe that's normal? I have no idea. Was happy with the results but the experience wasn't spa-like at all. read more
