I visited mid-day on a Sunday expecting a wait, but I was greeted and seated promptly along with my husband for both of our pedicures.It was very nice and clean place with friendly staff. The let down, was the lack of choices of colors !! I couldn't find new shades , probably just different shades of basic color(talking about normal paints not the gel shades) I even had to ask some one if they had any thing to drink(usually I am offered a drink when I walk in at other places) Though they had complimentary wine and sodas. They lady who did my pedi, after I said No for a manicure she started pushing me for going for a manicure or a nail color/french etc for my hand.The pedicure was decent but didn't massage well at all & felt she just rushed through me finishing her job asap. Very basic and super quick !!! I have been to other places which have a better service comparatively for a pedicure. read more

I visited this salon for the second time today, and was sadly disappointed. The first time I had chosen studio N9 quality salon as it was more reasonably priced and had quality reviews. The first time the technicians took a long time, but it was an excellent job. I decided to go again today and was not happy with my choice. My toes were GREAT! The massage was amazing and the technician did an excellent job. My review is about my nails, as I selected a dipping powder. The shape of my nails is messy, there is a hair in my polish, and it is clumpy and not even. All of this for a 45$ powder. I paid in total 100, and am currently waiting at a different nail salon to have them fixed! read more

I rarely treat myself to a mani/pedi but when I do, I make the drive across town to come here and it's always been a great experience. They did my nails for my wedding and the day before I was induced with my first baby! I wish I could give 1/2 a star and only as a warning. I just moved to Austin, and took my wife here for some much needed R&R. We called ahead and was told there was no wait. That was a lie, we waited for 10 minutes before being seated and then 15 mi it's with our feet soaking in hot water. And not because the place was full, but because there weren't enough people working. I got the Royal mani pedi. "jimmy" came to handle me, which I wasn't really comfortable with but whatever. He would up being Ok. But my wife, she got some ambivalent clearly bored woman who halfway through just stopped and went to work on other people! When they realized their mistake and continued on her a different woman finisher her up, this woman was fine. I tipped both jimmy and her, but left the bat faced girl with nothing but a look... A week later we went again... this time I got the disinterested roly-poly woman who was more interested in talking to others, answering the phone etc etc. didn't get the callous removal, the massage was a mess and my mani.... it just... my hands look the same going in as they do coming out. I'm DONE with this place. I'll take our business elsewhere. We go often to keep our hands and feet in good shape. It's time to demand we (all of us) get treated better than this N9, get your act together. read more

I had a great experience while there, and loved my nail tech, Lisa. She was great to chat with. The place was quiet, and seemed nice enough. I got a gel manicure, and it looked great (not thick). The only thing that bothered me is that the tops/underside of my nails weren't painted. Unfortunately though, at 5 days, my nails are cracked and chipping. Which has never happened to me with gel before. I'll probably go back and try again, but $30 for less than one week of polish is definitely not worth it to me. :( read more

I have been coming here for about a year. There's no other place I will go to. Nancy, Jimmy and Lisa are the ones who usually do my nails. Every single time I go they kill it! Even tonight I went in with a photo of the color nails I wanted. Nancy was able to mix colors together to make them just what I wanted. I couldn't of been happier with the outcome. They always have bottled waters and sodas for you to drink. Yes there are times when I've needed to wait BUT it's worth it. Main reason is you never feel like they're rushing. They take their time to make sure it's perfect and just what you asked for. They're always laughing and smiling and remember you each time you come in. It's that kind of customer service that keeps me coming back. I appreciate how much they pay attention to detail as well. The nail salon is always clean top to bottom. That's very important to me and I've never seen it dirty. The pedicures are out of this world and the leg massages always put me to sleep! Best place to go in austin and the pricing is just right. The environment was very nice and well kept up, and they did a good job on my nails. Honestly I wouldn't return because the service was so slow and they needed more technicians working. Owner doesn't wear a mask. This used to be our favorite nail salon ( there are LOTS to choose from), but not any more. I got burned by a hot towel on my leg, and my toes were bleeding at the tips as a result of rough treatment. We may try again later, but for now, this is not our favorite. read more

Got a SNS manicure here with tips recently - incredibly sweet and professional staff, cute and clean studio, and my nails looked great and were priced very fairly! A week after I got my nails done I broke one from drunken pool party shenanigans (not normal wear and tear at all, my nails were still looking great otherwise). I came by the next day for a walk-in, and had my nail repaired right away free of charge! I've been going to this amazing crew for the past two years -- they're the best! I get a mani, pedi, and eyebrow wax and I've never been disappointed. Compared to other nail salons I've been to, they're attention to detail is excellent, it's always clean, and they're so nice and considerate if I have any injuries (I work out and have had past injuries and I tend to pick at my nail beds, hence the need for a manicure). Plus, Nancy, Krystal, and Jimmy always know what colors are trending and give me awesome recommendations on what colors/styles to try. Great to take kids to too! I brought my little sister plenty of times when she's visited. Highly recommend this nail salon and hope they don't ever get too busy for me to squeeze in last minute. :) read more

Cute salon, great nail techs too. They do quality dip nails here and charge about $40. They went the extra mile that a lot of salons don't: soaked off my dip nails, gave my cuticles attention, and sanded down the dip at the end. It's hard to find all 3 in one place. My new go to salon! read more

Nancy did a fantastic job with my manicure. Her massage was great. The guy who did my pedicure however, did not give me a foot/ leg massage. For $35 and for advertising a "sugar scrub" I expected an exfoliating scrub and a massage. He gently 'applied' lotion, but that's not a massage. When he started applying the nail polish I asked very politely "did you massage my feet"? And he started yelling at me! Literally yelling saying I'm rude for questioning him! I was like "wow"! I had already paid and tipped well before Nancy did my hand nails, so I just said 100% of my tip goes to her! I can only assume that he's the owner, Jimmy, because I can't imagine an employee treating a paying customer like that. I still can't believe he yelled at me for asking a question. There are so many other ways I can think of how he could've handled my question! He's definitely not a happy man. read more

This was NOT my usual pedicure experience. The salon was very clean and pleasant. Polish selection is displayed neatly in front and not all over the store. As a very ticklish person, I always expect a certain level of discomfort, but pedicures keep my feet healthy and pretty, so I endure. However, I was so pleasantly surprised to receive a true massage with my spa pedicure and I actually *enjoyed* it! Let me tell you, this was not one of those average rub the legs and feet vigorously for less than 10 min. The end product was very neat and I wasn't ignored for an extended period of time waiting to dry and pay. Hands down, this is the best pedicure I have received. Experience was nice enough. Loved the atmosphere itself however what happened during the service what is we didn't care for. I definitely don't like to bring this up but it was such a shame to see and experience this. Right after we were seated an African American woman walked in and before she could say anything, the employee spoke in a blunt manner "we busy". When the lady asked how long, another employee responded in the same manner with "long". Just short, blunt, and rude. So the young lady leaves. Moments after a Caucasian lady walks in, immediately the tone and answers switch. "Hello ma'am, how can I help you today?" The lady wanted a manicure and pedicure and asked if they were busy. They responded with "no we aren't busy at all! Pick your color and we will be right with you". And shortly after they say her done and begun with her. If I'm looking back, they seemed less than thrilled to do our pedicures as well. But that doesn't matter much to me. What my husband and I didn't like was how different we saw them treat people based on who they were, and what they looked liked. It was my birthday when I went yesterday so I wanted to ignore it, but I had to write what I saw. If they ever see this, they'll probably deny this but if you are reading this staff, you should know you are very wrong. Horrible. It's a shame because the place, atmosphere, music, etc is beautiful! However I will never return to a place where this is tolerated. It's not right. read more

I came here with a group of friends for a basic manicure and had just regular OPI nail polish put on and the polish lasted nearly 2 weeks. I wanted to start getting SNS nails but the first time I did it, I made the mistake of going to a different salon and has a terrible time and nails I liked but didn't love. Yesterday, I came back here and got my second set of SNS nails and I love them. The nail technician was awesome, she commented on how thick my first set was and told me she does it much thinner. She was fast and very friendly, and I left with a beautiful set of natural looking fingernails. I will not go anywhere else for my nails. It's a drive for me to come here as I come from Round Rock but I don't mind at all. I didn't have an appointment yesterday but I was able to get right in and I just can't recommend this place high enough. read more

Let me just start by saying that customer service is very important and the people that work here were the kindest people. they offered me a glass of wine. They offered me bottle water too. I accepted both. My sister, my boyfriend and I went for a pedicure. They were able to tend to me first, and they worked on my nails with no issues. My friend who was not getting a pedicure was allowed to sit next to us so we could chat the whole time and we were a little loud. They never once made us lower our voices. I think the glass of wine got to me because I was in a super good mood. The man painted my nails beautifully. i'm not from around here but if I were ever to come back to Austin, this is the place that I would definitely be going. read more

This is place is a gem! After trying T nails spa and Eshee nails and being so disappointed, I was worried I wouldn't find a place with great quality and customer service. I was wrong, I absolutely love this place! I went in on a Saturday morning and they were able to seat me right away. I got the Royal Pedicure and a gel manicure. It is quite a deal for what you get. Foot mask, sugar scrub, lotion massage, hot stone massage and nail care all for $50. Amy gave such a great massage and I never felt rushed. She did such a fantastic job on my nails and it was a very clean facility. This is my new go to and am so happy I found this place. I can't wait to see Amy again! read more
