    Sammi is a true Boss! She has OCD which feeds my heart. My nails have been BOMB! Every single time. Paul is great as well and funny. Sammi has made all my nail dreams come true, she is focused, and always does a terrific job. I love this little hidden treasure.

    Horrible experience at Boss Nails on 1/11/19. my polish has bumps in it, polish left on my skin, & cuticles not done properly.

    DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO BOSS NAILS *VERY RUDE *The type of customer service given depends on what you look like! *They have signs displayed that say NO ENTOURAGE & NO KIDS allowed. No entourage really?! Like what do they really mean? What are they implying? This was my 1st time at Boss Nails & was needing a mani/pedi. When I 1st walk in I'm asked what I'm needing by a tech whose name I later find out is Sammi & is not friendly w/ me from the beginning & at 1st this does not bother but as my visit goes on I'm noticing how Sammi is interacting w/ her customer & a few other customers around her who are obviously repeat customers becuz they are having very loud conversations about following each other on Instagram, ect so this alone is not making for a very relaxed experience. Then the tech going to do my mani keeps rushing me to pick out my color so I end up picking a color I don't really want & this tech is very abrupt..she never once asked if I wanted anything to drink (they give complementary mimosas, wine, water) even though EVERY CUSTOMER around me was offered something to drink or had a drink. She then kept stopping from doing my nails to go paint another customers feet. I'm then moved to the pedicure chair w/ my nails wet from the 1st clear coat but not done & once in the chair neither tech turns on my massage & all of a sudden the water is so hot that I literally scream out that it's burning me! & AGAIN the tech doing my mani leaves me to go finish another customer so after sitting there w/ no massage on I end up having to ask where the massage remote is so I can turn it on myself w/ my wet nails! since I'm left waiting w/ my nails not painted yet I ask the tech starting on my pedi if she can give me the colors so I can pick a new color that I really want becuz obviously I have time becuz the tech doing my mani is STILL PAINTING SOMEONE ELSE'S TOES! By this point I just wanted to leave but I'm sitting in the chair getting my pedi so I stay. Eventually the tech finishes my mani but I am still getting my pedi & then another customer & her boyfriend who are sitting directly in front of me getting her nails done by the tech Sammi start talking about Yelp reviews & Sammi is complaining how some of the good reviews that customers have left don't show up on Yelp for Boss Nails & then I CLEARLY hear Sammi ask this customer to leave her a good review on Yelp, which the business is NOT supposed to do so as an active Yelper I chime in & explain to them that the reason some of the Reviews don't show is becuz if the person who created the review isn't very active on Yelp those reviews go into the "not recommended" reviews & that you can tell on Yelp which users are more active (Elites) & those who just create an account to leave a review to bash or give a one time good review. Now the tech, who did my mani & Sammi know I'm active on Yelp & WOW, you should have seen the difference in how they started to treat me..now they want to offer me something to drink after being there over 45 mins! I then say that I would not be returning as a customer because I HAVE BEEN IGNORED until they found out I was active on Yelp. Sammi then asks me about my experience & I start explaining & Sammi starts to make excuses for the tech saying she's new & then goes on to say it was a language barrier, which I reply no, we understood each other, it was just bad customer service, so while I am responding the other customer & her bf start verbally attacking me becuz they want me to stop talking to Sammi so I tell them no, I'm not going to stop talking becuz I was explaining my experience which I WAS ASKED ABOUT BY BOTH SAMMI & THE TECH doing my pedi so no, she does not get to tell me to be quiet. The conversation gets heated & Sammi actually apologizes in a whisper to the other customer BUT doesn't apologize to me..this other customer is still talking sh$t about me & Sammi, who works at Boss Nails is actually whispering to this customer about me while they are both sitting in front of me! Very unprofessional! The tech doing my pedi is apologizing to me & trying to comfort me becuz she could clearly see how upset I was w/ there being 3 other customers & Sammi talking sh$t to & about me & I'm just doing my best to defend myself. Such a HORRIBLE experience on 1/11/2019 & to top it off I end up paying way to much money for a sh$tty mani & pedi I really hope management takes this review seriously becuz it's NOT ok for their employees to treat customers sh$tty based on what they look like, obviously, I wasn't hipster enough or maybe I would had better customer service had I announced when I 1st walked in "hey, I have Instagram too"! Management also needs to tell staff to STOP asking customers to leave a good review on Yelp! I'm a big believer in Karma & I'm not seeing Boss Nails lasting very long in this new location.

    This place is great. I went there for the first time today as it is next to my hairdresser and convenient. They got me in right away even though I didn't have an appointment. I will make an appointment next time so I can get a more extensive design. But anyway, here is my first impression : The place is clean. The staff is nice and patient as it took me a while to decide what I wanted. They give you the prices up front so there are no surprise!! I plan to go back. Nails by Nancy

    Great experience. Convinced me to try dip nails for the first time and am not disappointed--this picture is from 2.5 weeks in and still looking awesome/no chips or peeling! Very friendly and thorough. They have a rewards/referral program too. Will be back :)

    Boss Nails does not disappoint! They pay so much attention the detail, I would never trust anyone else! I followed then as they branched off from another place to start their own and I have no regrets! They take the time to listen to what you want or look at a picture you show them and try and achieve it to the best of their abilities! They take the time to get to know you a little bit, they even remember/recognize me when I walk in every time! I usually always get SNS dip and my nails are always nicely shaped and filed down so the dip powder doesn't look "bubbly" on my nails like other places! The prices are reasonable for the high quality of the nail work they do, my nails usually last about 5 weeks! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

    From these other reviews, it looks like they are extremely hit or miss. For the people who had a good experience at this nail salon, I am glad you got that, but I was not one of those people at all. It also looks like quite a few people have had a bad experience with one nail technician being very rude to them. This is exactly what happened to me and my mom today. I would like to warn people who go to this nail salon, don't. Unless you have thick skin and a thick wallet. At first, the service was off to a very good start. My nail technician seemed like a really friendly woman, and she told me that the color of the holographic dip nail polish would be silver in the end despite it going on black, and the polish color saying black on the dip jar. I was confused as to how this would work, but didn't bring it up until the end when we finally got to the top coat and my nails were still black, I asked for clarification as to if they would be silver or not. I did it very nicely. I am a 20 year old soft spoken woman and try to be respectful always. The nail tech started yelling at me (loud enough for everyone in the room's jaw to drop). I kindly asked her to please stop yelling at me. After this you could tell that she was so mad she just quickly finished my manicure but her hands were shaking the rest of the time because she was mad, which I think affected the outcome of my manicure. (pics attached. They look okay, but have some visible black around the edges and are pretty bumpy looking in person. They kind of look like fat silver boogers on my fingers). My hands were shaking and my heart was beating because this lady flat out decided to start screaming at me, like some sort of switch flipped. My mom stood up for me and asked her to apologize to me and other people in the room for yelling at me. Both the apologies of her and the manager seemed to be very condescending. They replied that she was "talking loud" because her mask was on, and that she didn't mean to yell. She also told us that she has a temper and kept trying to blame me for why she was yelling at me. She told me many times that she was yelling because I asked what color polish it was going to turn out as more than once. It was super humiliating and I basically had to sit there and look at the floor for the rest of the manicure so I wouldn't start crying. Then we went to check out and the total was $120. I got gel dip nails, and my mom got a pedicure with no color. Extremely steep prices for what we got (and the service we got) and they up-charge you for everything. Me and my mom will not be returning here.

    I came here with my mom on a Saturday. They weren't that busy which is a little odd to us because it was a Saturday afternoon. But we decided to come in. Everyone was very sweet and the setting is very calming. I got a regular pedicure and short gel nails. I was very pleased with the outcome and I love that they have the holographic dust for nails like on Pinterest so i liked the esthetic of it. I will say though they seemed a bit under staffed

I ended up getting a seat within seven minutes and it was really cool because I did not have to wait. The gentleman at the front was really nice when asking me to check in. There are only about five waiting chairs, but they are really comfortable. The gentleman started the water for me and alerted my nail tech. My nail tech was very friendly, and I had a great experience with her, but overall the worst part about all of it was how rushed she was. I had over 45 minutes until they closed for my pedicure but she acted like the building needed to be evacuated! Still, I must say that I've never gotten so many compliments on my toenails as I have this time around. I will absolutely be back!

Since I change my French tip to white she didn't let the white dry all the way and now it chipping from the side .     had a really great experience w adore nail lounge! went in for a builder gel refill & really happy…read morewith the shape and apex of my nails. i didn't get the name of the nail tech but she was a bit older, and she did absolutely amazing with the design. i love how close the shade match is (compared to my natural nail) for the nude base color she chose, since that was something that was important to me. love the stars she free handed and the gems she arranged. total was $100 excluding tip which i think is great value. also want to mention that we came in at 6:30, and the nail tech stayed past their closing time to finish the design and do it really meticulously if half stars are possible, i might give 4.5 because i also booked a lash lift and when i got there, they told me their lash tech is on vacation for a month. i was just visiting the area so idk if this is common or something, but i'm used to the service always being available if it's able to be booked online/confirmed via text following an online booking (which both services were), so was a little bit disappointed by that.

I asked if he was going to massage my hands, he looked at me and said yes, but no massage to my hand was performed. I looked around at other customers and their hands were massaged a little after their forearm. Their tech had them wash their hands afterwards. Ken had me wash my hands right after my forearm. He polished my nails and said thank you. He placed a fan in front of my hands but didn't say how long I needed to stay in front of the fan. Normally im told 2 mins etc...I touched my nails after 3 mins and turned off the fan. When I checked out I did let the lady know it wasn't a good experience for me this time. She inquired, I told her Ken didn't ask me if I wanted any water etc..as I watch other customer receive sodas & waters. The lady replied, oh really he normally does. I replied he didn't. I said I didn't appreciate all the pulling / tugging as well as him placing the fan in front of me and not saying how long I needed to dry my nails. The receptionist excuse for Ken's behavior was he doesn't speak English which I thought was bananas. I still have a small tip, but asked that he not be assigned to me again. She agreed in doing so.     tldr: Waste of time. Unprofessional, untrained technician experimenting on me, blamed me for my…read moreshort nail, then asked for payment and tip before my manicure even started. I came in for a regular gel mani-pedi, but while I was there I saw a glass fruit nail design on their display. It looked cute, so I asked for that instead. Unfortunately, the salon could not deliver anything close to the display design. While the technician was trying to do the glass fruit effect on my toes, she kept talking to another technician, and then that technician had to come over and show her how to do it. That made me skeptical about whether she was trained to perform the service at all. If a salon advertises a design on display, the technician assigned to the customer should know how to do it. If they cannot perform the service, they should say that upfront instead of experimenting on the customer and wasting their time. The result looked nothing like the design they had displayed. When it clearly was not working, instead of being honest or taking responsibility, they blamed me. I was told my nails were too short. Then, during my manicure, I was told I needed to stop moving so much and not talk on my phone. I sat still. A salon should not advertise a design and then blame the customer when they cannot recreate it. I ended up switching to regular gel polish, and even that was poorly done. My mani-pedi looked messy and unprofessional. If rubbing lotion on my legs and hands is considered the "massage" portion of the service, give your employees a break. It felt minimal than an actual massage. The tipping situation also felt inappropriate. I was asked to pay and tip before my manicure was even started. A tip is supposed to reflect the quality of service received. I do not think it is reasonable to ask a customer to tip before they have even received the full service or seen the final result. Their explanation was that they did not want me to mess up my nails after the manicure, but I still had to wait for everything to cure anyway. You can get a tip AFTER my service. In the end, I paid $60 for the mani-pedi and still left a $10 tip, but there was no acknowledgment or compensation for the poor experience or the time wasted. They advertised a glass fruit nail design they could not execute, assigned someone who appeared to need guidance during the service, blamed me for my short nail when it did not work, and still expected a tip before the manicure had even started. The technician also asked where I was from and what Asian ethnicity I was. That had nothing to do with my nail service and made me uncomfortable. I was there to get my nails done, not to explain my ethnicity. After finding out I was Chinese, there was no real conversation or purpose behind the question, which made it feel unnecessary and inappropriate.
