Missing nail polish! I had an pedi scheduled with Kim (she used to do them for me before my foot surgery) well she was busy with someone else! I knew she was sitting with someone else but assumed she would shift over. She didn't! Some else did my toes. It hurt, she was rough but nice. All my toes are missing polish and trimmed oddly! I used to come here a lot but due to foot surgery I had to stop. Now I need to find a new place!
A very nice lady Kim did my nails gave me a wonderful hand message and back message after I was done. I loved it. Nail color #91 so pretty.
It was my first time at All about You Nails, and they did a great job on my "no chip" mani. I did get nicked on my pinky cuticle, but it healed fine. Even after 3 weeks, traveling from 2 states, working, cleaning and running after my family, my nails still look great. No chipping at all. My pedicure did chip after 1 week, which is the first time ever that that has happened to me with a pedicure. The only thing I would add is that the nail salon is small and not luxurious at all, just your basic salon. Not much pampering and the nail techs talk amongst themselves the whole time in Vietnamese, so it's not relaxing. I paid $60 for gel mani and regular pedi. But the manicure still looks great after 3 weeks.
I frequent this business as much as I can afford. Their work is excellent and last too long for my own good. The staff is friendly and attentive. The wait if any is leisurely and comfortable.
I have been here many times, but I'm sad to say this will be my last time. We walked into a packed house knowing we would have to wait, so we sat with our feet in cool water for over 30 minutes. When the lady started my pedicure, she must've been in a race because it only took her about 10 minutes. When I asked her to clip the side of my toenail her response was a hasty, "I already cut it." I was asked if would like the paraffin included with the cost of the mani I'm paying for. Well, of course. I am paying for a full mani. She did paraffin first which was weird to me but whatever, then she commented how hard the color I chose was because would take multiple coats. At this point I was frustrated and not enjoying the side eye from her colleagues after she mumbled along. When it was all said and done I got up to pay, and I let the only male there know I wasn't happy with the customer service to which he replied, "Sorry, we didn't know." Everyone who worked in there knew what was happening. The sweet lady who did my friend's mani offered to fix mine, but I refused. I didn't want to spend any more of my time there. I don't recommend this place, unless you want a sloppy manicure and the least relaxing pedicure ever.
Never again. Girl was sweet... definitely didn't remotely do what I asked for. The gentlemen assured me that they could do what I asked, picture provided, and not even close. No liners in the tub either which nowadays is a must... let's pray I don't lose a toenail. Picture attached is a "what I asked for vs what I got" It will do for St. Patrick's day, but for real... can a girl get a little help?!

This was not a cheap outing to have to then pay to go elsewhere to have this all fixed. 10 out 10 do not recommend.

Great service for a small family owned business. They were busy this Tuesday so I recommend calling before you head in. I received services from Cam (acrylic almond shape with design on each nail) cost $100 flat not including tip. Can was so kind and very detail oriented! This is my new favorite nail place in austin! My girl also got a gel set manicure and loved her services from William he was gentle and detailed. Very chill vibe / atmosphere. They seemed very clean and thorough. read more

I loved my nails so much this place never fails to make me happy and they always do it best. The lady who did my nails was amazing and so nice. The store is also really cute and had an amazing vibe. I love it here and I will continue to come here!!! read more

On a whim, I decided to get my nails and toes done. I don't like people touching my feet, but I was tired of them looking and feeling schleppy so I sucked it up and found a nearby salon. I didn't schedule an appointment, I simply walked in and a member of staff greeted me and asked if I wanted a pedicure. I nodded, and then she prompted me to pick a color and follow a gentleman back to a seat. He removed some old polish on my toes and let them soak, and then asked which pedicure I'd like and handed me a menu. For my first experience here I wanted to go simple, so I picked the first option - something along the lines of "classic pedicure" which included a scrub and a hot stone massage. I didn't want gel either, so that kept it easy as well. The gentleman gave me a water bottle, confirmed I also wanted a manicure, and began shaping and painting my toes. I decided on the same color for my nails, so while the pedicure was drying, a kind lady came over and began on that. The mani included an arm massage and a shoulder massage at the UV light and fan drying station - which was a nice surprise. My only gripe is that they left me at the drying bar without follow up. After maybe 30 minutes I was like okay this has GOT to be dry, so I stood up and another gentleman assisted me with checkout. I would've liked some prompting there, but over all that was so minor I didn't mind. I wanted to wait a couple days to see how the polish held up before writing a review and I gotta say - I'm impressed. Two yoga sessions and a couple days of typing and the mani still looks impeccable. I wasn't worried about the toes because toe nail polish generally last ad infinitum, but they still look great too. Over all - will definitely be back and will give some of the more deluxe packages a try! read more

Referred here by a friend and I don't think I will ever go anywhere else. Extensive gel color selection ...fyi of you want a completely natural almost sheer gel go with color # IBD22. Goes on yellow but dries to a great sheer neutral. Every mani comes with a short neck massage, bottled water and paraffin wax. Everyone is SO friendly. You will get the best service and great nails. You won't regret trying it out for yourself. read more
$38 AMAZING MANI/PEDI. Need I say more?! Yes, I will say more! They sat me in one of the pedicure chairs to let my feet start to soak. The technician proceeded to make sure I was getting a manicure also, and I told her yes. She massaged my arms and hands, and then brought over paraffin wax bags and put my hands in them to soak in the awesome warm goo. At first I thought I accidentally upgraded to the "deluxe" mani/pedi, but no, this is included in the regular. As the paraffin sat on my hands, she started the pedicure which also included a massage with a scrub, oil, and pumice stone. OH, and did I mention the hot stones are included, too? After painting my toes, she brought me over to the mani table and finished my manicure. When she brought me over to the drying station for my hands and feet, she gave me a shoulder massage and let me relax until everything was dry. THIS PLACE IS THE BOMB DIGGITY. For real! read more
UPDATE: No longer $38 The price has gone up to $42 for a basic mani/pedi. And $52 for deluxe mani/pedi. Either way you get a lot for your money. I only gave 4 stars due to the lady that worked on me was kinda quick where as I was watching other customers and the people working on them, and they seemed to get more time. You DO get the usual massage, hand treatment with your money but I would take the guys over the ladies that work there. read more
I was pretty excited to try this place after reading the multitude of positive reviews, but I left a little disappointed. The whole mani/pedi prep process was completely relaxing, so I have no complaints there. I loved the hot stones and the paraffin wax. I loved how I was brought a comfy lap pillow and didn't force me to awkwardly contort my upper body while she was working on my hands while still in the pedi chair. I hate when places do that, so I was extremely thankful my comfort was more important to them than turning around another chair for the next in line. I also thought the shoulder massage at the very end was a fantastic touch. As for the paint job - one of the worst I've ever had. I don't care too much about the quality of my toes as they're far from my face and everyone else's, but I was genuinely disappointed in my manicure. There were pretty substantial strips of visible nail on each sides of every finger, the paint along the cuticles was also off, and the clear coat she put on top of the nail color didn't spread evenly across the entire nail, so there were different levels of paint, if that even makes sense. I have a picture of the manicure I'm referring to, so I'll post it if I'm able. Bottom line is that it just wasn't the high quality manicure I've become accustomed to here in Austin. I've never before gotten a fresh manicure that already appeared to be several weeks old. In all fairness though, I've never gotten a mani AND pedi for only $38 before either. Guess I got what I paid for? Either way, I'm definitely willing to try this place again in the future and will gladly update the review should I discover my bad mani was just a fluke. read more

I would've given All About You 5 stars but there are a few things I want to share and give a suggestion about. I love that they give you a double service at the same time don't get me wrong. Anything that'll be relaxing and efficient time wise and nail wise I'm all about it. But having to reach over with my right arm when my nails are getting done is super uncomfortable. My shoulder was starting to cramp and it was actually really painful having to hold my arm up every time my right hand was being worked on. I'm not too fond of the interior in there. I wish the paint colors on walls were more inviting and warm. They also had the door open because it was a beautiful day and the sun was shining but man were there a lot of flies. It took away from the relaxing ambiance a bit. Ok now for the good stuff. My finger nails look fabulous. Shout out the younger guy with nice hair for a great Gel Manicure. The paraffin on the hands is a nice last step to end the service. My toe nails look awesome too. The woman who did them gave me a great Deluxe Pedi, with the orange scrub and paraffin wax spa steps. I got the hot stones too which were at the perfect heated temperature I swear. They really know what they're doing. And they are so personable and funny. The atmosphere from their energy is really worth it. You get a massage pretty much the whole time you're there. Between the arm massage, leg massage, foot and hand massage, they also give you a neck shoulder and upper back massage while you're drying! I was going to try LV nails but after the reviews about it being crowded and not personal enough, I totally came here instead. You'll be satisfied and realize it really is All About You. read more

I've been coming to All About You for geez ... at least 5 years. My hesitation in writing a review was partly wanting to selfishly keep this modest gem to myself and partly just not sure my words could do it justice. They have ALWAYS treated me with so much kindness and consideration. They consistently make me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. As for my nails... perfection. Often times, I feel like they have higher standards for my nails than I do ... and they're mine! Its apparent each nail tech takes pride in his/her work. They're also very thorough and awesome massagers! I love these people. read more
The customer service here is even better than most restaurants! I see why they named their salon "All About You" because thats how they make you feel. I came in for an acrylic gel refill and a pedicure. I didn't have an appointment but I called ahead to see if I could do a walk-in and just as promised they had a chair waiting for me already. Immediately I was greeted with a bottled water and proceeded with the pedicure. I received one of the most relaxing massages!! They used oil and a hot stone to massage my legs and if felt amazing! I was so busy on my phone that I didn't notice the nail color until he was done; I actually didn't like it but was too embarrassed to say anything because I chose that color. I requested to have a darker pink on my hands because the one on my feet was too light. The guy insisted that he redoes my feet polish. I felt so bad making them work twice and I was kind of in a hurry so I said that I don't think I had time. He moved me back to the pedicure chair and had someone change my feet polish while he continued on my acrylics!! And since he knew I was in a hurry, they went at super speed! To top it all off, they even gave me a back massage while I let my new polish dry at the machines. I am in love with my nail polish both hands and feet thanks to All About You!! Basic pedicure was $27 and acrylic gel refill was $35. read more

This is the best place ever! I drive from) Lago Vista to come here when I get my nails done. So much time and attention put into their work and very reasonably priced. I love that they buff off all of my old polish (without wrapping my nails in foil with remover which irritates my cuticles and skin) They really take their time. I had a powder dip on Nov 10 and not one single chip today (Dec 20). I will go back this week but only because I want a different color. read more

New favorite place! Bottled water without asking, actual neck massages included, and, of course, perfect nails. I'm picky about cuticles, edge-to-edge polish and no ridges... And these wonderful techs get it right. They even changed the channel for me so I could root on the home team. I'll be back for sure! read more

Good service and very attentive staff. Although my mani/pedicurist didn't seem too thrilled with a 20% tip. Apparently they prefer cash tips but I had no idea of knowing that and rarely carry cash. I'll keep that in mind for next time. I had a walk in service gel manicure and pedicure for $70 before tip. That's about what I expect for gel mani/pedi. Now a gel pedicure can be tricky seeing as how you've got to get your toes in that UV lamp, but as long as you don't mind some awkward balancing for a pedicure that lasts weeks, it's bearable. Now I was asked to switch pedicure chairs moments after I was seated so that some other patrons could sit together, which I didn't mind but did kind of ruin the vibe a little. Which brings up the size of the salon. It is quite small so don't expect a lot of privacy or personal space. And if you're looking for relaxation without having to hear other patron's conversations, this probably isn't the place for you. But the included paraffin wax and hot stone is a nice bonus although it seemed a little rushed. They were quite busy on the Saturday I visited, which I take as a good sign. I might stray from somewhere that had no customers at all. That can't be good. The pedicure was nice and even just like I like. I'm probably too picky but I like what I like. Now the manicure was a bit sloppy with a bit of polish gathering around a couple cuticles. That's really the only drawback I had about the quality. Other than the towels are a bit rough. I'll probably visit again just to give it another chance. They had a wide selection of gel colors and plenty of customers. I'll have to visit during non peak times in the future. read more
