Srijana gave her some tips, and the result was perfect! My eyebrows turned out thick, clean, and exactly how I wanted. They even left a couple of small spots untouched so the hair can grow in, and they can shape it better next time. There were people waiting over 45 minutes even on a weekday, which shows how popular they are. They offer lots of other services too, but so far I've only tried threading and I can definitely say this is going to be my go-to spot once a month!

During the pedicure, however, I was told that the ingrown-nail service could not be completed. Since that was the main reason I came in, I decided I did not want to continue with the pedicure without that service. I later had surgery for the ingrown toenail and informed the salon about what had happened. Since then, every time I visited, I was asked about the situation, and I explained that I had already undergone surgery. When I recently asked why I continued to be questioned about it, I was told that the manager had been contacted and that Vincent had instructed the staff to deny me service. I found the way this situation was handled very unprofessional. I had been upfront from the beginning about the service I needed and specifically asked whether they could provide it before agreeing to the pedicure. If the salon had concerns about serving me afterward, I believe they should have communicated that to me directly and respectfully rather than repeatedly questioning me and eventually denying me service. I felt singled out, embarrassed, and unwelcome. The way the situation was handled made me uncomfortable and disrespected as a customer. I believe it could have been addressed privately and professionally.I left feeling unwelcome and frustrated. So I went twice this week…read more First time I went was on a Wednesday. She was nice at first but when I didn't like the shape she literally handed me the file. I finished filing myself and applied cuticle oil to myself. (I'm offended at this point) I still tip 20% and move on. Move on to Friday and a nail pops off. I had planned on letting the bad set go and not coming back but I had to get it fixed since I'm in the beauty industry. The owner fixed them and was perfect. My advice is to not arrive at 6:30 even if they close at 7:30. They rush. Luckily they fix things and now I'm very happy!
