Srijana gave her some tips, and the result was perfect! My eyebrows turned out thick, clean, and exactly how I wanted. They even left a couple of small spots untouched so the hair can grow in, and they can shape it better next time. There were people waiting over 45 minutes even on a weekday, which shows how popular they are. They offer lots of other services too, but so far I've only tried threading and I can definitely say this is going to be my go-to spot once a month!

The many times I've visited, to pretend like she doesn't remember me is annoying. Get punch cards or SOMETHING so you'll stop doing this to customers. Hello to all of us skepticals! I called and made an appointment with Paro. My daughter found this place on line and I asked if she would like to join me. I was running late and my daughter arrived on time and took my appointment. She was so pleased with the full face threading. Really pleased with how soft here skin felt. It was my turn! I have had to try to pluck hair from my face and some spots hurt, don't they?! There is something about threading, is it the sliding of the thread against my skin that I did not feel the hurt as much as I do when I pull one hair? You know how we stretch our eye lid as we pluck, that we are tightening the skin so the plucking does not hurt so bad? The thread seems to help prepare my skin for the plucking. Yes, your skin is wonderfully soft afterwards. A nice glow to your face and you have to keep touching your face because it feels ever so soft. My eyebrows received a tiny arch to them. Well done! It takes, what maybe 20 minutes at the most? It is a 5 star place. Cannot wait for a facial. Than you both. What a great experience! read more

I've been coming here for over 5 years, and I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else with my eyebrows. I drive about 40 minutes because they're that good. I've tried several threading places closer to home, but nothing compares to the precision, consistency, and attention to detail I get here. They are incredibly meticulous and always take their time to make sure my brows are perfectly shaped. They listen to what you want, never over-thread, and somehow get it right every single visit. That's hard to find these days. The salon is welcoming, professional, and the quality of their work has kept me coming back year after year. The drive is absolutely worth it. Kinda tucked away location-wise in the Big Lots plaza but definitely worth a visit if you need your eyebrows cleaned, reintroduced to polite society, whatever your fancy! I've had to change waxers over and over again because the estheticians are constantly leaving. First, I have to work hard with the actual service providers to build a relationship over several months to get my services "right." In the 15 min appts it is hard to express the exact brow shape you're looking for, in example. Or, sometimes the technique being used is unnecessarily painful compared to another provider I'd worked with prior. Then, after 6 months it's finally right and then the technician leaves, and the cycle begins again. Plus, EWC is constantly selling to you. "Buy a wax pass" or "try this product." I can't tell you how many worthless unused EWC products I have sitting under my sink that aren't effective, or how many times I wish I had never purchased a wax pass... so I wouldn't be locked in to coming back here when it just keeps getting worse. I don't recommend EWC. Here, or at any other location (by the way, there is no manager here, and they canceled an appt once bc the opener missed her alarm clock, and both of my waxers left bc this whole location is a hot mess)! It's time for me to move onto better, more clientele-focused businesses... even if it leaves my money on the table with the wax pass I was stupid enough to purchase.
