Run, don't walk!!!! My girl always gets me right. Recently I've been dying to have thin brows and she killed it. They're even and beautiful. She did my eyebrows when they were thick also. Highly recommend :)

First time didn't disappoint! The facility is calming and clean. I got my eyebrows cleaned and it took 5 minutes. I'm very happy with the outcome. Aloe at the end is a plus! Will be coming back.

One of the best eyebrow threading places in town! I've been coming here for quite some time and am always impressed. I never make an appointment and always walk in, and they have always accommodated me within 10 minutes. It's a small, cozy place, and the prices are very reasonable. Just for checking in on Yelp, they offered 15% off any salon service. They also always respond well to my requests, and they are really sweet and friendly. Highly recommend!

IBROW IS OPEN FOR BUSINESS! I'm so glad I had the feeling to call them this morning! It's so nice to see Reshma and her husband. My eyebrows were looking like caterpillars, but I only let the professionals touch them! Make sure to call ahead time schedule an appointment. Due to COVID restrictions, they can only have a limited amount of customers for you safety and theirs. Make sure you wear a mask as well. Reshma makes sure to sanitize the chair after each client. She is also wearing a white coat, a mask, and gloves that she changes after every client. She also wraps the thread around her neck instead of holding it in her mouth As always, she did a phenomenal job. I missed her so much! Please make sure to stop by and support this business. Her eyebrow threading is only $7! See you again in a few weeks!

I came in with no expectations of the pain level, and it ended up hurting a lot less than waxes I've gotten in the past. When you arrive you'll need to take off your shoes at the door. There's water in the waiting room and plenty of seating and reading material. Lucianne was super patient and provided a lot of information on the process. She was gentle (as far as hair removal goes) and made my first sugaring experience super relaxing. If you're used to waxing, the pain is no where compared to a Brazilian wax. If you're nervous l, highly recommend taking a Tylenol beforehand. They sell natural skincare products in-house, and I purchased their serum created by Ritual Union (ritual_Union on IG) to use and help with ingrowns and moisturizing. It's full of great ingredients and I'm excited to be using it. If you're into skincare/body care, Lucianne recommended to check out Earth Commons on Springdale Road. They also do events, sell tea blends, and offer holistic services. Absolutely loved my experience and I think this has converted me from using hard wax to sugaring. Highly recommend if you're looking to try sugaring!

I do not use retinol, though that was not asked as precaution. Was painful and the tech didn't acknowledge it at all. They also had me scheduled for bikini was instead of brow for some reason. Updating my prior positive review to 2 stars. Over time, EWC has gotten more corporate and less…read morecustomer-focused... it reflects in the way waxing techniques have changed, how the quality and experience of the estheticians has gone down, the the flexibility of any employee (from managers to front desk staff to technicians) to provide customer solutions over sheer profit, and more. I've had to change waxers over and over again because the estheticians are constantly leaving. First, I have to work hard with the actual service providers to build a relationship over several months to get my services "right." In the 15 min appts it is hard to express the exact brow shape you're looking for, in example. Or, sometimes the technique being used is unnecessarily painful compared to another provider I'd worked with prior. Then, after 6 months it's finally right and then the technician leaves, and the cycle begins again. Plus, EWC is constantly selling to you. "Buy a wax pass" or "try this product." I can't tell you how many worthless unused EWC products I have sitting under my sink that aren't effective, or how many times I wish I had never purchased a wax pass... so I wouldn't be locked in to coming back here when it just keeps getting worse. I don't recommend EWC. Here, or at any other location (by the way, there is no manager here, and they canceled an appt once bc the opener missed her alarm clock, and both of my waxers left bc this whole location is a hot mess)! It's time for me to move onto better, more clientele-focused businesses... even if it leaves my money on the table with the wax pass I was stupid enough to purchase.

1 STAR -- ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED! PAINFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND A COMPLETE WASTE OF $45!…read more I am beyond disgusted and extremely disappointed with the nail service I received yesterday at Dream Spa in Austin, Texas. I have had my nails done before, but this was by far one of the most uncomfortable, frustrating, and unacceptable experiences I have ever had at a nail salon. From the painful application process to the horrible final results, this entire experience was completely unsatisfactory. First and foremost, NO CUSTOMER SHOULD EVER BE EXPECTED TO SIT THROUGH PAIN JUST TO GET THEIR NAILS DONE! During my appointment, the male nail technician placed my nails under the curing lamp, and I immediately began experiencing an intense burning sensation. I repeatedly communicated to him that my nails were burning and that the heat was painful. Instead of acknowledging my discomfort, taking my concerns seriously, or making adjustments to the process, he continued to insist that I push through the pain and keep my nails under the lamp. Let me be very clear: I WAS NOT COMPLAINING ABOUT A LITTLE DISCOMFORT. I WAS TELLING HIM THAT MY NAILS WERE BURNING! The fact that I had to repeatedly express that I was in pain, only to feel pressured to continue, was absolutely unacceptable. At what point does the comfort and safety of a paying customer become a priority? Why should anyone have to endure a burning sensation simply because a nail technician wants to finish the service? What makes this experience even more upsetting is that after enduring all of that discomfort, THE FINAL RESULTS WERE TERRIBLE! I have attached multiple pictures because I want people to see exactly what I walked out of this establishment with. The nails are visibly inconsistent in shape and appearance. The application looks sloppy, the edges are uneven, and the finish is far from the smooth, polished, professional look that I expected. Some of the nails appear bulky, while others have irregular edges and an uneven finish. There is also visible product around the cuticle areas, making the overall application look messy and poorly executed. The side-view pictures are particularly disappointing because they show just how uneven and awkward some of the nails look. The tips do not appear consistently shaped, and the overall structure lacks the clean, refined appearance that should come with a professional manicure. HOW DO YOU PUT A CUSTOMER THROUGH THAT MUCH PAIN AND STILL DELIVER RESULTS THAT LOOK LIKE THIS? I paid for a professional nail service, not an experience where I would be expected to tolerate burning sensations, repeatedly advocate for my own comfort, and then leave with nails that look unfinished and poorly done. And to make matters worse, THEY STILL HAD THE NERVE TO CHARGE ME $45! Forty-five dollars for what, exactly? For the pain? For the uneven nails? For the messy application? For having my concerns repeatedly dismissed? I find it absolutely ridiculous that this establishment felt comfortable collecting full payment for a service that was so disappointing from beginning to end. I understand that nail technicians have different techniques and levels of experience. I also understand that certain nail products can cause heat sensations during curing. However, there is a major difference between explaining a normal part of a service and repeatedly expecting a customer to endure pain after they have clearly communicated that something is wrong. Customer comfort should NEVER be treated as an inconvenience. A professional should listen when a customer says something hurts. A professional should care about the finished product. And a professional business should take responsibility when a service does not meet reasonable expectations. Instead of leaving happy with beautiful nails, I left upset about the quality of the work and disgusted by how my concerns about the burning sensation were handled. I genuinely cannot understand how anyone could look at the results shown in these pictures and consider this acceptable professional work, especially after charging $45. Dream Spa, this was NOT quality service. This was NOT a relaxing experience. And this was absolutely NOT worth $45. I am sharing this review because other potential customers deserve to know about my experience before spending their hard-earned money here. I strongly encourage anyone considering this establishment to look closely at my pictures and decide whether this is the level of service they are willing to pay for. I expected professionalism, attention to detail, and basic consideration for my comfort. Unfortunately, I received none of those things to my satisfaction. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Dream Spa, and I have no desire to return.

I went back today for the first time in about a year and had my nails done by Binz. My nails were quite long and had an acrylic base with gel on top, and I requested that he make them shorter and remove the acrylic + gel combo, instead opting for just dip. This was recommended to me, since it is healthier for shorter nails. Very happy with the results! I was seated almost immediately after coming in. Binz expertly removed my existing manicure and shaped and shortened my nails. He was patient and kind throughout the process, answering all of my questions and making sure that I was happy with the results. Overall, really nice experience at Coffee N Nails! I will be back.

I got a simple gel manicure on my natural nails with some floral designs and a French tip, and I left really satisfied. This time, my technician was a male tech named Thanh. He was friendly at first, offered me a complimentary drink, and even helped me choose my colors. When I showed him the design I wanted, he mentioned that it wouldn't look exactly the same since my nails were shorter, which I completely understood. However, once the service started, I felt like he was rushing through the process. When I pointed out that my right pinky nail got scratched as I was putting my hand into the UV/LED lamp, he just said, "Don't worry about it," and when I mentioned it again, he said, "It's okay, later top coat." On my right index finger, he placed four flowers all in the corners, leaving no full flower in the middle -- very different from the reference photo I showed him. I politely asked if he could adjust it, but when I requested that he re-do the nail (or at least fix one flower), he glared at me as if I was being unreasonable and said, "That's going to take me time," in a rude tone. I understand that fixing it would take extra time, but as a paying customer, I think it's fair to expect the design to look nice and to feel comfortable voicing my concerns. What made the experience worse was when another female tech came over, spoke to him in Vietnamese (which I don't understand), looked at my nails, then looked at me and shook her head as if I was the problem. That was extremely unprofessional and made me feel disrespected. I usually don't leave negative reviews, but this experience left me really disappointed -- especially after having such a great first visit. I hope the salon takes this feedback seriously, because customers deserve to feel comfortable, respected, and happy with the service they pay for.
