This was my first time to get a pedicure and luckily they were on class pass and i had some expiring credits so i opted for the volcano pedicure. I was very impressed by the service. I checked into the counter and was taken to my seat. The seat has all kind of options of recline which i used. I was asked what kind of drink I wanted and opted for coke. The wait wasn't too bad and i my feet got treated so well. The calluses and all of the gross toenails were gone and my feet actually looked nice. As i booked this service through ClassPass and men's feet are more work, i made sure to tip well and am looking forward to do a headbath and regularly do my pedicures here. read more

I've been coming to Dream Spa now for several years since moving to Austin so am overdue on writing this review, but my most recent experience reminded me of why they're so great! I wash my hands a lot as a healthcare worker, so my cuticles can become a dry mess, but the team at Dream Spa always leaves them looking great! More recently, I made the switch from gel manicures to dip because it holds up much better to my constant handwashing. After my initial dip manicure, the topcoat was acting funny and started peeling off within a few days. I walked in to show them, and was quickly seated, topcoat re-done, no questions asked. This pic is now two weeks out from the manicure (which is why my nails are grown out a bit, and my cuticles starting to act up a bit again), about a week and a half from the topcoat being fixed, and I'm still getting compliments! read more

I'm a regular customer at Dream Spa, which is why this review is disappointing to write. I came in yesterday after a long day working at the hospital, really needing some relaxation and self care. I booked a pedicure, gel manicure, and eyebrow wax. The pedicure was great, the technician was amazing, very sweet, and did a wonderful job. That part of the visit was exactly what I needed. Unfortunately, the rest of my services felt extremely rushed and far below what I've experienced here before. The technician who did my gel manicure and eyebrows didn't speak at all and moved so quickly that the quality really suffered. I had to ask her to fix multiple spots on my nails, and even after that, they still don't look good. The polish is uneven (some nails are lighter and others darker), there was leftover gel underneath my nails, and they honestly look like they're already growing out- even though I literally just had them done yesterday. The manicure itself felt incomplete. She only applied lotion and did a very quick massage on one hand only (maybe 10 seconds) and didn't even bother with the other hand. My eyebrow wax was also rushed she didn't even wax the middle between my brows, which I didn't notice until I got home. I came in hoping to unwind after work, but instead I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I've had good experiences here before, so I hope this feedback is taken seriously. I would come back for a pedicure, but I'd only feel comfortable booking other services if I could request a different technician. read more

I had 2 cuts on different fingers and each nail is shaped differently. I asked for almond but it looked more like thick ovals. I wanted a design on my ring finger since I got a simple color and the lady recommended chrome, she had to redo it a few times but it still looked messy in the end. My first time coming to dream spa and definitely my last. I discovered them through ClassPass and was excited to try since it's much closer to me than my usual nail place down south. Nowhere on their ClassPass page does it say they charge for nail removal when booking a premium service like SNS dip manicure... was surprised to find out at the end of the extra surprise charges that I was not made aware of prior to booking with them, otherwise I would've just stuck with my usual spot that is $15 cheaper. When I pointed this out to the front desk girl kindly, she proceeded to gaslight me and said she can see it listed on her business view under "How to Prepare". Okay great... how does that help the customer when it's not listed on the page we see when booking?? See attached pics which are the customers view. She double downed and blamed the change on new management adding up-charges, and said I can take it up with ClassPass directly. CP doesn't have direct customer service that's on Dream Spa to make sure their listings are accurate and up to date. I'm in customer service too and the customer is always right - especially when you're proven wrong (I showed her the listing attached here). You don't proceed to be scammy and give attitude. I get my nails done monthly and I've never been charged for takeoff when booking a SNS manicure. Every place I've ever gone to in Austin (and I've been to many) includes it (and if they didn't they'd clearly list it) - just go to Pure Nails, Queen Spa or really any of the other spots for better service and no hidden add-on charges and less sketchy business practices. Classic example of short term gain vs long term retention. I would've started going here monthly for my SNS manicures cuz the guy did a good job and was friendly + it's more convenient for me, but because of the front desk girl's lack of principles and short term greed, I will take my business elsewhere! Left a bad impression - I do not like feeling like a business is pulling a fast one on me. I will NOT be back. read more

I went in for a dip manicure on my natural nails. I arrived at 4:15 PM and didn't leave until 6:15 PM. I initially started with a female technician, but partway through, she abruptly left and a male technician took over without explanation. It took them about 45 minutes just to remove my previous dip manicure. I left feeling very dissatisfied with the service. The manicure lacked attention to detail and care. The dip powder is thick and uneven, with little to no filing done to smooth it out. The sides of my nails were not cleaned up properly, and the overall result does not look like the work of a professional. I will not be returning to Dream Spa. read more

I've been coming to Dream Spa since 2019. They have wonderful service & great prices. The music and videos are relaxing and enjoyable. My nails are always spectacular & the designs are beautiful! I've attached photos of my most recent set that I am in love with. Although I've had great experiences here in the past, I had an extremely uncomfortable experience yesterday.. I was told multiple times by a male technician to "smile more". Initially I brushed it off but he continued to make comments about how I'd "look better if I smiled more". I am not a rude customer & I have been a loyal customer for years. If it wasn't for Amy I would have left the establishment and not returned, however I understand that one person does not reflect the entire business. Moving forward I'll be sure to request Amy or any other nail tech besides the man that insisted on making remarks regarding my face. The quality of the service they provide is great, but the comments made by this employee were inappropriate & will unfortunately affect my choice of salon in the future. read more

I went to get the dead skin from under my feet ... with me being a male and a guy that's all I would need was pedi , SHE DIDNT even do clear for my toes or any type of pedi ... just the dead skin and a massage Nd rubbed me in soap !!!!
