They specialize in the Russian manicure technique, and offer quality services that are definitely worth the price. I got my recent set of nails done over Halloween, so that could explain why no one was around when I dropped in that evening. My nail tech Diana was super friendly and nice, and is who I believe did my sister's nails our last visit. She even remembered me, lol! I got the basic Russian manicure, plus removal of previous work, and a gel layer plus nail art. I decided to do a French manicure inspired nail with rounded tips, a light, baby blue base with dark sparkly blue tips. My nails were far from the spookiness of the holiday I got them on, but I've gotten numerous compliments on them all month. But I have to say my most favorite thing about getting my nails done here is the complimentary cappuccino with chocolate. This is my second time going to see Lauren for upper lid eyeliner. The first time was about 4…read moreyears ago. 1st session went okay, just did a minor lash enhancement- no biggie, but it faded about a year after. Returned to her again 3 years later. I decided to go thicker this time. My next three sessions were more painful than expected and the healing was 10x worse than I remembered. The scabbing and inflammation lasted about 7 days. When talking to her about it, she didn't seem too concerned. I had the same reaction each session. I wasn't sure if I was having a reaction with the pigment or if her technique was way to harsh. She is very hot/cold. She seems to get very irritated easily and has an eerie energy about her. I would not recommend her for eyelids/eyeliner. She may have been doing permanent makeup for a long time but her technique was traumatizing and she is not very knowledgeable about medication. I am a Registered Nurse with ER/TELE/PACU and surgical post-op experience, therefore I have extensive knowledge on wound care. I'm also heavily tattooed and all my tattoos have healed well. This has been a learning experience for me. I highly recommend looking for photos of HEALED tattoos. Most of her portfolio contains fresh tattoos which look great.
