From the time I walked in, to the time I walked out, Iris was super friendly, welcoming and walked me through the process which I really appreciated and provided an after care kit. They even left a couple of small spots untouched so the hair can grow in, and they can shape it better next time. She adjusted the black tint and removed all the skin tint that was over my brow, she aligned my arches where they should be again and lifted the brow.
