The first time I went, I was…read moreunable to receive service due to an issue that could have been spotted by a questionnaire in advance, obviating the need for me to drive there. The same thing happened the second time. The third time, I was given an iPad to fill out a form. I have a disability that makes it very difficult for me to type on an iPad or phone, so I asked for help with the form. The manager complained (in a very confrontational manner) that I did not fill out the form myself. I have never been treated that badly before or since. That manager is the only service person who has ever complained about my need for disability accommodations. When I suggested that all forms be sent to clients before the first visit, so problems could be noted and solved before clients had to drive to the studio, he became quite defensive. He showed no empathy. I have never been treated so badly by any service provider. I find it ironic that a manager at a school that teaches people to perform a service career would be so callous. My advice is that you consider driving up north to Austin's other laser school, where service is impeccable.

There laser is one of the best on the market. I had three sessions with Coco and she was amazing super and super sweet. My tattoo is a very dark, highly pigmented, black outline. I already knew going in that I would need 10-12 sessions to remove it. After three sessions the laser at the Bee Cave location broke, and I had to cancel my appointment. I intended to reschedule once they got a new machine, but life happens and I never did. After not rescheduling COVID happened and I lost track of time. Yesterday, 4/28/21 I went to the north location for my fourth laser removal session. Portcia (sorry not sure on spelling) was great! She had me ice my wrist for 5 minutes prior to the laser session. This caused vasoconstriction effectively reducing my swelling and under the skin bleeding. It's one day later and I have almost no discomfort. Highly recommend going here for tattoo removal. I can't wait for my next session!

Up until recently, I never had any issues when receiving my Trezepited shots in person. Nurse Practitioner Ashley Johnson and Dr. Paydon Newman both provided excellent care and really helped me achieve my goals--this review does not reflect on them at all. However, after switching to semiglutide, the first shipment arrived without a problem, but the second one never showed up. The UPS delivery photo was just a black screen, even though I was home all day. I filed a missing package claim with UPS and also contacted The Medspa Austin and the fulfillment company in Dallas. Everyone was polite and tried to help, but ultimately referred me back to The Medspa Austin because they needed to complete a form UPS had provided. Despite my efforts, The Medspa Austin would not replace the missing shipment, citing the "delivered" tracking information, and asked me to pay an additional $200 for a new shipment. I wasn't asking for a discount or a refund--I just wanted the shipment I had already paid for. This has been extremely frustrating, especially given the amount of money I've already spent and my previously positive experiences with their team. Until this missing shipment issue is resolved, I cannot recommend The Medspa Austin. However, I do want to emphasize that my negative experience does not reflect on Ashley Johnson or Dr. Paydon Newman, who both provided wonderful care.

I wish these things could be said the first time instead of having to call 3 different days to get 3 different answers. The communication is terrible and seems like they don't know what they're doing. I wouldn't have an issue if these things were told in the first call i made. Ive been needing PT and its been beyond a hassle to get a referral after they recommended someone. I had a good experience in my first visit but this just voids that good visit. If you decide to go with them, make sure to ask every question and find out everything before hand so there's no surprised later.

ENT guy said it was in the top three worst ear infections he had seen that year.  Fast forward to this week - Just got released from the hospital after 3 days in the ICU for a subdural hematoma. The day prior to going to the ER I went to Premier and saw "Doctor" Hale, explained the horrible headaches I had been having without letup, slurred speech issues, typing issues - and he gave me an ibuprofen shot and sent me on my way with no follow up. He said he would call to discuss the emailed blood work results with a phone call - nada. The ER doctors were absolutely appalled at the zero interest/lack of concern about the cause of the headaches, which was easily determined with a simple CT scan. They are the McDonalds of the medical field,
