She didn't shape them at all (no plucking or trimming) and essentially just glued them so whenever the glue was gone, it was like nothing happened. The lashes were unchanged from the start. It was more expensive than it should be. Not relaxing, she continuously answered the phone and wasn't concentrating on me. Also the space is not good - I walked out initially after opening the door thinking I had to be in the wrong place. Not luxurious, not super clean, seemed like an afterthought.

I specifically booked with Reagan, but when I arrived I was told she was not working and was assigned to another waxer instead. Throughout the entire appointment, the waxer did not ask me a single question about how I wanted my brows shaped or how much hair I wanted removed. When the service was finished, a significant portion of my eyebrow had been waxed off, including areas that had always been part of my natural brow shape. My brows are now uneven and look nothing like the shape I came in with. The most frustrating part is that this was completely avoidable. My brows already had a well-established shape and only needed minor cleanup. Instead, I left with a problem that will take weeks or months to grow out. I have since spent over $100 on brow growth products and cosmetics to help manage the damage. While I was given a refund for the service, a refund does not restore the eyebrow hair that was removed or the confidence lost as a result of this experience. I am extremely disappointed by both the quality of the service and the lack of consultation before such a dramatic change was made.

So that may be why they chose not to tint them since what was left was sticking straight out!! Pointed out these issues before I left and she told me I was wrong. I'll be wrong somewhere else from now on. They may actually care about the issues I have from their bad service. The integrity of my hair gone, now damage. My hair was bleached highlights starting from around face /top. same bleach level bleach all over, one bowl entire head. So while the top lifted, the bottom was still getting put on. All foils were removed at the same time and the result is as you'd guess. The top is over lifted, so bad it didn't even hold the toner. And the bottom is a pale yellow lift. Also if you see the photos of what I wanted it's not even close. My hair is ruined it looks nothing like the photos of me I showed. I had one inch of grow out that is now bleached to heck and you can see that it wasn't dragged thru and it appears a reverse ombré you can see exactly on the top of my head where his paint stroke ended with the now damaged hair not holding color is. so it's like white then starts blonde. then from that spot you see where my hair was not touched by Brian. It is actually so white and weird tint cuz I don't know what toner it was I never had color like this or wanted it. But the overprocessed white bleach hair looks like white similar to grey hairs I want to cry. the hair dresser behind me clipped the lady's hair up and started at bottom and was neat .i didnt get that courtesy why would you start at the top. or at very least take out top while bottom processing I mentioned it 3 times like it's been cooking and them bottom just put on. She did something no one has ever took the time to do for me before. Test the levels of the machine to see what my skin and tolerance level could handle. For instance, level 25 is an average setting a spa would use on a client but being the seasoned adventurer and procedure getter that I am, I was all the way in the high 30s! Imagine what poor results I would have received if she would not have taken the time to determine what works for my skin. The average setting would have yielded poor results on me for sure. I am over the moon with the results of my photofacial. By far and away the best photo facial i have received ever. Right after, I went in for my appointment with CeCe for Botox. She is fan-fan-fantastic! She took the time to discuss my goals (DISABLE ALL MOVEMENT!!) and talk to me about my questions of additional procedures I am wanting to stop the hands of time, rid myself of the wrinkles.
