Overall, Westlake Dermatology must have great leadership, as it shows from when you walk in the door, to when you walk out. My surgeries were very good and although I had a few healing issues, it had nothing to do with them and more to do with my weird body reacting strangely and me not adhering 100% to instructions. I have also been using their med spa and have been very pleased. I've had a couple of BBL and Moxie laser treatments and its been more effective than anything else I've tried. I have some dark spots that I've been trying to get rid of for 10 years and now they are almost gone. (Thanks Kari). I had to ask for it to be redone 3 different times because the lady who painted it made it look like a blob of paint with two very obvious layers. It took 3 different employees to do a clean job and it is still not great. They kept telling me 'gel looks better' although I did not want or ask for gel, just regular paint. You should be able to paint white nails, that's your job. I had the lady put a fake nail on my broken nail, the way she filed it, it's now crooked and it points inward.
