They refused to go beyond a five minute grace period. When this place changed to one location, off William Cannon, I was not the only one impacted. There were many of us who were loyal to the 47th St. location, but who kept coming down south, even though it's over a 40 minute drive, because we like the brand. It's this sort of customer loyalty that businesses should be grateful for! Instead? I got no phone call, no follow up email, no attempt to touch base with me to try to work this out, and come to a better understanding. Nothing. So thank you for using me for my money! Way to go. She adjusted the black tint and removed all the skin tint that was over my brow, she aligned my arches where they should be again and lifted the brow. We got started quickly, and she also had a cleansing wipe for "down there" that wasn't used when I went to a private esthetician. That's a great idea.
