I needed rescue and within hours I was able to be seen (maybe lucked out) but she fixed it. I swear I was scaring people. She adjusted the black tint and removed all the skin tint that was over my brow, she aligned my arches where they should be again and lifted the brow. There were errors from the other girl but she was able to help it SO much that my hubby smiled this time when I came home lol. Will be a repeat customer here. You know when they pencil the lines and line up the arch etc it's serious and professional. So grateful to look back to normal with nice brows whew

Her office is in a great location with free parking, and her office is so cute and clean. She was instantly very accommodating, kind, professional and welcoming. She answered all of my questions and didn't push any services or anything at all, and it really felt like we were working together to make the decision. Since I have oily skin, it made more sense to do powder on my brows. I went back a couple of weeks later for my appointment and made sure to follow the pre-appointment instructions that she had kindly sent to me attached to my appointment calendar invite. I didn't feel nervous at all, she was very accommodating again, she asked if there was any particular music I wanted to listen to (LOVED THAT) and the appointment really didn't take long at all! She uses numbing cream so I didn't feel anything. Afterwards I felt like I had a sunburn above my brows for maybe a few hours but that's it! She sent me home with some after care products (included in the price) and we booked the 6-8 week follow up appointment. I've referred a friend who had hers done and they too look amazing, and will continue to refer anyone I can to her! I wish I would've found her years ago because I am in love with my new brows!

Let me just start by saying WOW!…read more My entire life I've had very sparse and fine eyebrows. I couldn't tell you how many different pencils, pomades, gels, etc that I have tried over the years just to try to look like I have SOME kind of brows. This experience has been life changing. I will actually be able to go swimming without feeling insecure about my appearance. Heather did a great job explaining the procedure, so I knew exactly what to expect. She moved quickly and was always gracious whenever I had to sneeze. Yep. You're gonna sneeze, too. I could feel her studying my face and making sure each stroke was thoughtfully placed, while also making sure my discomfort was as minimal as possible. (Shout out anesthetic!) Everything was very clean, and she was incredibly thorough. I anxiously await my touch up in January! Thank you, Heather! You rock!

Y'all. I feel like a person again…read more My eyebrows were never destined for greatness before Heather. When I was 3, I was bit in the eye by a Dalmatian. As a result, I have slightly less tissue under my right eyebrow than my left. Combined with a roller skating accident that removed the top of my arch when I was 12, and my right eyebrow has always been sort of a rebel. It has frustrated aestheticians, make up artists, and brow threaders my entire life. If you look in the photos, I even marked where almost no eyebrow exists naturally. Heather fixed it all, and I didn't even feel it. After two sessions, I now leave the house without worrying about anything more than some eyebrow gel. Tweezing my eyebrows is 100x easier because I have a clear definition of what should be plucked. And the shape is so much more even. When I told Heather I wanted a bit stronger brow than average, she delivered it perfectly. The best part is no one can tell that I've had anything permanent done. When I mention it, they look confused, then closely look at my eyebrows in amazement. If you aren't familiar with microblading, it is semi-permanent strokes added into your natural brow to fill and correct shape and density. With Heather, I didn't feel a thing because she goes above and beyond to find topical products that work. And while the initial price tag might make you balk, it's the best deal you'll find in Austin and, IMO, the best person you'll find to do them. It really is an investment that pays off in time, confidence, and (if you used to churn through brow products), serious savings. I can't recommend the process or Heather enough. Book with her now before her waiting list has you pining over brows for years.
