When I walked in I was welcomed with smiles and hellos. They were very kind and accommodating. We worked together to upgrade my service. They sat me down in a super lovely massage chair and gave me a glass of wine to help me relax and enjoy my experience. They listened and trimmed my nails the way I like and gave me an incredible massage! I am def. going back and going to bring friends!

I made an appointment for an express pedicure, and I kept explaining that I could still fill the roughness at the tips of my toes also on the edges of my feet. They would attend to it for just a second and then stop. Charged me $33 and I could feel rough edges everywhere on my toenails and sides of my feet and when I put my pointed shoes on, I could feel the pain that is worse than when I went in. They gave me attitude when I kept asking them to finish the job properly. It's not like it was horrific when I came in and besides, that's not how it works with pedicures I've seen people come in with nasty feet and they always do the best they can to get it right these people didn't care at all. Responding to reply of the owner. Your response to my review was completely inaccurate. When I arrived, I explained that I just needed a pedicure and no polish, which would've added 10-15 minutes to my service time, knowing that more attention should've been directed towards getting my feet to a good condition. This was the shortest time I've ever experienced for a pedicure, and yes, it was an express pedicure, but there was no polish o Orr buffing requested. More attention should've been spent on getting my feet to a comfortable situation. There are jagged edges everywhere on my toenails and tips of my toes even more so than when I walked in the door. The person attending my feet was not thorough and couldn't understand a word I was saying. Very frustrating. My soaking time was in almost cold water. Pretending that there was nothing improper or wrong done by your employee does not help your explanation. There's no excuse.

They always are so kind and caring and anything you ask for or need, they are front and center and on top of everything. The ambience is beautiful, there's always lovely music, they give you amazing beverages with a fully stocked bar as well, everyone is always so nice. The prices are not insanely expensive either. I highly recommend this place to anyone and I will continue giving them my business as long as I live in Austin.

My 1 star is for front desk/reception & customer service quality for TWO unfortunate experiences. 1. 1 month ago I scheduled an appointiment THE DAY BEFORE I asked to come in and scheduled a time. I come in and it was never communicated that a time was scheduled for me. I was asked if I could wait and I couldn't so thankfully things were changed so I could have my service THE TIME I ASKED FOR. 2. I call to make an appointment for a removal, I asked for the price and ask if the person I wanted was in. I was told the person I requested was working. I come in, everyone looks at me confused and I say I have an appointment with said person. I'm told "oh that person isn't in today." , "but I called to make the appointment and was told she was here today." " when did you call?" .. "Today.... 30 minutes ago". A guy was kind and made sure to get me someone. However, extremely disappointed with how my nails were left. I asked for almond, if it was possible. I get barely ovals and uneven! I still got charged and when asked what happened with the person I asked and I'm told "she doesn't work Mondays". Okay? Wonderful to know but why was I told that when I called. Asked again when I called and gave the same response. I'm told "oh they must've gotten confused". So I got poor nail work done and didn't even get an apology or offered something, mind you I was kind and cordial the whole time. Poor customer service and no mindfulness. I'm not one to write poor reviews, but I am extremely disappointed and disheartened. please do better!

My experiences have generally been positive, which is why today's visit was so disappointing. I came in for a fill with cat eye polish and was charged $72. I've had this exact same service here before and have never paid anywhere near that amount. I didn't think to ask the price beforehand because I assumed it would be consistent with what I'd paid in the past. On a positive note, my pedicure was great, and I was happy with that service & price. The biggest issue was the lack of pricing transparency! The unexpected charge left me feeling like the price was arbitrary, and it completely changed my experience. Because I was so disappointed with the unexpected cost, I chose not to leave a tip. If you decide to visit, I highly recommend confirming the total price before your service begins so there are no surprises. Consistent and transparent pricing goes a long way toward maintaining customer trust. Aside from the rest. Overall it was very quiet and relaxing vibe with enjoyable music.
