This is the first place I ever had lash extensions done, as I noticed really amazing, natural looking lashes on a friend of mine, only to learn they were indeed extensions. I've now been seeing Britt and her team for many years and just love everything about the services they provide. I have now tried getting fills at other places when I was in a hurry to get new lashes and can definitely say not all lash stylists are created equal. The other place gave me such fake looking lashes, and at a higher price. I had to get them removed. I get lots of compliments of my lashes - many people don't even realize they are not mine. I've also taken my daughter in for brow tint and lash lift, which was a super option for a teenager. Brow lamination is also very cool, and this place does a super job with them. I adore Britt and having her do my lashes, but I've booked with her other lash artists as well, and they are equally good. Having several on the team who are have excellent qualifications means you can always get an appointment for a fill and know you will get the same beautiful results. Sometimes, I have to reschedule last minute but can always get back in with At Hello since they offer lots of different time slots and are really good about being able to find a spot for you. Appointments can be handled by text, which I really appreciate. I got married in May and (foolishly) purchased a "deal" with another lash salon in Austin for my maid of honor and myself. I got what I paid for... (which wasn't much). However, I had never had extensions before and didn't know how poorly they had been applied until they started to hurt as they came off. I mentioned how unpleasant this was to a friend, and she insisted that I needed to have them fixed by Brittany. Luckily, I listened and set up an appointment for a fill with Brittany while she was at Blink. After trying to salvage my botched extensions from the previous salon, she ended up removing all of the extensions and starting over - the right way! As she gave me my new extensions, she explained the process and what to expect (something the other salon did not do) and how to care for the lashes. The final product was incredible and made my original extensions look like amateur's work! I only wish I had gone to her before my wedding so I would have had perfect lashes on my wedding day. Brittany takes pride in her work and is truly talented. She is very attentive, detail-oriented, and efficient at the same time! She makes sure you get exactly what you are looking for and is worth every penny. I have had regularly scheduled appointments with her every 2-3 weeks for the past 5 months and have nothing but wonderful experiences. Although I live down South, I definitely have no problem traveling to Lady Lash - it's worth it! If you're considering lashes for the first time - do it! Brittany uses high quality lashes and glue and doesn't count lashes like most other places do. She lets you know exactly how to take care of your lashes so you get the most out of them and is always happy to answer any questions you might have. I first started going to Brittany when she worked at another salon. The first time she did my lashes, I was pleased but I did not clearly express to her what I wanted. As a result I didn't walk out with the shape I had originally intended to get. When I got home, I called the salon and left a message for her. She got right back to me and told me to come back in so she could fix my problem. She added lashes that had a different curl pattern and that did the trick and my lashes were perfect. She did it free of charge too because she wanted to ensure that she left me satisfied, even though it was my fault that I hadn't expressly stated what I wanted. Ever since then, I was a loyal customer. I always walk away satisfied with my lashes and feel extremely confident throughout the day. I was proud to learn she started her own business and of course have followed her here. It doesn't get any better. She is an excellent lash stylist and her prices are SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO reasonable. I just got back from Atlanta where I'm from, and all the salons there are upwards of 30% more in price. If you are debating on where to get your lashes done, go here. She is the best stylist in Austin I am confident in saying and has unbeatable prices. I also want to note how friendly and professional she is. We laugh at all of my appointments. I will say though, she has excellent discernment and can read her clients well. If you aren't in the mood for chat, she will respect that without you having to tell her that directly. Brittany is fantastic!!! I first met her at Blink Beauty and learned that she was opening up her own, new space! Although it's a bit further north than Blink and my house, she is worth the drive. At first, I was a bit unsure about my lashes only because it was such a difference compared to my blah look before. After about a week of not having to wear ANY eye makeup, I fell in love. Getting ready in the morning is so much easier/quicker now! Brittany is super friendly, and very particular with her work. She takes her time and really wants to give you the best result possible. She doesn't "count" lashes out per eye, like most places. She gives you as many as she thinks is needed to give you that wide eye, beautiful look based on your eye shape. I have my first fill appointment with her this Saturday... can't wait! My lashes still look great(and I'm three weeks out). A few have fallen out(as they do-with your natural lashes) but I'm really impressed with how they have held up. If I had to give a downside to lashes I would say that I miss scrubbing my eyes when washing my face and running the water all over my face. I am way more gentle now and don't "scrub" my eyes. There really isn't any need to as I don't wear eye makeup much anymore. When I do though, I just use the oil-free makeup remover.. easy peasy! Call Brittany to schedule now! I typically don't write reviews but felt compelled to share my experience with the customer service. I've been going to At Hello Lash for about two years. In fairness, I would say they do a good job - not great though. Despite following their instructions to a T, I needed fills every two weeks but try to go every two and a half weeks due to cost. But everyone is different, right? My issues were mainly around customer service and lack of knowledge and experience with the original person doing my lashes who was originally let go for this reason. (The current person seems to know her stuff and is super friendly.) It started with purchasing the lash shampoo. I was told to squeeze a small amount on my fingers and gently rub into my lashes. For about a year, I was losing my lashes like crazy, but was assured by Brittany that I have bad lashes and probably wasn't take proper care of them. As she is the expert, I believed this. A year later, I was told by her new lash person that she and Brittany discovered the prior employee was not giving correct instructions. Apparently I was to dilute the solution considerably. I was frustrated to learn this and even more frustrated that Brittany charged me $15 for a pump bottle that was never provided to me by her original lash person. She acknowledged this was a failure on their end, so at the least, a nice gesture like a a free pump bottle or a discount on a future fill would have gone a long way. Instead, I literally paid hundreds of dollars throughout that year getting frequent fills due to her employee's incompetence. I was later sold a lash conditioner that was recommended. I immediately noticed my lashes were falling out and it had a "caked on" feel. I did communicate this to my stylist and was told that other people using it had also experienced residue issues but not the loss in lashes. Lesson learned I should have immediately asked for the $40+ refund, especially because the bottle is completely full, but did not. Instead, several months later it came to mind again and I did ask but Brittany said no because I waited too long. She offered to recommend another product, but after two bad product experiences, I'm not interested in looking at other options. The final straw was how an appointment cancellation was handled - especially since that was my first time in 2 years. In full disclosure, I canceled my appointment several hours before the appointment time, which I hate doing. I woke up feeling awful, made a doctor appointment and ultimately ended up with bronchitis. I understand this is absolutely an inconvenience for Brittany and felt horrible. I have also been a customer for two years and have never canceled on the same day. In my opinion, she could have either let this one time slide, charge 50%, etc. But instead, I was told I would be charged in full ($90). She offered to give me 35% off the next visit, but at this point, the damage was already done. I'd been feeling for a while like she was more concerned about the dollars I was spending (and I spent a lot) than making money but also taking good care of a loyal customer. Had only one of the above incidents transpired, perhaps I would suck it up and deal with it as the location is extremely convenient for me. However, given the combination of these issues and how much I invested with Brittany, I will be going elsewhere. read more

Wow!! I am so happy with my lashes from Reagan! This was my first experience with lash extensions and I am thrilled. Firstly I booked the wrong appointment type and Reagan didn't even bat an eye. I should have been rescheduled to allot the appropriate amount of time for a Full Set, but this lovely lady agreed to stay late on my behalf and still see me tonight, even though it was going to take close to 2 hours!!! She was so sweet the entire time and extremely knowledgeable. I had no idea what kind of style I wanted or even how to describe it. "Full but natural??" She knew exactly what I meant and exceed my expectations! She schooled me on everything I needed to know about my new lashes and I am so stoked to not have to wear mascara!! What a great find! I was traveling from out of state, in desperate need of a lash fill. I was so nervous going to a lash salon I didn't know... but so glad I did. They fit me in then worked their artistry on me.. and I do mean artistry! (They taught me the difference between a good lash tech and a lash artist!) They also explained, more than my regular lash tech ever did, how to care for my natural lashes Regina's expertise is amazing...She spent so much time caring for me and repairing my mess. My only regret is that I don't live in austin. I have been using Britany for over 5 years for my lash extensions. I drive over an hour every 2 weeks to see her. Amazing young lady and an outstanding job she does on my lashes. I constantly get comments on my lashes. Not only is she concerned with how I take care of my lash extensions but also my own lashes. The better I take care of them, the better her job is! Yay!! I absolutely adore Britney and it doesn't hurt that she's amazing at what she does. I had almost given up on lashes when I came across Britney at Blink Beauty. I was discouraged and fed up with the shotty jobs that people had done previously with my lashes. After my first trip to see her, I was HOOKED. My lashes are beautiful and the extensions that she uses are SO soft. She doesn't charge by the lash but charges by the hour. If she can fit 50 eyelashes on in an hour, she will! Britney just recently went out on her own (Lady Lash) and I would have followed her to the moon. The last couple of times that I have seen her, she spent an hour and a half with me when I was only scheduled for an hour. She didn't have to do that and she never complained about it. Not once. I have been going to Brittany for lash extensions since October 2011 - she is AMAZING!! She does a fantastic job and is very personable. She takes the time to explain the process and ensures you are completely satisfied after each lash application appointment. I was only planning to continue with getting my eyelashes after the holidays in 2011....however, here it is 2013 and I am so pleased with them that it has now become a beauty necessity that I plan to maintain.
