I would recommend this place to anyone! I got a lash lift and the results were absolutely amazing. The environment is peaceful and relaxing; even the tables they use during the service are so comfortable and thoughtfully designed. Everyone who works here is incredible, but a special shoutout to Jasmin and Jaymee, who truly went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Your customer service is unmatched, your skill speaks for itself, and you've officially gained a lifelong client. I'll be referring everyone I know. Thank you again! read more

I couldn't recommend Luna Lash enough! The owner, Jaymee is so wonderful. She took the time to explain what would compliment my features & my face best. She suggested a brown classic set, with natural fullness. I really loved her attention to detail & thoughtfulness when choosing what would work best for ME. I've been to many specialists & gotten big black lashes, but the set that Jaymee picked out for me fit my face perfectly. I love the "effortless" look these lashes gave me. It's been about a week & they're still in pristine condition. The entire vibe & aesthetic of the salon is so gorgeous & relaxing. I felt really comfortable to just chill while Jaymee worked her magic. Overall, this was a great experience & the best lash set I've ever gotten! I'm recommending Luna Lash to all my friends. read more

Luna Lash - Brown Classic Set - Eyelash Service Near Me - Austin, Texas

Chatty lash techs that will spend almost 30 minutes into your appointment explaining lash care to you like you're 5 years old while they upsell their products. This is supposed to be relaxing/pampering time, and I had to endure 2.5 hrs of them laughing loudly, gossiping back and forth about a coworker who clearly was not there, a juice shop and what they wanted to order and a rollerskate venue. SO. ANNOYING. Very disrespectful to the clients laying there. My lashes were sparse and shorter than I wanted and they didn't look natural. They looked like shiny plastic. I can't say there is anything about this place that would make me want to go back. GROSS. read more

I wish I could give Luna Lash 10 stars because they truly are just that great! Not only because the lash work is such high quality, but because the women who work there are kind, warm, and genuine and go out of their ways to make you feel comfortable. I am not a high maintenance girly, but I ventured to start pampering myself more and hopefully saving time on my "get cute" routine by getting lash extensions. The first artist I went to was Tran who I believe moved and is no longer with the studio, but she did an excellent job and my lashes stayed on for so long! I've also gone to Amy who is just such a gem. So kind and is definitely a perfectionist. She really took her time to make sure my lashes were just right after I decided to make a switch from classic to hybrid. I would highly recommend working with her. Lastly, I have to shout out the owner Jaymee who is the biggest sweetheart of them all. You can just tell she leads by example to foster an environment where excellence and kindness are of the highest order. Don't walk, run! :) read more

Luna Lash is by far the best lash studio I have ever been to! If I could give them 10 stars I would. All the lash techs are super skilled and take the time to understand exactly what you want. They're also super knowledgeable when it comes to all things lashes, and great at teaching you how to keep your lashes strong, healthy and clean. Every time I go they exceed my expectations! While they do care about all things lashes, they go beyond that and actually care about you as a person. Everyone there is genuinely so warm and welcoming and kind. The studio is so cute, clean, and smells amazing. It's have little lockers for you to put your stuff in while you are getting your lashes done. The bathroom is one of my favorite parts--it's like a hotel bathroom but 100x better. They have everything in there you could need. If you are thinking of getting your lashes done you have gotta try Luna Lash! It's the best place in Austin (and probably the best place in Texas)! read more

Update: 6/3/22 - I have to commend Luna lash on their excellent customer service. They reached out and provided me with a refill free of charge, twice. However, each refill only lasted a week before they mostly fell out. (Yes, I washed my lashes per their instructions but for some reason the lashes didn't last). We couldn't figure it out and it was frustrating to have to go back in after a week each time. However, they were great with customer service and willing to fit me into their schedules to address the issue. After the second refill, I scheduled to have them remove the remaining ones because my lashes were looking funky from the fall out. Seems like I'm in the minority here so I'd recommend Luna lash to anyone because they are so customer centric. It didn't work out for me but I'd recommend folks give it a try 5/7/22 I went here for a hybrid lash fill for the first time, and I'm not sure I'm coming back. The reason is because the lashes didn't even last a full week. They started falling out 3 days after (past the time they said I could come back if I noticed a lot of fall out) and by the end of day 5, my left eye was pretty bare and my right eye had some left. For $150 including 20% tip I'd have expected it to last 2-3 weeks. I did have foreign lashes on but the lash tech working on me commented that the quality of work of my previous tech was great and my lashes were well taken care of. I've been wearing lashes for 4 years and haven't had this happen before so am a bit disappointed because I'm new to Austin and want to find my "go to" salon. Pros: the customer service is great, Saima was super friendly and sweet, check in was smooth and on time. The room they have in the back of the salon has ergonomic back support tables and is super clean. I didn't experience any lash glue issues/burning. They do validate parking and scheduling is easy peasy. Cons: as I mentioned above I paid $150 and the lashes didn't last a full week. read more

I've been wondering about Luna Lash for some time and finally took the plunge last weekend to try it out! Jaymee and Reece greeted me on Sunday morning, making me feel warm and welcome! The space is cute and clean, with an open reception area and four lash loungers on the other side of the shop. My appointment was with Reece. She sat down with me to explain the process and ask questions about my previous lash extension experience to cater the service to my needs. She gave me plenty of information about properly caring for my lashes and then walked me to the lash washing station to wash my natural lashes. The personalized experience at this lash studio is something I haven't experienced anywhere else! Reece was super meticulous about ensuring that I was comfortable and that I was happy with the final product! I'll update my review in the next month or two once I've had a couple of refills and see how retention lasts. So far I'm highly impressed and wish I would've come sooner! read more

I've been seeing Jaymee and her team for almost 2 years (back when they were located in Swamp Mermaid) - & I haven't looked back! They now have the cutest location in mueller! Jaymee really cares about the health of your lashes and will talk you thru the best way to maintain strong and healthy lashes. She walks thru proper ways or cleansing lashes to maintain good retention. I usually can go about 2.5 weeks before needing a fill. It's also comforting that when its time to go for a fill I can see a lot of my natural lashes are still intact and growing normally! If you're wanting to try lashes for the first time def check them out & if you've been burned in the past, trust me it won't happen here! read more

So, I visited Luna Lash several months back for my first "real" lash extension experience, and it was a good one! It's a nice salon, and the people are well trained, use good materials, and actually know how to show you how to treat your lashes so that you get the best retention/wear out of them. Amy was my stylist, and she did exactly what I wanted! My lashes were longer and fuller, but looked very natural - not too full. We actually had a little misunderstanding at one point because I had to reschedule at the last minute but, they were fair with me and refunded any cancellation fees so, that being said, I have to say this is a quality place with a nice vibe. I would definitely go there again if I could. read more

I have been getting lash extensions with Jaymee for at least three years. She has always made me feel comfortable even after my first visit when I didn't heed the advice to wash my lashes and I had some build up and some extension casualties. I was embarrassed but Jaymee was a total professional and was very patient with me. I bought some lash wash from her and now I always make sure to wash those lashes! I feel very comfortable talking to Jaymee (about anything!) but if you don't feel up to chatting during your sessions you can fall asleep and just relax. She is so knowledgeable about the process and you can tell after talking to her, even after a few minutes, that she has passion about lashes and her enthusiasm shines through. This is why I would never go anywhere else to get lashes. I have gotten many compliments over the years from my lashes! When I first got them I had few friends and acquaintances stare hard as they weren't sure if they were real! This was my goal as I have always opted for the a more natural and classic look. This is a testament to Jaymee's skill and listening to what the customer wants. Her location at Swap Mermaid Beauty Project is centrally located, convenient to get in and out of and parking is validated. The COVID precautions at the salon and with Jaymee make me feel safe and are strictly adhered to. read more

I've been getting lash extensions for the better part of 3 years and I've never been this happy with the results. Jaymee is the best of the best and I'm not sure that I'd ever trust anyone else with my lashes now that she's done them. Although I've only had one full set and one fill so far I couldn't wait to shout about how happy I am. Jaymee is so knowledgeable about lashes and really educates you on best practices and why/why not certain things worked for your lashes previously. I really appreciate how well Jaymee listens to my wants/needs/likes/dislikes/concerns/etc. My lashes have never felt healthier or looked better. Luna Lash - 2.5 weeks post full set, still so good! I like a natural looking lash that adds length and Jaymee delivers! - Eyelash Service Near Me - Austin, Texas

I am obsessed with Luna Lash! I found them just over a year ago and have seen them every 2-3 weeks for the year! Two important things stand out about them; 1. Their commitment and care for their clients! The ambience of the studio is fantastic. When I'm there I feel inspired, relaxed, and like I'm a part of a badass group of women! All of the stylists care genuinely about their clients and make me feel like I am just hanging out with my friends. 2. Their CRAFT. Retention retention retention. My lashes last so long. I am always shocked at how long my lashes last and how good they look! Jaymee, the owner of the studio, taught me how to properly wash my lashes and very kindly and warmly hold me accountable each appointment . I am so grateful for how easy they've made my mornings with these amazing lashes. Thank you Luna Lash for being the definition of excellence!! read more

Waste of $100. Had a trip planned and knew exactly what I wanted for my lashes. The entire end of the left eye fell off, within two days, except one lone straggler. I had been quoted $50 and when I left I was charged over $90. What a nightmare. Not only can I never get my time back, I now look like a haggard cyclops. I've been getting lashes done across 5 different cities since 2010. I can recognize efficient, affordable, and long lasting eyelash applications. This is not it. Too bad, nice girl. Maybe needs more experience or higher quality lashes. Which she can buy with my money since refusing a refund ;) heres your pic read more

Her lashes are amazing and every time I go, the more she gets to know what I like about my lashes, it's continuously impressing me. Excellent customer service, I will highly recommend this place. I went to Luna Lash for a classic eye lash extension, after the stylist finished I was not completely satisfied with the end result. After talking to the owner she explained to me that I have lost more of my natural eye lashes in one eye and that the hybrid eye extensions were a better choice. She scheduled an early morning appointment the next day and she did a fabulous job. By the time I left I was so happy with results. I will be back for refills! read more

Request a new full volume set with Amy. The experience was very unpleasant at first. We were disagreeing on how I clean my lashes. I've been getting my lashes done for 10 years now, never had a bad experience until Luna Lash. She was basically saying that I need to wash my lashes daily and when I told her I understand but won't be doing that.. it was downhill from there. We did a consultation I told her short was my only request. Since it was a full volume set I didn't think I needed to tell her what volume lashes look like. We tried being civil the rest of the appointment but in my mind I already decided I would not be coming back. When I looked at my lashes at the end of the appointment they were looked like classic instead of volume. I cannot express how upsetting it is to argue with these people, pay $275 and hate how it looks. I told her during the appointment one of my eyes was getting fumes. She tried to adjust but before I left she made me wash my lashes... pretty sure it was to be petty. It burned as soon as I put the soap on and when I went home the pain got worse and it looked like I had pink eye. I'm not one to leave a bad review but it's not okay what happened. read more

I have been getting my lashes done by these badass babes since Jaymee opened her first studio in NW Austin years ago. Every single one of these artists put so much time and effort into making sure every single lash is perfectly placed to compliment your eye/face shape. I wouldn't trust anyone else to lay a tweezer on this bangin' lash-line of mine. I recently caught COVID right before an already overdue appointment. (Because life, am I right?) Ladies!! I still had 10+ week old mega-volume fans holding on for dear life. We all couldn't believe it! If you've been on the fence about starting lashes, just think... you could be rolling out of bed tomorrow with 30 extra minutes of sleep looking totally snatched!! I wish I could give Luna Lash more than 5 stars! I recently moved to Austin from California and was freaking out about finding a new lash studio. After reading lots of yelp reviews I decided to try out Luna Lash. I made an appointment with Jaymee for Volume Lash Fill. At my appointment Jaymee explained that because my lash growth and the length of time since my last fill that it would be best to have the old lashes removed and to start with a fresh set. Her work was beautiful but I realized I hadn't explained to her the look I was going for (I'm used to extra thick mega volume) so she offered to have me come back later in the week so she could apply more lashes.
