So happy I found this salon! I have been searching (yes, SEARCHING) for a lash studio to be loyal to since my recent move to Austin. I FINALLY found my experts! The salon is so cute, you feel right at home. More importantly- THE STAFF! They are fun, friendly, and super-knowledgeable. They consider the health of your lashes, the shape that will suit you, and are thoughtful in explaining care and planning your fills. My lashes are back in glamorous, full-force thanks to Luna Lash read more

I just moved to Texas from Montana and I had never really wanted lash extensions before but with this heat I wanted to wear less makeup. I did A TON of research of lash studios all around the Austin area, and I finally landed on Luna Lash. I was drawn to them because of the genuine girls I had seen on their social media, I could tell that they would take great care of my lashes especially for never having extensions. LET ME TELL YOU. My hypothesis was correct, Jaymee provided the best consultation leaving no questions unanswered and continued to give me the prettiest lashes. I went back for a fill with Arianna and had some new ideas for the look I wanted. She talked with me to make sure we were on the same page and did exactly what I had envisioned. Nothing but great things to say about my experience at Luna Lash, I am in love with my lashes read more

LUNA LASH! I highly recommend any of the team and Luna Lash! I see primarily Saima and she has totally transformed my lashes! I am a former strip lash girl and had seriously damaged my natural lash health. Saima put me on a regimen to rehab my natural lashes and now they are healthy and thriving. Her volumes give me the dramatic look I am going for without being too dramatic! Truly the best team in Austin! Run don't walk! read more

Jaymee is truly an artist and the studio is a very warm and inviting space. I had gotten lash extensions with the intention of doing it once, for a specific purpose. I ended up going back for six months! Jaymee cares deeply about both her client comfort and the final outcome. She's easy to talk to and a joy to spend an hour with every two weeks! I loved the way my lashes looked; Jaymee was always very professional and patient. She's meticulous in her work, ensuring that lashes are placed perfectly to give the best, most natural look. Lash extensions were a life saver in getting ready in the morning - a little bit of foundation, lip gloss and I was ready to go! Jaymee is the only person I'd let do my lashes - I had to take a break because of my work travel schedule, but when I'm ready, I'll happily be back! read more

I love LunaLash! My very first experience with lash extensions at a different salon didn't go well. The process was uncomfortable and I was unhappy with the results. I was hesitant to try again, but after stalking LunaLash's IG for a few weeks I finally took the plunge. Jaymee has been my lash tech for 3 months now and I will never go anywhere else! She listened to my requests and was able to give me exactly what I was looking for. Her work is impeccable, and she is extremely professional and informative. My favorite part about our visits is how warm and accommodating she is. I've NEVER felt more welcome and appreciated by a beauty tech as I do with her. She's there to listen and chat if you feel like it. She's also great at letting you drift off into a lash nap if that's what you need! Also the banter between her and Saima is hilarious and endearing. If you're looking for a long term tech, look no further! read more

Jaymee is a childhood friend who has done amazing job at following her dreams. She's been doing my lashes for awhile now and each time I walk out in love. She has thought me about lash care. She explained the health of my lashes and how to improve to get the even more full dramatic look. Which is greatly appreciate especially the last place I went it was just hard to even hold a conversation with that tech. But Jaymee will talk to me about everything under the sun but then will also let me nap if needed. It super private and i feel safe. go to Jaymee. you won't be disappointed. read more

Jaymee is a goddess!!! I have been getting my lashes done at another lash place for about 7 months now. I was content, only because I didn't realize what I was missing! The first time going to Jaymee (recommended by a friend who's lashes are always flawless), she educated me on things I that I hadn't been taught by my original artist. She asked me a few questions about the look I wanted and worked her magic! She gave me the perfect length, shape and fullness for my eye shape. She always makes sure I'm comfortable while in her care, and makes sure my lashes are the healthiest they can be. Her passion for making people feel beautiful shows through her quality work and customer service! Would 100% recommend! read more

Jaymee is awesome! She's professional but also really nice and friendly. She really took the time to not only meticulously do my lashes but she always talked with me about my lash health and her recommendations. I love that because I've always been worried that extensions will destroy my own natural lashes. The first time I came in, it was for a "foreign fill" as I had extensions done elsewhere (that I didn't love). There was no time limit attached to the appointment and I felt that there was no rush; she really took her time to get the job done. I can tell she actually cared, which was so nice and comforting. I was only in Austin a short time, as I'm a travel nurse, but I wish I could've stayed or take Jaymee with me! I'd recommend her to anyone in Austin! read more

I'm so glad I found Jaymee! I get so many compliments on my lashes all the time now! She is super talented, professional, clean, and friendly! She is absolutely everything you look for in a lash artist. I had been going to a salon and they kept switching artists on me and I had such a problem with not having an established relationship with the person in charge of my lashes. Those stressful days are fortunately now gone. I will be a client of Jaymee's forever. read more

I love love love it here! I love how in depth they are with the questions they ask, I love how they teach you things during your consultation. I can't say enough by old things about this place honestly. The vibe, the ladies, the process it's all AMAZING read more

Y'all if you're looking for a new lash artist, look no further! Saima is your girl! I started off getting classics a couple of years ago and over time just needed something a little fuller. She's taught me how to care for my lashes properly so that I get the most mileage out of them (with no judgement might I add). My lash retention has been so amazing. Her classic, hybrid, and volume game are all strong but I especially love her hybrid/volume sets. You can't go wrong with Luna Lash. Jaymee is absolutely AMAZING at finding the perfect style and length of lashes that work for your unique eye shape. She's been doing my lashes since 2016 and I'll honestly never go to anyone else! I've been going to Jaymee for about 7 months now and she's the only one I'd trust with my lashes. Naturally, I have very little eyelashes so I was really excited and nervous the first time my sister and I decided to get eyelash extensions. I was worried getting eyelash extensions would end up damaging what little I had. When we got there, the first thing I noticed was her room setup felt like a comfy space and not another generic salon. Jaymee immediately reassured me about any concerns, explained her process so I would know everything she was doing, and even recommended some different things to promote healthy eyelash growth. She was really considerate the entire time, asked me if I was comfortable before she started, and even asked if I liked talking or if I wanted to chill and relax for the duration. After going back many times, I've learned that she always has your best interests in mind and goes above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied. If you're nervous about getting eyelash extensions, don't be! Jaymee will answer any questions you have and she does a fantastic job. read more

These ladies are total bad asses! Cute little lash shop within a salon on east 6th. My sister has been going for a bit before convincing me I needed to give them a try. Typically Jess does my lashes and I love them! They always get so many compliments. Jaymee also stepped in to do one of my fills when jess couldn't and she absolutely rocked it. I am SO thankful I was referred to Jaymee at Luna Lash. I have been going to see her for a while now and always have a great lash experience under her care. When comparing her to other lash girls I've seen, she is hands down 1 million % better! She listens to what you want, extremely detailed in her work and produces the most beautiful lashes a girl could ask for. I am constantly receiving compliments from girls and guys on my lashes and am told "they look great- the perfect mix of natural beauty with a bit of drama." :) When I first met Jaymee I was put at ease after I saw how knowledgeable she was about lash and skin health. She really knows what she is doing and it shows in the delivery of her product. Previous placed I visited would tug and pull on my lashes when applying extensions and this was not the case with Jaymee. I never feel a thing and I can even get in a mini lash nap in. Plus, she has great music too! If you are looking for someone that has years of experience, knowledgeable about her craft and someone who produces the most beautiful work, then look no further than Jaymee! read more

I've been getting my lashes done for a long time. I'm newer to Austin but since moving here I've been to at least 8 different lash salons that were all horrible in comparison to my girl in LA. I got to the point where I was going to take my lashes off because I was so frustrated always having horrible lashes. Finally I was out to dinner one night and the girl waiting on me had that lashes I wanted. She told me where to find Jaymee. Honestly Jamie might be the best lash girl in all of Austin. read more

I always look forward to getting my lashes done by Jaymee. She has so much knowledge and experience and it really shows. She really puts so much effort to make sure my lashes end up looking perfect every single time. Her lash room is so comfy and cozy. She's always adding extra pillows and worlds comfiest blanket. It's almost impossible for me not to put on my headphones and fall asleep for the entire hour. She's so amazing I drive from south austin to research Blvd every two weeks to see this amazing lady.
