When scheduling, I specifically asked whether you had an injector experienced with mature skin and droopy eyelids, as technique matters significantly. I was assured that you did. During my consultation, I explained that I typically receive 40 units and prefer a natural look. I also mentioned my droopy eyelids and that my previous injector adjusts placement to provide a subtle lift. I was advised to increase to 56 units, and after some discussion, I said fine (they made me pay the highest price per unit that I ever paid for that additional units) Within a week, my eyelids dropped significantly more than before. It appears too much product was placed in my forehead, resulting in pronounced lid heaviness. I am currently unable to comfortably apply mascara, and the outcome is very concerning. I contacted the front desk and was told a manager would call me. Instead, I received a text asking me to schedule another appointment. I requested a phone call but have not received any response. I am extremely disappointed -- both in the outcome and in the lack of consideration for their customers. Never again!

Now, if I can't find the massage building, how on earth could I find the therapist? ‍ Then, as I was walking up, the therapist went inside of the building... I tried to lean-in for the massage but Romelo was giving me the worst massage known to man (using his fist up and down my legs/and calves in a rapid motion) so I asked him to stop- ~10 minutes into the massage. After ending the massage early, I went to the front desk told them that I had to stop the massage and I wanted to just cancel my services for the day and without asking me a single question or telling me any company policies or referencing my experience (like with human empathy), Andrea told me that she would just waive all of my fees due to "all that I had been through." 30 minutes later and still before my scheduled facial, someone texted me and said that they planned to charge me for 50% of the fees because the manager didn't approve to waive them.... And I'm like, what does that have to do with me? After Andrea cancelled my appointment, my agreement to do business with your company ended so it's unethical to charge me for policies not communicated, after our business has ended! Then, Andrea sent me a dozen rude text messages gaslighting me, trying to troll me into an argument, not taking any accountability, and asking me to email her manager- and I'm like, for what? Why would I call him? Why wouldn't he call me to be the bridge in customer service or understand what went wrong here? In fact, if Andrea needed to charge me, why didn't you call me ask me to come back to the spa for a facial or communicate the change in the company plans vs. sending me a text message? Esp. Since Andrea already waive the fees? This spa staff are backwards (causing problems vs. resolving them- last example, when I called the spa to ask the names of the people mentioned in this review, Andrea tried again to start an argument with me (saying that I had been rude the whole time .. someone please pull the audio and video)... I tried to end the convo amicably but I finally hung up the phone when she started on a rant. I can't do petty, childish, rude, and bad service!

Ignoring a concern involving client privacy and misinformation shows a lack of accountability and professionalism. I had one inch of grow out that is now bleached to heck and you can see that it wasn't dragged thru and it appears a reverse ombré you can see exactly on the top of my head where his paint stroke ended with the now damaged hair not holding color is. so it's like white then starts blonde. then from that spot you see where my hair was not touched by Brian. It is actually so white and weird tint cuz I don't know what toner it was I never had color like this or wanted it. But the overprocessed white bleach hair looks like white similar to grey hairs I want to cry. the hair dresser behind me clipped the lady's hair up and started at bottom and was neat .i didnt get that courtesy why would you start at the top. or at very least take out top while bottom processing I mentioned it 3 times like it's been cooking and them bottom just put on.
