Through some research and positive reviews, I found Rejuvenate. I bought a package of 3 for microneedling which was a VERY reasonable price, especially compared to other med spas in the area who are charge very high prices. I just finished my 2nd session and had to come here to sing my praises. Paloma, the esthetician who does my microneedling is so thorough, knowledgeable & caring. She does a great job during the treatment, and makes sure all my questions are answered pre & post treatment. I'm very pleased with my results so far!! Additionally, I've also seen Janel for dysport in-between my microneedling sessions and I feel the same way. She's is very thorough and knows what she is doing. I've been a client of Rejuvenate Austin for over five years, and I truly cannot imagine trusting anyone else with my face. Their entire team takes an extremely conservative, thoughtful approach to aesthetics -- the exact opposite of the pushy, "do more" mentality you see at so many other places. I love Dr. Wright and all the team of estheticians at this medi-clinic. I found the clinic based off social media and initially got Botox here. It felt comforting that all the specialists were nurses that would administer Botox wether it was dysport or some other type of neurotoxin. They also all go through up and coming training on a regular basis which is reassuring. I stopped doing Botox, but recently came here at the beginning of this year to try and clear up hyperpigmentation and dark spots prior to my April Wedding. Dr. Wright worked with me to ensure that I optimized my results for my wedding day and get rid of my dark spots to have the best canvas for the makeup artist on my wedding day! This is my first ever negative review, and unfortunately it goes to Rejuvenate. I'd been a few times for Botox with Dana, and that was a great experience! I have nothing but great things to say about Dana. But then I went to get my sideburns lasered. They told me it could take anywhere from 3-6 sessions, so I bought a package "deal" that covered 6 sessions. This cost hundreds of dollars and had to be spaced out over several months. After my 6th session, there was absolutely no change in my sideburns. In fact, they seem worse today because I had to keep shaving them before each appointment. So I went back for another session to find out that the woman who had been doing my laser "no longer worked there" so I saw someone new. They informed me that the previous employee probably wasn't using the machine properly with the right laser strength, which is why I wasn't seeing any difference. She then assured me that with my light hair and the correct laser setting, I'd probably be all set after one more session. She also mentioned that I could get this extra session comped because of the situation. Well, when it came time to pay nothing was complimentary, I had to pay an extra fee since I had used all of my package, AND I still have sideburns. TL;DR: I'd say the way this situation was mismanaged and the hefty price I paid for 0 results makes this a fair rating. This experience left me really disappointed (and poorer). read more

Ola is really great and makes the process less intimidating. It's also easy to schedule, and not nearly as expensive as I would have thought. I chose dermaplane and Tammy was the specialist that took care of me. They help you feel comfortable, fill you with information and make sure they answer any questions you may have. The experience was really nice and Tammy was great. She did a great job with my dermaplane. My face was renewed and it didn't react to the treatment. I had an appointment with Dana today, and she almost injected me with the wrong product, until I asked to see the bottle. I booked an appointment for Dysport injection a week ago and got in at 9am today. I told Dana that for some reason that Dysport works better for me than Botox. She said yes. She told me that the number of units she was going to inject, and picked up the needle. I said: " can i take a look at the bottle before you inject it?" Dana said:" I have the wrong needle and will be right back." 10 minutes later, Dana didn't come back. A different nurse came in and told me that they don't have Dysport and I should come back on a different day. Was Dana trying to inject the wrong product that I specifically said no to? That is sad and scary. read more

After having an absolutely amazing vampire facial with Tami at Rejuvenate two years ago, I decided to go back for a little pick-me-up last week! Scheduling... I made my appointment about a month in advance, for a Monday at 9 AM. The week before my appointment , I got a phone call, asking me to reschedule from Monday to Tuesday at 9 AM. Then, the day before that new appointment, I received a text message asking me to reschedule once again! I asked what was available, and I received a text back saying that I could come in the following Monday at 9 AM. When I arrived at 9 AM the following Monday, I was told that I did not have an appointment for that day. Apparently my previous appointment was canceled without the receptionist actually rescheduling my new appointment. After waiting for 30 minutes in my car, because I was not permitted to wait inside, I got to come in for my appointment. Treatment... The first thing that Tami had done before starting my treatment two years ago, was ask me what my areas of concern were on my face. I told her that I was concerned most with my forehead, which had sun-damage, and my smile lines. She thoroughly treated my entire face but focused heavily on my forehead and smile lines, which I appreciated! During my treatment last week, I was never asked that question, so Stephanie started without any input from me. I assumed that she would treat my entire face equally, but she instead focused heavily on my cheeks, and spent very little time on my forehead. I kept thinking that she would go back and treat my forehead more before finishing the facial, but she never did. My cheeks are looking great after treatment, but my forehead not so much. Up sell... After the treatment was finished, Stephanie asked me what I had at home to help my skin recover. I had not been informed prior to my visit that I needed to purchase anything ahead of time, so my response was that I had nothing at home. She then recommended that I purchase a $150 cream that would help my skin recover. During my visit two years ago, Tami sent me home with two tubes of SkinFuse healing ointment free of charge, and I had expected the same for this visit. Instead, I felt pressured into purchasing the cream Stephanie recommended. After being very disappointed with my visit to Rejuvenate last week, I feel like this second visit was my last. read more

Other thing about today, your "nurse" or actually a nurse, she didn't formally introduce herself in the beginning, I had to ask who she is and what she is. I did not get a friendly vibe. Anyhow. As soon I walked in the room, she immediately gave me a chin band. I put it back on the countertop. I was not ready for the procedure yet, I had questions. Like I said in email, I wanted consultation on why they persisted me getting secret RF. I know what I wanted but was open to hear the options. So why not giving me a chance to sit down and have a consultation about the options. I had to stop her and kept asking questions. So that was pushy. That when it started went wrong. What I wanted for today was not available. They knew I drove down from Round Rock. They were determined with their decisions without seeing me and discussing. It was reasonable for me to be disappointed. Now, you seemed upset that I wrote a review here. Before writing here, you had an hour to follow up with me after I left your office. I got nothing from you. Then I wrote an email and asked for a manager. I still got nothing from you. When I yelped you, you immediately texted me. It said a lot about you and your poor support service. It was OK for customers to be disappointed, frustrated and upset. Your staff need to learn to minimize the issues, and change the tunes by suggesting something else that they should work on my leg instead. I wanted treatments my thighs too as I mentioned in the email. You as an owner, you should know this too, don't escalate the problems, for instance in the text you said "bad behavior" and "I no longer able to book at Rejuvenate Austin." You should have response with compassion and response sooner and or at least talk with me and understand why I'm frustrating and disappointed. My business with you was not hundreds dollars. It was not a couple thousands. It was much more! And I was planning to spend $$$$. You should not treat regular/loyal customers like this. Not at all. I just read the old bad reviews about your business/ your practice, it look like the same problems with other clients by not giving appropriate support services. I have been in your office for three years, and your office has a lot of turnover staff. It's no bueno. I'm glad for this unpleasant experience, I found somewhere MORE affordable and much closer to me. It was easy to drop ya like a hot potato like you did to me by texted me and said no longer come back there. Ladies and all, don't put up with theirs. There are so many many more out there. Last summer a month before my daughters wedding I bought a Groupon for another "med Spa" in Mueller because it was close to me. Huge huge mistake, apparently a chiropractor in Austin is allowed to have someone who thinks they can inject, as long as you talk to a nurse via a video chat. I walked out with I'm not kidding two black eyes. I should have known when the owner was frantically putting make up on me. I really don't wear makeup. Then Sweet Dr. Wright, yes she is a medical doctor, moved her office to downtown. I will never ever never ever go anywhere else. Dana did a lippy cheeky injectable service on me. Zero pain or bruising the next day. Please do not go to a place that has no clue what they are doing. I have been going to here since I moved to Austin and never walked out, or even a day later, looked like I was in a boxing ring. Well done ladies! read more
