I found this place online and went in to check it out. It was a very professional atmosphere and they offered all med spa treatments. They always have some kind of special going on. I joined their Botox club and paid a small fee for enrollment so now I get Botox for $7.95 a unit. The lowest I've found it in this area around $12 The Dr. used shots to numb my face which helped and gas to relax me. I took headphones and that helped me keep my mind off of the zaps!!! Just left L-Aesthetics right now and I am beaming with how happy I am with my results. Bailey is so skilled and has such a great aesthetic eye that I barely even have to explain what I need. She sees all the same issues that I see without me even mentioning them which makes me totally relax and trust her because I've been to other offices where the injector has no idea what issues with my face that I'm even referring to and that normally doesn't end well. First I will say that I never write bad reviews unless it is absolutely necessary to provide insights (or warnings) to other prospective customers. I have had injections for many years and have always had good results until now. I had a lip injections with Bailey. First I will say she is sweet and bubbly so this is not about her personality. After she did my lips I went to my car and noticed one side of my bottom lip was way bigger than the other side to the point that I looked lop sided. I know swelling can occur so I brushed it off and went home. 5 days later it was still very obviously larger on one side and I could even feel the difference in product in that side so I called Bailey and she told me it likely is still swollen and to wait 2 weeks. I waited 3 weeks with an embarrassing lop sided mouth and when the issue wasn't resolved and all the swelling was gone I called again. She was obviously irritated and told me to come in and they would take a look at it and they would "fix it". I scheduled an appointment but she could only fit me in the following week so at this point it was almost a month after my initial appointment until I could see her! Here is where it went from bad to worse. I came in and showed her the uneven situation (I had already sent her pictures prior) and she completely down played it and made it seem like it was fine. Even my friends noticed so I can assure everyone it wasn't just in my head! I could even feel the difference between the two sides in the same lip! So what was the solution she suggested after I paid $500 for these lips? Well, either I pay for a entire new syringe so they can even them out OR she dissolves the treatment!!! Are you kidding? Either way I would be out money on a treatment that went wrong! This is totally unfair to suggest to a customer they must pay twice for the service or forfeit their initial investment!! Not only that but a complete and total waste of my time driving to and from to even go there in the first (and second) time! She never got back to me again after that in person appointment so it shows the lack of concern for patient satisfaction. I was completely disgusted by the gaslighting efforts to make it seem like uneven lips are "fine". Thankfully there are other credible spas that can provide the service that I have had previous to going to them and who do even lips! read more

First off, I want to say the staff are very kind and accommodating. I was stuck in traffic and almost missed my appointment, but they still fit me in. The doctor was chatty and friendly. However, this was the first time getting botox at this particular place and have to say I am displeased with the results. I have always gotten "baby botox" before, using only up to 20 units in my face. I expressed to the doctor how I didn't want the Spock look either. The doctor insisted that I needed almost twice my regular amount to do the "job right". I felt like I was talking him off a botox ledge a bit and compromised at 32 units ($144 in addition to the 20 units I already paid for, without tip). Unfortunately, in the anti-Spock attempt, my eyelids are now drooped and my brows are pulling down! After spending so much money for more botox than I even wanted, this should have been a perfect job. He had told me to come back in if it wasn't good, but that would require even MORE botox and money, plus I don't trust his injection skills anymore. They have good reviews from before, so maybe I'm a one off case, but I guess that's the risk you take with a new injector. read more

I am beyond disappointed with my Botox treatment from Dr. Ledbetter & even more upset with my follow up treatments to "fix" heavy lids. First, I was convinced to buy 42 units vs. the 20 I had purchased (and previously had great results with 3 other times at a different place. Yes, shame on me for buying a Groupon and trying to save money.) I was also talked into paying for a membership so that my follow up Botox appointments would be significantly cheaper. I had very heavy lids after my 1st treatment, so I went and saw Natalie for help with that. Unfortunately, I left to go out of town 2 days after that. I spent the entire Christmas vacation trip looking like I had a lazy eye or was really drunk. My left eyelid would barely open and it was honestly hard to see out of it. Upon returning to Austin, made a follow up appointment (again) and I was prescribed eye drops to fix the eyelid. Another $75 wasted because they barely worked and now, one month post treatment I finally don't look drunk. But my left eye still doesn't look "normal." Also, one month post treatment, all of my forehead wrinkles are back and it looks as if no treatment has been done at all. About to go to the Grammys and have 2 other big events this month and I look worse than I did prior to my treatment. Biggest waste of my money and time evrr. Plus every holiday picture I have as a memory with my young children, all I can see is how terrible/drunk I look. Save your time and money and go elsewhere for Botox. read more

I was searching for medical spa in the area since I hardly get up north but today i searched on yelp and found L Aesthetics and Longevity. So I drove to 11813 Bee Caves and couldnt find the place so I noticed it was not easy to find because sign was small. As I entered I was greeted by a nice receptionist pereonable and was expecting me on arrival. I was thrilled to know they have well known skin products I have used in the past. Dr. Ledbetter was conservative on my treatment and he was getting to know how to treat my skin which he did a good job. The BBL is a must very effective and can tell a difference after leaving ....i can tell how my skin looks after a treatment since I done this treatment many times in the past. Very reasonable and pleased with my treatment I plan on coming again I like the fact II felt at ease with no problems and confident the Dr. Ledbetter is personable and friendly. This practice is one of the very few in Austin who have the Sciton laser, I was specifically looking for a practice that utilized this machine over any others (it's just hands down the most effective tool and the most bang for your buck) I have had 3 BBL treatment so far and I have been thrilled with the results.
