Very disappointed with the laser hair removal services and the results. I purchased a Groupon from here and another laser hair removal place (for another area), so I was easily able to gauge the difference between what should and shouldn't be done. First off- she never once had me wear protective glasses and she never asked me any "medical" questions, like if I had changed medications or anything along those lines. So that already had me sort of suspicious of the quality of work she's doing, but the worst part was that there were never any results whatsoever. After all was said and done there was literally no diminishing hair, same old same old, just a waste of time and money. I do not recommend. The other place I went to had very noticeable results. Giving more than one star because the woman was very nice. read more

Blondes beware! Basically handed them $350 for nothing. I bought a groupon/ living social deal for $350 for a large area and ended up only getting a medium area......which if it worked was fine with me, but that wasn't the case. Went in asking if blonde hair can benefit from laser hair removal and was told yes! And if not, we will give you back your money "we want you to be happy." Well 4 painful treatments later absolutely NO change. The hair has not thinned, the hair has not slowed in growth, and it was not removed! I have two reminaing treatments, but why would I go subject myself to pain and wasting time for nothing?!?! I don't understand how a company can take $350 and not provide you any results. Alyssa is the only reason I gave two stars. She saves the company, because she is sweet and the only one who ever returns your phone calls! But I would not recommend this spa!! read more

I have been getting my laser hair removal done by Crystal for over 2 years, lol. I had to stop in the middle due to a pregnancy. I started to go to her because a previous laser company (now closed) did not have a laser for olive skin! They took my money, burned me, and never refunded what was not used! Be aware that not all lasers are created equal. She is VERY AFFORDABLE! Do not waste your money at big companies. They cannot perform miracles and they lie to you about how 'quick' and 'easy' they can get rid of your hair. Eight to ten treatments is not realistic. Crystal is very knowledgeable about laser hair removal. I highly recommend her services, especially if you have olive skin tone. Her laser shoots out a burst of cool air right before the laser hits your skin. I have done 6 full body treatments and my arms, back, and paper lip are pretty much clear of hair. My legs, bikini, and under arms need more treatments. Not all the hair on your body is the same and your hormone levels can ffect your hair growth. Disappointing in almost every way. The website makes it appear to be a medical spa with a doctor. Instead it's two rented rooms in a hallway of hairdressers etc. First clue is that there is no sign outside the building. Laserlipo treatment had no results despite following all of the rules. Reminded me of a ouija board, it's not fake, you must not believe enough. The girls are nice but because of the small space you get to listen to all their phone calls. The owner, Crystal, has performed all my treatments in a very deliberate, efficient, confident fashion. I interviewed her prior to purchasing treatment, to gauge her level of expertise - she put me at ease then and continued to display her knowledge at each session. After five sessions I have had great results on several body areas, including face, bikini, full legs, and underarms. Hair density and diameter are dramatically reduced, and regrowth has slowed drastically. I plan to continue through 12 sessions. My skin tone is naturally tan and hair dark, just for reference. I went here for a full 6-session course of laser hair removal on my underarms. It did not work. I still have lots of dark hair there and I have to shave just as often as I did before undergoing the treatment. The hair is MAYBE a little thinner / less coarse. That's the only change. Quite disappointing, and this is despite the fact that I was told by the technician that I have the perfect combination of pale skin and dark hair to make the treatment most effective. read more

Before going to see Crystal I went to Ideal Image for 2 areas. I didn't know better and thought they were worth the deranged cost. When I wanted another area done I called Ideal Image back and after having kids at that point, I couldn't justify the cost again, even with their "75% off deal." A friend recommended Crystal and I'm so grateful. Were my results good with Ideal Image? Sure. But were they better with Crystal? Heck yeah! Crystal is welcoming and doesn't make you feel uncomfortable in any way. In addition to the service, it's SUPER affordable for the main sessions and any touch ups after.
