Nurse Lo is amazing! It's been a couple years since getting Botox and I was a bit nervous! Nurse Lo made me feel comfortable immediately she was so patient, kind and took her time with everything. Hi there, I have been coming to this med spa for 2 years now. Usually, I have a good experience. I was told that I was to have filler around my nose, and under my eyes. Instead, they injected the upper left cheekbone with filler and that alone was an entire syringe. We never discussed that and I thought maybe it was just a few pokes for some reason and should have asked. I'm really disappointed but I guess I should have asked more about what was happening and updates on my treatment in current time. I call and ask about an estimated price and can not ever receive one. I can't afford $1,000 filler in my left cheekbone. I will now have to get the right side done to be evened out. I was honored to work with Ali while visiting Skin Spirit. I was pleasantly surprised to learn there was free parking in the lot directly in front of the office (it's 2022 so that never happens). Upon entering, the front deck staff is kind and welcoming. Check-in process was quick and efficient. Ali took me back and I told her I was looking for something for the lines around my eyes. She was thorough in explaining to me how wrinkles form and how the different solutions work the counter that formation, as well as other features that differentiate the specific solutions from one another. She talked me through different pricing options and made sure I was set up for the rewards program at Skin Spirit so I could immediately start accumulating points and saving. The procedure itself was painless (numbing cream successful) and didn't take very long. Ali gave me an ice pack to take with me. I had a few days of minimal bruising and swelling but with proper care, I hardly noticed. Before I left, Ali made sure I understood and had a copy of my after-care instructions as well as what maintenance/upkeep would look like moving forward. I booked a Diamond Glow and dermaplaining with Lindsay. Her service was amazing and I left with clean, glowing skin. I'll be back for needling and botox in 4 weeks. The rooms are comfortable and Lindsay has a heated bed to relax on during treatments.
