I arrived a few minutes early but ended up wandering the hallways looking for it, and there isn't much waiting space once you arrive. It honestly felt like someone was playing with your hair for 90 minutes in the best possible way, and the scalp, neck and shoulder massages were fantastic. I left feeling completely relaxed. A few small things I'd suggest: * Include the suite number and arrival instructions in the confirmation materials. * The music was a little louder than I prefer, though I understand it's probably to help mask noise from the surrounding salon suites. * The leg wedge was a bit too high for my comfort, but that's personal preference. * Keeping supplies on a rolling cart next to the treatment table might help avoid having to step away as often during the service. Overall, my first impression wasn't amazing, but the treatment absolutely won me over. Dee was excellent, and I'll definitely be back.

Bri, the assistant manager, was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I walked in, she created a welcoming, professional, and genuinely positive atmosphere. She went above and beyond to ensure my visit was seamless and comfortable. Chyna, my aesthetician, was equally amazing. She is not only highly skilled but also incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand my skin concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the treatment. My skin has never felt better, and I left feeling confident and refreshed. Both Bri and Chyna exemplify outstanding service and professionalism. Now that I'm nearing 40, I am SO glad I finally found someone I trust with my face! I've seen Crystal several times now and have only had two tiny bruises, which has been incredible compared to my past experiences. Her expertise is obvious, and she has truly made me feel years younger with her work. Most importantly, my results always look natural, which is an absolute MUST for me. I want to look refreshed and like myself, not like I've had work done, and Crystal completely understands that. I've seen her for both filler and Botox and have been so happy with my results. On top of this, I have found the prices to be VERY reasonable and way less than what I have paid in the past. On the rare occasion there was an area I felt needed a little improvement, Crystal never hesitated to help make it right. She's a perfectionist like me, so I always feel like I'm in good hands! She takes her time, pays attention to the details, and genuinely cares about making sure you're happy with your results. Beyond being incredibly talented, Crystal is gorgeous inside and out. She truly cares about her clients, not just about their treatments, but about what's going on in their lives, and I always enjoy seeing her! I seriously can't recommend Crystal enough. I am extremely disappointed with the disorganization and lack of professionalism at [Business Name]. When I reactivated my membership this year, I was mistakenly assigned to the Austin location instead of Frisco, where I have always attended. This has caused multiple issues, but the most frustrating experience happened recently. After skipping January due to a family emergency, I called to reactivate my account and was told by Allison that I only needed to pay $299, which I did immediately. She assured me that my account was in good standing, and I even received confirmation messages. However, later that same evening, they attempted to charge me again without my knowledge. Thankfully, the transaction was flagged as a duplicate and didn't go through. I called again the next day to verify that everything was fine and was reassured that my account was active. But when I drove an hour to my scheduled appointment at the Frisco location, I was met with complete confusion. My account showed as suspended, the receptionist had no idea how to fix it, and I ended up having to call Allison again--only for her to be dismissive and unable to explain her mistake. I was left waiting for over an hour, completely embarrassed, and still denied my appointment despite having proof of payment and confirmation messages. This level of mismanagement and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I expect businesses like this to value their members' time and money, but instead, I was given misinformation, charged incorrectly, and treated with indifference when trying to resolve the issue. I would strongly caution anyone considering a membership here--customer service is inconsistent, and they do not take responsibility for their mistakes. read more

My appointment was originally canceled and then rescheduled for 2:15 PM with Kathy--and it turned into one of the worst experiences I've ever had. From the start, the place felt completely disorganized. I waited about 90 minutes before being seen because I was clearly double-booked while she was in another room with a different client. At one point I was ready to leave, but the front desk convinced me to stay by offering a 30% discount. Honestly, I should have walked out. When I was finally seen, Kathy insisted I needed 85 units of Botox, even though I clearly explained multiple times that I only wanted the equivalent of 50 units of Dysport (around 20 units of Botox). She was rude, dismissive, and very judgmental about what I was asking for, which made the entire interaction uncomfortable. We eventually agreed on 50 units, but the situation got even worse at checkout. They tried to charge me for 85 units anyway. I had to argue and raise my voice just to get them to correct it. Only after that did they finally charge me for the agreed 50 units instead of trying to push a $500 bill on me. On top of everything, I was not confident in the injector's knowledge or professionalism. The information she provided didn't sound accurate, and it honestly made me question her qualifications. I arrived at 2:06 PM and didn't leave until 4:00 PM, mostly due to waiting. The entire experience felt chaotic, stressful, and extremely unprofessional. I've had Botox treatments all over the world, and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. I would not recommend this SHIT HOLE place to ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!! read more
