So glad I found this office. Beautiful office and super clean. Easy and fast in and out. I would come here on my lunch breaks and they would have me in and out quickly. Very accommodating with everything. I started with Hcg and switched to Semaglutide which I loved taking. I also added the extra weekly shots of b12, etc. The ladies in the office are super helpful with ideas of what to do and tips and tricks of diet. The Dr was super friendly and very helpful as well. I do not often write reviews (I always mean to, but then it slips my mind). For Blue Tree Heath, I felt compelled. I cannot speak too highly of Blue Tree Health. Back in the fall of 2018 I had a "come to Jesus moment". I tipped the scales at an unhealthy 220lbs. It is the heaviest I have ever been. At 5ft 8 inches, my BMI was headed north of 34. At 48 years old, losing weight has become more difficult since turning 40. Once the shock of hitting 220lbs truly sunk in, I made a conscious decision at that point to seek professional help. I wanted access to the resources, education and accountability to motivate me to make lifestyle changes that would improve my health, self-confidence and my waistline. I started my "diet" about a month before my first visit. I did OK, lost about 6 lbs. on my own, but with all of the conflicting information & misinformation out there, I decided I needed the help of the professionals to help me clearly see what was truly required to be successful. After reading reviews and researching Blue Tree's methods, technologies & available options - I made a decision to "take a punt" and make the call. Halloween I attended my first appointment & consultation. As it turned out there was nothing to be scared about! I was greeted with smiles, given a tour of the office and shown to my consultation room. Very quickly I was made to feel at ease. I did my first weigh-in, all of my measurements were taken, along with my blood pressure, heart rate etc. My first official weight at this point was 114 lbs. Soon DR Griffin came into the room. We had a really good conversation about goals & options. He educated me on all of the different options & made a recommendation based upon what he thought would best work for me (all plans are tailored to each individual). We discussed what was expected of me and he let me know how they intended to help me with my journey. I left with a clear understanding of what this would take from me and what I could expect in return from Blue Tree. I was motivated, determined & energized. We decided on the Ketogenic diet. While I had "dabbled" in Keto diets previously over the years, until now I had never really understood the true science behind it and the specific changes that your body goes through - if following the diet correctly of course! I began my journey and committed to following the diet plan precisely. I also pledged to visit the Blue Tree office every week when I was not travelling for business. One of the many benefits, to BTH are the flexible office visits. No appointments are necessary (awesomeness). You simply attend the office at a time that is convenient to "YOUR" schedule. What a novel concept, a medical facility catering to you and your schedule. In the four months that I have been attending, I have never waited more than a few minutes before being seen and then I am back on my way. I say with hand on heart, I absolutely look forward to my weekly visits. All of the staff is supportive, motivating, friendly and professional. I consider them all as my personal support team and friends, in addition to being consummate professionals. Knowing that I am doing everything correctly & that I have a full support team of professionals behind me, makes weigh-in day both enjoyable & a breeze. We discuss progress, check vitals and of course step onto the scale (no longer with dread, but now with excitement and expectation). Results matter! Tangible results are the single biggest motivator. Every time without exception that I have attended an office visit to stand on that scale, the weight continues to drop. I feel healthier, more energized and more determined than ever to make sure that the changes we are making remain permanently. Nothing boosts self-confidence like going from a "snug" 38-40 inch waist, to a comfortable 32. I bought a sized 32 inch jeans this weekend, the first time that I have fit into a size 32 in about 20 years. So about five months into this journey, I have gone from a hefty 220 lbs. to around about 180 lbs. I have about 15 more lbs. to go before I reach my target goal weight. Update: Not sure how a business can claim that I was never a patient. Clearly shows they don't keep track of records. My credit card statements show that I have been there 5 times (once every week). There is only one blue tree health in Austin and this is the one. Considering the glowing reviews it seems I had a very different experience. The doctor came in for my first visit and spent maybe 4 minutes with me. Handed me a sheet on how to eat a keto diet. He told me he would then meet with me next month and that was it. The nurse came in giving me two shots and sending me on my way. I honestly gained more information from a simple google search than I did paying for that meeting. I never met with the doctor after a month. Every time I walked in no one knew what was going on and didn't even weigh me half the time. Seems like a scam to prescribe phentermine to people at a high price. The pill he gives you will make you lose weight but will make you so anxious and basically like you are on a drug. If you are looking for a doctor to prescribe this without any questions or look into your health then this is your spot. read more

This review is for Dr Cathy She is great! I began seeing her because I was having pain/difficultly grasping in my right hand, which is a problem if you are a hygienist! She is certified in graston technique (which not all chiropractors are) and it helped me tremendously. I had to go to her pretty often at first and was paying cash, but the price she charged me was the same or less than what my copay was for a specialist when I had insurance, depending on plan. getting an appointment with her is easy and she is even available on some saturdays I believe. very friendly and seemed to want to help me feel better instead of just collecting money which is the impression with some drs. One year ago today I walked into this office with my Groupon for 3 months of a weight loss plan. I had no faith that this would work since nothing else had been working and my weight had gradually increased to the point of obesity. He told me I could lose 50. I laughed and said I'd take 40.
