The office is warm and inviting. Thalia is nice and very professional. However, I felt that the cool sculpting was a waste of money. I essentially threw hard earned money down the drain. Zero results time after time going in as directed. I wish I had been told that I was not a good candidate. I was told that I was. This may work for some but my hope is that for those considering this pricey treatment, ask for before and after photos with measurements. Always ask them to measure so that you get an accurate measurement of any inches lost. I never lost inches-nothing. So disappointed as again the staff was well intentioned but I feel cheated out of thousands of dollars. read more

I won one free cool sculpting treatment via Instagram. I made the huge mistake of accepting it. I had 2 cool sculpting treatments on my lower abdomen. After the treatments my lower abdomen blew up larger than it was before and the fat moved into one area. Now I have what looks like a stick of butter under my skin that wont go away! It feels like that area is attached to me and not part of my body. I will need surgery to remove this. I would never recommend this procedure to anyone. Beware. read more

I just finished my 4th Emsculpt treatment at Figura Medspa and while it does take a couple of months to see full results, I wanted to share my experiences with the team and process. I will update in two months after my appointment to report full results! My consultation was with Thalia. We discussed goals, expected results/turnaround, and what area we wanted to focus on. I work out consistently for years and even at my lowest weight, abs have never made their appearance so I decided this is the area I would like to focus on. 4 sessions which are a quick 30 minutes were recommended. You get to lie down during the procedure and experience some muscle contraction. It took a moment to get used to and was not painful. The best part, you can walk out and go about your day! Yup, no down time. I have now seen both Thalia and Madison for treatments and recommend them both. They are professional, knowledgeable, made the (unknown to me) experience easy and getting to see them also added a positive note to my day. read more

It has been about a week since my treatments for: - Stomach puffy puff which I call "Biff" - Back flab flanks - School teacher arm sag - Under arm cellulite (I am 5' 9", 160 lbs) Only result so far is pervasive swelling & pain, which is particularly disappointing since i booked this appt to look good for a recent photo shoot, only to learn from an "After the Fact" handout that swelling was to be expected & that results might take several weeks. No advance warning- boo!! I regret this immensely . I paid a premium for a deluxe photo shoot at a charity gala & wanted to look my best. This treatment/torture made me look far worse than i did when I went in. It cost A TON, & a week later , I still fell numb on the surface & sore underneath in my musculature. And swollen up like a Mrs. potato Bod It was a particularly painful process on arms & area under my arms - i was gasping & trying not to faint ( BTW- I have an enormous pain tolerance). Tummy not so bad / tummy felt kinda like a light tazer, same for back flab Facility was super clean & new, & technician Thalia was very professional & nice. They set you up with Netflix or whatever you want to see on TV to pass the hours of treatment Right now I am thinking this was an Enormous Waste if Money. HOW!? How could anyone go anywhere else but here? This place is amazing. Thalia is an absolute angel. Each time I come here, I feel like I'm visiting a friend. I'm a pretty fit person but I have stubborn areas that I have not been able to get rid of. This place has yet to disappoint me. From the cleanliness to the knowledge to the experience to the hospitality, this place had it all. Everyone I met were super friendly and genuine. I originally made an appointment for Cool Sculpting to help eliminate the fat I couldn't get rid of. Thalia has been incredible and straight forward from the very first day. She shared her knowledge and expertise on where she thinks the Cool Sculpting will give me the best results and how many treatments I will need. Before getting started, Thalia explained what the treatment will feel like and what will happen each step of the way. I'm really glad she did because it helped me prepare for it. It did feel uncomfortable for me but I already knew what was coming. In the end, despite how uncomfortable I was, it was all worth it. I am loving my results just 8 weeks in and loving my body all over again everyday. In between the Cool Sculpting treatments, Thalia also suggested Emsculpt. Emsculpt felt great! Complete opposite of Cool Sculpting. It wasn't uncomfortable at all and I love how it felt during and after. Emsculpt made me feel like I just did an intense workout at the gym and gave me that sore satisfaction after a good workout. Let me first say I've never had any sort of treatment or procedure done. I've been curious about cool sculpting for quite some time but was always nervous that I'd go in to do a consult and walk out with a list of things I needed "fixed". My chin has always bothered me even being skinny so I decided to check this place out. They ONLY do cool sculpting which I love because they get to become the experts in ONE thing. Madison is AWESOME! I felt totally comfortable talking about my problem area and felt like she really listened to me. I arrived for the treatment which took about an hour and a half. She explained in detail everything that she was doing and really made sure the machine was placed correctly. She took her time and was very professional! The first two minutes it just feels really cold. Not exactly painful more just irritating. Like a cold ice cube on your skin that you want to take off but can't. Then the area goes numb. I sat and watched Netflix and played on my phone and voila I was done! Overall pleasant experience can't wait to go back!!!! Full results will take a couple of months, but I can tell that the area we treated really benefited and within the last month I already feel like I see fat reduction. I originally did 7 Consultations for coolsculpting, yes, 7 consultations. I have been wanting this treatment for YEARS! So of course i did my research. I am not rich or have money just laying around to just use, but i wanted to FINALLY treat myself and do this. The other consultations i did, i won't even go into details with how quick they did my consultation and didn't bother asking if i had any additional questions on top of the obvious questions most would ask during a coolsculpting appointment. When it came to Figura Medspa, it was between them and one other company based on price and experience. Thalia was sooooo great with REALLY understanding what i want and the price range i needed to stay in. I ended up going with her and her company not only because of the good price but this woman KNOWS HER STUFF when it comes to COOLSCULPTING! she actually went to school for this. She didn't just read a pamphlet and pushed a button on the machine. She really took her time measuring me, looking at my body, making adjustments, marking etc, BEFORE even hooking me to the machine. During the ENTIRE treatment process, she was SO attentive to me. She made sure i was so comfortable. I even needed 10 mins breaks in between sessions after each massage that she has to do. I had my Upper and Lower Abdomen done. Two big applicators on lower and two smaller applicators on the upper. I was having vasovagal reponses after the massages and she could have easily said " we have to keep going, i have another customer after you" but she FOCUSED on ME! and gave me the time i needed and didn't rush me at all. She cheered me on each time she came to check on me. It was my birthday the day i went in for my treatment and she even had a little cake for me. She was such a joy to be with and celebrate my birthday with. The moment i did my consultation to treatment day to even AFTER treatment day, she has been available to me to answer ANY AND EVERY question i had. I even did a VLOG and she was okay with it because she didn't have anything to hide. This was a major purchase for me as i am a single mom. This was so worth it and I am excited to do my second treatment with her company and continue this treatment journey with her and her company!
