And that's crazy with how sensitive your skin gets pregnant. I've also had hormonal acne, dull skin, and clogged pores, and seeing her did a complete reset on my skin -- truly. She took the time to do all the extractions to really start clean, and the difference in texture is crazy. I'm a lifer now! Can't wait to see her next. Thank you, Tracy!

It was one of the best makeup looks I've seen at any Sephora, and it made me wish I could do my eyes like that! While many Sephoras provide great customer service, Rachel stood out with her kindness, product knowledge, and attentiveness. The Vitamin-C, Peptide infused serum with anti-oxidants and seven essential nutrients for my skin was something I didn't realize I needed, but apparently it is scarcely believable that I have gone through my entire life without ever using this amazing combination of organic and synthetic chemically-rich cream that is 100% natural and made of nothing but vegetable by-products that is not made as a result of child labor practices in some third-world country. The hundreds of employees working there provide a wealth of knowledge about all of the things certain to bankrupt you but make you feel better about yourself in the process. Ulta - it should be noted - is a dog friendly store and see at least three different French Poodles (although I mistakenly identified one that happened to be an actual person with blonde poofy hair) An embarrassed chihuahua did enter with its owner but he proved who was boss faster than you can say, "would you like to apply for the Ulta credit card and save 5% in your purchase today while paying only 36% interest compounded daily?" That manager is the only service person who has ever complained about my need for disability accommodations. When I suggested that all forms be sent to clients before the first visit, so problems could be noted and solved before clients had to drive to the studio, he became quite defensive. He showed no empathy. I have never been treated so badly by any service provider. I find it ironic that a manager at a school that teaches people to perform a service career would be so callous. My advice is that you consider driving up north to Austin's other laser school, where service is impeccable.

I had the good fortune of choosing Pearlescent Skincare for a long-overdue eyebrow wax, and I was incredibly pleased with my entire experience. The owner, Sarah Clark, is extremely knowledgeable and professional, as well as sweet as can be, and I was made to feel comfortable from the moment I made the appointment. The decor is comfortable and what I would expect for an upscale experience, and I was so happy with my eyebrow wax that I immediately called my best friend to tell her all about it. I have already made my next appointment for a custom facial, and I am also planning to buy my hubby a Gentleman's Facial (he's been good). She also educated me about the crappy face supplies that I had been using (without making me feel stupid) and got me started on an organic, gentle line of skin care that has done wonders for me.
