I assumed this information would be reviewed before my appointment if it affected my eligibility for treatment. Instead, I received a phone call as I was parking for my appointment--after driving about 45 minutes --to tell me they couldn't perform the laser facial because I use retinol. To make matters worse, I had called the day before to ask which parking garage to use and whether parking was validated. I was told to use a specific garage and that parking would be validated. After arriving, I learned they only validate parking on weekdays--not Saturdays. That information should have been provided when I specifically asked. I appreciate providers prioritizing patient safety, and I don't fault them for declining treatment but the lack of prior notice and incorrect information about parking left a really bitter taste. the staff took zero responsibility for their oversight and said I should have read the policy.

More recently, I booked a skincare consultation with Salma, hoping to receive a personalized treatment plan for dry, dull skin. Instead, the esthetician barely examined my skin before returning with an armful of expensive products. I was only able to sample one of them, and there was virtually no discussion of treatment options or facial services that might address my concerns. The entire appointment felt more like a sales pitch than a professional skincare consultation. As a longtime client, I expected thoughtful recommendations and a customized plan, not pressure to buy products and a poor attitude from someone one who is supposedly a licensed esthetician. And unfortunately Andrea was not available & the option once again was the same girl. I hesitantly went on with the appointment, as I would once again be gone for a few months. Sadly, going back to school, consumed so much of my time that it took 4 months for me to write this review. Not only was she once again heavy handed but whatever she used Burned unlike any other time botox has been administered. While she administered, I stated that it burned and I Inquired if it was the same kind of Botox that was used on me before, she replied that is was what had previously been used. I tolerated thinking maybe because it'd been awhile I'd forgotten the discomfort. Andrea's injections NEVER left red raised swollen pockets at the sight of injections. It took 4 days before the swelling to "started" to reduce and about 8 days before they were gone. But since then I've had terrible head aches and my brows are left looking swollen, odd...Andrea does a Fantastic job, so if you have a choice she's definitely your best option.
