Visited this clinic to get an IV drip to boost my immune system as I had been around a few sick people and was starting to feel unwell. I walked in without an appointment and was helped right away. They got me set up in a chair and a nurse quickly came over to get the drip started. The massage chairs are amazing and make the process feel so much faster. The nurses were lovely and kept checking to see if I needed water or anything else. This was my second time going and within the first day I already feel better. Lovely care and service! read more

My friend went in there and had a terrible experience. The staff was racist, rude, and unwelcoming to him. Their behavior was very unprofessional. There was no hospitality to be found. A good business should their customers feel welcome and valued no matter the color of their skin. it's important for employees to have communication skills with different types of people. I recommend the staff and especially new staff members should take a class on cultural competence and diversity and inclusion training and hopefully can unlearn their biases and prejudice. read more

Woooo! Mr. Smidgens here! I like to stay hydrated and what better place to make that happen than IVitamin. I have been a VIP Member for quite some time now. I always enjoy going after a great training session or even the next day after a glorious night on the town! You know, the kind where you wake up in the middle of the night and you feel like you look like that shriveled up alien in that "I'm so thirsty" meme? Yeah, you know the one! Well slap me sideways and butter my biscuits, if they didn't open a North Austin location. Just what the Dr. ordered! I recently donated some of my much sought after blood and wanted to help hydrate my body to help it start producing that fresh Mr. Smidgens blood. It always makes you feel so good! Like an oil change for your body! I called the Downtown location and made an appointment for the new location. They did a grand opening January 21st, but January 29th was their first official day to open for business. Guess who had the 1st appointment? Did you guess me? Cause it was me. Haha! I showed up at 10am ready to get my Hydration on! The lovely ladies checked me in and Kacey very friendly Hydration Specialist took over from there. I went with the "I Want it All" IV with a few boosters. Extra Vitamin C and MIC. As my arms were freshly skewered from donating my tasty blood the day before I opted to get poked in my hand. Kacey went in strong on my left and my veins said, "Negative Ghost Rider. The pattern is full.". Kacey went in with a gentle touch on my right this time and, BINGO! We were off to the races. As I felt the coolness of the IV hit my veins, I melted into the massage chair. It hit all the right spots! You can set them up to massage you wherever you need it or all over. Dealers choice. The Anderson Lane office helped get me through my first year of Long Covid journey and I appreciated this new type of adjunct medical/wholistic approach. I think the icing on the cake was the wonderful aqua walls and "droplet " lights hanging from the ceiling along with a friendly massage chair and soothing meditation TV loop. Such a great experience! I had never had an IV drip before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I expected to get an IV, but I didn't expect to get such great service, too. The staff was extremely welcoming and answered all the questions I had. Their massaging chairs you sit in while you receive your drip are pure heaven! Beware! The worst customer service experience I've had in awhile and they will try to overcharge you. I've been a member for 7 months. Today I got an IV and accidentally chose one not in my membership "tier". I said what do I always get here and the receptionist said Iregenerate. Well I looked at the menu and read Irejuvenate as Iregenerate (it's a $10 difference in price). It was just a glance and I chose an IV in that tier box that was actually $10 more ON ACCIDENT). I didn't realize all of this until the end. When I go to leave the receptionist tells me I'm going to be charged $130. I have a credit for 2 IV's on my account for $240 that I've already paid for and I'm confused. She tells me I got an IV not in my tier box so I'm going to be charged $130. I explain it was an accident, and can I just pay the difference. She says no. I say that doesn't make any sense. She says I don't make the rules up honey (very condescending) it's just policy. I say but it's a $10 difference and I also have $240 in credit. She says yea I can do math. I request the supervisor and she goes to talk to the supervisor and comes back and says ok we can just use both of your credits for today. I reply so you are going to use $240 in credit for a $10 difference in price of IV's that was an accident. Again she says I don't make the policy. So yes we are going to use both. At this point she is both rude, condescending and not trying to find a good solution. So I say I want to cancel my membership. She then tells me I can't because I've only been a member for 2 months and they would need to charge me $120 and take the $240 in credit. I tell her I've been a member for 7 months she says no you haven't my system says it's been two months. Ok so now I'm being gaslight by a condescending receptionist!!! BS! I pull up my bank statements and show her the proof. She has the nerve to tell me I must of paid out of pocket and that I wasn't a member. Or that I have it in a different bank account. Girl!!! Now the supervisor comes over and types in my name and voila! It shows I've been a member for 7 months which means I can cancel my membership. Look if you are in the business of customer service the people dealing with your customers should be NICE. Period! ...oh here is a thought, maybe say this at the beginning "hey just fyi this IV is out of your tier box are you ok with that?" So accidents that this business is not willing to work with can be avoided. Also get a better receptionist read more
