These guys are great! They setup at the DCAC conference the last 2 days and I managed to get a chance to relax and get a free banana bag IV treatment. The stick hurt a little (and i'm someone who donates plasma which doesn't bother me), but it wasn't too bad. Visited this clinic to get an IV drip to boost my immune system as I had been around a few sick people and was starting to feel unwell. I walked in without an appointment and was helped right away. My friend went in there and had a terrible experience. The staff was racist, rude, and unwelcoming to him. Their behavior was very unprofessional. There was no hospitality to be found. A good business should their customers feel welcome and valued no matter the color of their skin. it's important for employees to have communication skills with different types of people. I recommend the staff and especially new staff members should take a class on cultural competence and diversity and inclusion training and hopefully can unlearn their biases and prejudice. read more

The Anderson Lane office helped get me through my first year of Long Covid journey and I appreciated this new type of adjunct medical/wholistic approach. I think the icing on the cake was the wonderful aqua walls and "droplet " lights hanging from the ceiling along with a friendly massage chair and soothing meditation TV loop. Beware! The worst customer service experience I've had in awhile and they will try to overcharge you. I've been a member for 7 months. Today I got an IV and accidentally chose one not in my membership "tier". I said what do I always get here and the receptionist said Iregenerate. Well I looked at the menu and read Irejuvenate as Iregenerate (it's a $10 difference in price). It was just a glance and I chose an IV in that tier box that was actually $10 more ON ACCIDENT). I didn't realize all of this until the end. When I go to leave the receptionist tells me I'm going to be charged $130. I have a credit for 2 IV's on my account for $240 that I've already paid for and I'm confused. She tells me I got an IV not in my tier box so I'm going to be charged $130. I explain it was an accident, and can I just pay the difference. She says no. I say that doesn't make any sense. She says I don't make the rules up honey (very condescending) it's just policy. I say but it's a $10 difference and I also have $240 in credit. She says yea I can do math. I request the supervisor and she goes to talk to the supervisor and comes back and says ok we can just use both of your credits for today. I reply so you are going to use $240 in credit for a $10 difference in price of IV's that was an accident. Again she says I don't make the policy. So yes we are going to use both. At this point she is both rude, condescending and not trying to find a good solution. So I say I want to cancel my membership. She then tells me I can't because I've only been a member for 2 months and they would need to charge me $120 and take the $240 in credit. I tell her I've been a member for 7 months she says no you haven't my system says it's been two months. Ok so now I'm being gaslight by a condescending receptionist!!! BS! I pull up my bank statements and show her the proof. She has the nerve to tell me I must of paid out of pocket and that I wasn't a member. Or that I have it in a different bank account. Girl!!! Now the supervisor comes over and types in my name and voila! It shows I've been a member for 7 months which means I can cancel my membership. Look if you are in the business of customer service the people dealing with your customers should be NICE. Period! ...oh here is a thought, maybe say this at the beginning "hey just fyi this IV is out of your tier box are you ok with that?" So accidents that this business is not willing to work with can be avoided. Also get a better receptionist read more
