Honestly, I booked my first session with Julia, because I was intrigued by her beautiful photos on…read moreher IG and really resonated with her message online. Oh honey, that is just the tip of the iceberg with Julia. I started seeing her at a time when I was really struggling to dismantle shame around my body and sexuality. I was also nursing a broken heart and working through some serious self-worth issues. Session by session, she worked with me, healing the parts of me that needed a bit of mending, offering a new expansive perspective. I learn so much just by being in her presence. She is one of those rare souls that exudes grounded, compassionate energy, and embodies easeful sensuality. I feel like I spend half of the time during our sessions healing because I'm close to her energy and the other half healing due to soaking in her spoken wisdom. During our sessions, I am being emotionally held and affirmed at the same time. She is so non-judgemental, caring, and empathetic. I love her style of coaching too, where we enact actual "pretend" scenarios so I can practice the actual words I might say with a lover, or the way I might move with a lover. I don't know exactly how she works her magic, but I always leave her feeling lighter, like she starts a glow in me that grows and grows. I've recently felt like I've flowered into this much more confident, worthy, goddess version of myself. I know that I did a lot of the work on my own, (she is always reminding me of this,) but I ALSO know that my journey was much smoother, because I had my courageous healer by my side. She is doing such important work in the world. She's given me so much, and it is my hope that I can inspire other people to see how beneficial working with her could be. Your eyes and heart will open, and more importantly, you will begin to remember how to let the wild, sensual human you were always born to be, dance and be free.

I didn't know what to expect, and I was nervous prior to my first session with Julia. The question…read moreI was asking myself was, how exactly can she coach me in sex and intimacy? What are we actually going to do? After my first session with her, I realized that was the wrong question. The right question is, what am I going to get out of working with her? What am I going to walk away with? And the answer is more confidence around women, viewing myself as more attractive and "the catch", and being comfortable being myself and asking for what I want, and not being so worried about acting in a way that I think will be attractive to women. Julia is very warm and sweet and made me feel at ease and completely accepted. We've had some really productive sessions so far, and I look forward to what I will get out of our future sessions.

Me and my ex-wife contacted this service, and we had counseling on October 30th. The next Thursday…read morewe were supposed to have counseling. But I had to continue work. So my boss could not let me have that off. Because it was a very important client. My ex-wife does not believe that happened. So anyways, on November 13th? We had counseling through zoom and the counselor wouldn't even let me speak. She kept interrupting me. She just wanted to listen to Everything my ex. Wife said, that's not very professional counseling. Any counselor knows that if someone has had something that's happened in their past. That it's going to affect them. They should know this, but when it comes to me, people don't believe that they believe it with everybody else. But they don't believe it with me, and all I was wanting was someone to help me. And this counselor turned me away for help. Because you'd rather listen 21 side of the story and believe one side of the story, because my ex wife has made me homeless twice jobless three times all because I need to speak to a counselor because she doesn't know the difference between someone who's actually violent and someone who needs counseling. And she thinks because if you need counseling, you're a threat to society. And this counseling service just turned me away for no reason, and I spoke to a guy to try to talk to him.And he told me to shut up.That's not how you talk to someone asking for help

I had requested this appointment as an opportunity to speak with my partner about some issues we had over the weekend.husband about the events of Sunday 5/31. Mr. Hollings quickly aligned himself with my partner. For most of the session, my participation was limited to giving feedback to the suggests that Mr. Hollings and my partner made. The situation involved family dynamics. Mr. Hollings was dismissive and condescending of my thoughts and perceptions. It was the Man Show y'all. I felt demoralised, unheard and discounted I am writing this review as I do not think he has the expertise or compassion for our situation. I hope that he takes an opportunity to explore his therapuetic interactions with women. At this point, well, he doesn't have any. I

Jessica is an invaluable resource for sleep training and behavioral issues with children…read more I have seen her several times over the last year for struggles with both of my children -- who are now ages 1 and almost-5 years. She is a compassionate and careful listener who provides practical solutions to problems that seem hard to manage and solve on your own. Her action plan always reflects where you are, what type of parent you are and what your needs are -- rather than following a particular method. The plan evolves after your session with her through email contact and continued direction and encouragement. And by "plan" i mean you will get an email outlining what you are going to do (which you, of course, discussed in your session). It eliminates all the self-doubt, questioning and middle-of-the-night-internet-combing! Many of the reviews here are about her help with sleep training -- and she has worked miracles in our house including teaching me to help our son (age 4) to sleep through the night (again) on his own. he stopped after the birth of our daughter... AND training our daughter to sleep through the night -- which included a comprehensive plan related to eating and nap schedules too. But where Jessica has brought me the most peace is with behavior "problems" my son was having at school and at home. I felt so out of control and desperate...and Jessica calmly and entirely without judgment or shame helped us learn how to help him and help ourselves. In one session, she reviewed his school parent/teacher evaluation form with me and provided me with reassurance, encouragement and direction. She provided information about age-appropriate expectations and behaviors. We have learned, with jessica's help, to help our son manage his own emotions -- an invaluable skill -- and have learned how we participate in escalating or, hopefully, deescalating emotional situations. I am so very grateful for Jessica's skill and compassion. She has been an invaluable part of my growth as a mom.

Due to progressive hair loss and less than perfect results from another surgeon, I had a large gap…read morebetween my hairline and the rest of my transplanted hair. I've included photos so you can see for yourself. This looked unnatural and awkward. The exact opposite of what you hope to achieve from a hair transplant. I resigned to wearing a hat again and wasn't sure how long I'd be stuck like this. I needed a relatively small number of grafts to fix it. Several other surgeons didn't want to bother helping me or wanted to charge me a high minimum fee. Furthermore my donor area was in bad shape and they didn't want to do the hard work of finding viable grafts. A friend received great results from Dr. McGrath so I contacted his office. At this point in my hair restoration journey I've been to a handful of different hair transplant doctors worldwide and I can say easily the entire team at McGrath medical provided the most compassionate and artistically superior result of them all. From the beginning his consultant Steve carefully reviewed my needs. It was more like talking to a friend than an employee. He understood exactly what I was going through and even offered alternative strategies to fill in the gap in case it wasn't convenient for me to fly into Austin to see Dr. McGrath (from California). But after seeing my friend's results and talking to both he and Dr. McGrath I knew I needed to prioritize finding the best Dr. Not the one who was closest to me. Another issue I had with other Dr.'s is they didn't seem able to spare even 5 minutes to listen to my concerns and what I hoped to achieve. Both via video consultation and in person Dr. M reassured me we'd take as long as necessary until we both had the same understanding of what I wanted to achieve and how it would be done. In addition the price was very reasonable. The day of surgery went very smooth. Through skill and artistry he extracted 1,500 grafts and filled in all the gaps. I felt no pain and was out of there quickly. The hard wait of several months for the hair to grow passed and I am now thrilled with the result. My hairline looks totally natural. No gap and no signs of having a hair transplant at all.  When you go to Dr. McGrath you not only are getting work done by an artist but by a physician with the highest level of ethics. Highly recommended.

My name is Lance Fuller and I am the author of the hair transplant blog and YouTube channel My…read moreFollicular Journey.com. Since I was 28 years old in 2014, I have had four hair transplant procedures performed on me; two large FUT/strip surgeries by another surgeon and two FUE procedures by Dr. McGrath. My blog features hundreds of photos, dozens of posts and videos of my recovery and progress from my four procedures, all of my research into hair restoration surgery, and what I have learned from this journey. When I first started this journey in 2012, Dr. Daniel McGrath's current patient educator Steve Cook was one of the first people I ever spoke with about hair transplants. Steve worked for another surgeon at the time and he immediately impressed me with not only his extensive experience of his own transplants but also treated me like a person, and not a commission. Given the type of industry where patient educators and hair surgeons make their living based on commissions and numbers of surgeries sold, it surprised me right away when I first spoke with Steve and he recommended I NOT get a transplant. Compared with so many surgical practices that push high-pressure sales pitches into making you think you'll be bald tomorrow and needed to book surgery yesterday, Steve was the first honest person I spoke with and always has looked out for the patient. Our first time speaking together was less of a consultation and more of a Master Class on why I was losing my hair, what I could do to stop it, and what I could realistically get and gain from having a hair transplant. Although Steve is a patient educator, he is much more of a patient advocate who makes sure if you decide to have a hair transplant, you get it done right the first time and do what you can to maximize your procedure's results. In 2017, I reached the final results from my 2014 and 2015 strip surgeries. My frontal hairline was lowered and straightened out, and my temporal peaks were also built out. I was going on 31 years old but looked considerably younger and was elated. Unfortunately due to my intense weight training habits in my 20s, my linear scar stretched to the extent that I could not cut my hair as short as I wanted and parts of my frontal hairline were a little too course for my liking. My follicular journey crossed the finish line when I had my first FUE procedure with Dr. McGrath. Dr. McGrath camouflaged my scar and softened the frontal hairline so that I could cut it much shorter than I previously could, and it looked great in time for my best friend's wedding later that year. Everything from the entire restoration plan, approach of the surgery, the experienced technicians staff, post-surgical care, periodic follow-ups, and my final result was a first-class operation. Dr. McGrath is a true specialist who offers all of the latest hair transplant procedures from FUT/strip, FUE, scar revisions, temporal peaks, PRP, and Exosome therapies. He is more than qualified and knows what he is doing as he is also the former president and diplomate of the American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery. Now that I am in my mid 30s, I teach English as a Second Language and wear my hair much longer, there is even more emphasis on my frontal hairline. On 9 May 2022, I had my fourth and final surgery via FUE to further soften my frontal hairline. I was so impressed by the job Dr. McGrath did in revising my scar that I knew exactly whom to go to for this touch-up work. I don't necessarily endorse Dr. McGrath because there are many outstanding surgeons who are ABHRS-certified, but you can't go wrong with Dr. McGrath as his countless patients can attest that he is a true professional and craftsman who puts his patients first. If you would like to know more about my hair transplant journey, you can reach me at my blog, www.myfollicularjourney.com.
