I accidentally got into gluten at Snarf's Sandwiches and wasn't keeping any liquids down for two days while pregnant. The obgyn nurse told me to go to the ER to get an IV for dehydration. A buddy suggested that I go to an IV hydration clinic instead. The obgyn nurse said an IV hydration clinic would probably be cheaper than paying ten percent at an ER. My husband found Smooth Aesthetics. Smooth Aesthetics is owned by nurse Oscar and his physician wife Dr. Leyva. Oscar was able to see me within two hours at their Round Rock location. I paid $200 for two saline bags plus Zofran. Zofran is an anti-nausea medication, which Oscar thought might help with the other end, but it didn't. Nonetheless, I didn't feel like dying from dehydration anymore, and the baby was safe. For an additional $25, Oscar will travel to your house if you're unable to get a ride. If you only need one bag of saline, it's $150. It's much cheaper than going to an ER. He also administers generic semaglutinide for $300/ month. He showed me before and after pictures of his personal weight loss of forty pounds, and he looks amazing. I would be interested in a NAD IV in the future as it's all the celebrity rage right now for anti aging. read more

They are wonderful to work with. They always get back to me the same day I reach out. I highly recommend them.

Oscar is absolutely amazing and so accommodating. He is knowledgeable, quick to respond, and truly cares about his patients. The prices are by far better than going to a clinic (the option at Smooth Aesthetics has both in office and at home visits), and with my migraines knowing someone can come to my home when I can't get out of bed is worth every penny. I've only had the IV treatments, but I know that the menu offers at home treatments such as Botox, ect. from a licensed physician. Give them a chance to show you what you can get for your money (in your own home!) before trying the chains that are way more expensive for subpar service. Thanks again Oscar for helping me out and keeping my ER visits to a minimum. The menu is self explanatory and even if you have any questions he is happy to answer. read more

Lori Alder took my first time jitters and turned it into an amazing service. The facility is gorgeous and the service unparalleled. I feel like a million bucks!! I hosted an IV party with some friends a few days ago and Oscar was absolutely amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable and very personable. He made the whole process super easy and we were all so comfortable around him thanks to his good bedside manners and personality. I got the IV hydration, I never know how dehydrated I can get at times. It's always good to get regular IV therapy. The immunity add on is great to have and so helpful. I also got the Fast Vitamin IV push, which is where the feeling like a million bucks comes in. For the past few days I've noticed less anxiety, I'm sleeping better, have more energy, and I'm less irritable. I can't remember the last time I felt so great, maybe before I had kids... I also got the skinny shot to use at home. Oscar gave me my first shot in person and was so helpful with showing me how to do it and where to place the shot. After my first shot I did notice a spike in energy and focus. I'm excited to continue them weekly. I highly recommend when you book Oscar and Smooth Aesthetics to schedule your appointment or IV party before lunchtime. With all the extra energy I had,I was awake till 5am after my event which was planned in the evening. I will add that I woke up at 8am and after only 3 hours of sleep I still felt great all day long!! read more

Smooth Aesthetics is a game changer y'all! Aarti and Oscar are so patient, thorough and professional; and they literally come to you for all your needs. I've had both Botox and Xeomin from the master, Dr. Aarti. She listens to your concerns and never pushes anything on you; which is a big change from what I've experienced from other providers. I love the results and will never go anywhere else! Oscar is literally the most gentle at placing an IV I've ever had in my life. It was super quick and painless. He talked to me about my issues (headache & body aches) and came up with the perfectly tailored IV treatment. I had all the B's, toradol, and glutathione. I feel like a new woman! read more

I'm in my first trimester of pregnancy and have horrible nausea , vomiting and I am dehydrated. I reached out to Oscar because after calling three different places and nobody had same-day availability. He responded right away. I ended up meeting Grace at the round rock location. Grace was absolutely amazing, personable, honest, all-around a good person. Oh and extremely informative on what each ingredient did. I've never been to one of these places and didn't know what I was signing up for but I was desperate. I'm not sure why these aren't the talk of the town. I saved hundreds if not, thousands avoiding the emergency room. Urgent care does not provide these services. Smooth aesthetics saved my sanity- and quite frankly- I'd say they even possibly saved my baby. I'll see you again in a couple weeks- thank you so much!!! read more

Smooth Aesthetics provided us a variety of energizers to try. It was my first time trying IV hydration, and I loved it! It is full of vitamins that will help you to get a good night's rest. I woke up the next morning feeling amazing! I was alert, my face was glowing, and I had so much energy. I also tried the skinny shot, which transfers fat into energy, helps you to focus, and so much more. I was visiting Austin and went to dinner with some friends. Simple "dinner" plans with them are never so simple. Needless to say that night turned into one of those epic stories that we will be sharing for many years to come. Lol. The next morning I wanted to die and was regretting all of the fun we had the night before. Worse yet we had a day of activities planned and there was no way I was making it beyond a 10 foot radius from my bed to the restroom and back again. It was savage. Then I remembered that Smooth Aesthetics Austin had a hangover relief IV. I called them up and they showed up with perfect timing. A liter of fluid and some vitamins later, no nausea, no headache, no heartburn and best of all I was ready to take on the day ahead. Thank you Oscar and Aarti for helping to make the process so much easier than I expected. You saved our weekend! read more
