I've had two terrible experiences here, and I won't be back. The first time, I dealt with a customer service rep who clearly had no business working with people. To their credit, they gave me a refund, so I decided to give it another shot. Big mistake. During my next visit, right after receiving a major treatment, I was aggressively upsold on a $1,200 package of 12 sessions. In the moment, I wasn't in the right state of mind to think it through, and there's no world where I'd ever use that many treatments since I don't even live nearby year-round. Less than 24 hours later, I asked to downgrade back to a basic membership, but they flat-out refused, saying "all sales are final." It's exploitative to sell people into big purchases while they're vulnerable in the middle of a procedure. The whole place feels more like a sales trap than a clinic--everyone seems to be on commission, even the nurses. It doesn't feel safe, and it certainly doesn't feel ethical. iRenew Review for Flu Patient Talked my husband into going to get the iRenew IV therapy today after he has been battling the flu for 7 days. He had been on tamaflu for 4 days, lowest fever in those 7 days but he hasn't been able to keep a meal down in a week, very sore/weak muscles and extremely nauseated and weak due to lack of nutrition. When I asked, who I assume to be a nurse*** (it better have been a nurse starting IVs), he was sort of vague and he seemed inconvenienced by having to explain what he was injecting into me. ***Staff should be introducing themselves AND their credentials. 2. I had to fill out my meds, allergies, etc. on the iPad. Then the nurse*** asked me all of the questions I had filled out. Then, who I assume to be a mid-level provider***, came by to listen to my heart asked me the same questions. Repeating this is not really a big deal, but why? The other issue is patient confidentiality. The room is small and packed with 6-8 chairs (I think) and all conversations are easily heard. 3. Related to #1, the bags seemed to be pre-made. So instead of me seeing what they are injecting/infusing and getting an explanation the only thing explained was Zofran. The bags should be started without any ingredients and each given one at a time with an explanation. 4. The option I chose had toradol (I only knew because I asked). I had just taken some Tylenol so didn't need the drug. I asked instead of the toradol I could get another dose of vitamin C and was told I couldn't and would have to pay for it. This honestly is a hard review to write as I'm between 3-4 stars. I received an offer on FB for a free vitamin drip since IVitamin just opened up. I called and set up my appointment which was super easy and got tons of reminders about my appointment via email and text. There was plenty of parking on a Monday afternoon and it was free! Upon checking in, I was taken back to sit in one of the best massage chairs I ever experienced. If you're a normal person, keep in mind it probably takes a few times to really notice a big difference. However, if you're like me, and for whatever reason, you have vitamin deficiencies that are causing health issues, this place is a LIFE SAVER! I had wanted to try IVitamin for a while just for a boost of this and that, but now that my health depends on it, I figured I had nothing to lose! My vitamin levels have been low for a while, but a week ago I had a seizure because my calcium level has gotten so low. (they think) I have felt like crap ever since and nothing makes me feel better. I came in today for my first visit and after filling out some quick and basic "paperwork" on an iPad, they took me to a nice little room with comfy massaging recliners. They have individual little "socks" to put on to keep everything feet free(thank you!) and pillows and blankets for added comfort. I decided on the "I Want It All", because I truly wanted it all. I talked with the Nurse and Nurse Practitioner that they have on site to keep everyone safe, and decided that would be a good fit for me. We also added a boost of Toradol, for my constant headache I have had for over a week, that I have learned to accept is a part of me now. The IV process was completely painless, even for a wimp with tiny and difficult veins, like myself. Once I was hooked up I just played on my phone a little and mainly relaxed and enjoyed the massage! Of course, they checked in periodically to make sure I was okay. There is the TINIEST vitamin taste during the IV, and they have lifesavers if you can't stand it. It didn't bother me at all, but I had my watermelon aguas frescas if I needed it.(I didn't) Half way through my headache I have learned to accept was GONE! Tldr; overpriced service with staff in a hurry. An IV is $30 without a fancy massage chair. I was told there would be a consult to discuss what the right iv was. Instead it was two nurses standing over me incapable of answering most questions and only reviewing my answers to their initial client questionnaire when I requested them to. In the end they had me do the most expensive one which now checking more closely it is neither the best option based on what I said my goals were nor is it particularly different than other options on their "menu". I also have a friend who is an emt. He almost fell out of his chair laughing at me for paying $189 for an iv when they really cost $30. They have a great business model but I'll stick to taking vitamins of the same stuff you put in the iv and drinking water. Same effect, 1000x cheaper. read more

I went here this past Sunday on 3/31/19 for my first time to get the IREGENERATE and my experience with it was I would say it was all good until the end. The person who inserts the needle, switches out the iv packs, and is suppose to cleanly remove the needle that didn't happened. The guy that was working on me pushed iv hold cart out of the way and when doing so the needle moved in my arm somewhere it wasn't suppose to be. Which caused extreme pain in my right arm's vein. This has kept me from working out and hurt my arm the past 3 days since and left a pretty nasty bruise to remind me and others not to choose this location. It would be nice for them to make things right but I won't hold my breath and that't not really what I'm seeking just sharing my first experience. Furthermore it sucks to pay for someone to injure you when they are suppose to be delivering essential vitamins for you and take care of you under their care. I've uploaded the picture of my arm as well which isn't reflecting on my end but I do have a proof and evidence of this event. The owner followed up with me and said a nurse practitioner would follow up they said they would give me my refund back which was only 20 dollars with a promo that was going on that didn't happened! I asked to speak to the manager cause I was getting no where with the nurse practitioner she said she would give me my money back and I said it's not about my money it's about yall making things right since y'all injured me.
