I absolutely love this place! It is in a strip mall, which some may look over, but let me tell you, you're making a huge mistake if you look it over. I really mean it! The lobby is serene and beautiful. The manager and front desk staff couldn't be more accommodating and friendly. The aesthetician that I see, I have followed her to all of her spas for 15 years, is Brittney Cantu, and everyone she has been the leader and the trainer in that department. She has nothing short of stellar, honest, talented, and an expert at her craft. I don't even have the words to tell you how much I love this place! I want to give a few shoutouts to people who have made my life better! Ann - She specializes in injectables and has helped me feel confident and comfortable with my body! We worked on some scarring and wrinkling on my face that have made me feel very down for a while. We chatted a few times and made a plan to use daxxify (similar to Botox) for my upper face and injectables for my lips, cheeks and chin. I look brighter, more awake, younger and feel like a legit queen! Michelle - She shaped my eyebrows and tinted both my eyebrows and eyelashes. I no longer have to spend extra time doing my makeup as I usually go with a more natural look. She did perfect with the color and shaping!! Jackson - Is definitely now my go to massage therapist! I have been trying to reach someone for a week now - multiple calls at different times of the day, voicemail, and notes in online system - but there's no communication back from anyone. In the online booking system, you can't add add-ons to the service either. I understand millennials are supposed to be online-everything and not talk to humans, but the system on Vagaro isn't setup for that. I'm surprised and amazed at the complete non-responsiveness from a place that is supposed to be offering "services" because there's no customer service. I'm trying to book a couples package and add-on upgrades but now I'll book elsewhere. read more

As a Crossfit and Olympic weightlifting athlete, I would highly recommend Jackson for sports massages. I've had many massages and I have generally hated all of them (e.g., too superficial, not targeted, and not suited to the needs of athletes). Jackson is the best masseuse I've seen. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and was able to target my specific pain points + issues. He dials up (or down) the level of pressure based on your preferences and needs. He also went above and beyond by listening to my concerns and offering corrective stretches/exercises. I no longer live in Austin, but if I did, I would still be seeing Jackson! I saw him every 2-4 weeks and, during that time, I considered him to be an integral part to keeping my performance at a high level. Highly recommend! read more

I had my first ever facial with Tammy today and it was amazing. The atmosphere of the spa itself is so soothing and relaxing. We had a party of 4 and were greeted warmly, with fresh mimosas and snacks. Everything is elegant and luxurious. Tammy made sure I was comfortable with everything starting with the temperature of the room and the bedding to explaining everything that she was doing. The products she used were all natural and felt like silk on my skin. I expected only my face to be part of the process, but she applied the same techniques and products to my shoulders and upper chest. If I had a formal dance to go to, my skin would have glowed in my off the shoulder dress! She also gave me a hand massage with warm cocoa. Totally unexpected and my skin loved it. The whole time that I was having my facial, I pictured this cat as it epitomized how I felt. So comfy, so relaxed and my skin was as soft as a kitten. I couldn't be happier with the end result. All of the products used were super gentle and smelled amazing. My skin is soft, supple, and well hydrated. Today I brought my mom, sister, and mother in law to have a girl's spa day and it was just a wonderful experience. My facial was done by Kaylee, and she was really pleasant and offered advice on how I could take care of my extremely fair skin. I absolutely love the products this spa uses. The Eminence products smell and feel wonderful and do not irritate my sensitive skin at all. I especially love the hydrating gel mask, and wish I could get some to take home! I got a deep tissue massage from Trey, he was really nice and kept checking to make sure the pressure was ok. I then got an hour facial from Bree, I'm new to skin care so wasn't totally sure what to expect but it was a very comfortable and relaxing experience. Today I received a massage. It has been probably 5 years since I got a massage and went to Austin Urban Retreat for a mother/daughter day. This was hands down, the best massage I have ever gotten. The whole environment was very relaxing and Josh was the most professional and nicest person. He did everything I asked and was very attentive to areas where I was experiencing pain or where he could tell I was tight. The hot towel on my back was probably my favorite part but the whole experience was exactly what I needed. Everyone that went today had a similar experience with their services as well. The steam machine was broken and employee informed me the equipment was having issues prior to my visit. During the entire facial the employee continued to try and repair the equipment.
