I have been coming to this place since they first open, before the upgrades. Everyone is usually good, and I still would encourage people to come, because one bad experience out of several should not determine the quality of the business. However, today was by far the worst service ever. I asked for my back to be mainly addressed, being that I just came back from a 19 hour drive and I got my shoulders and neck smooshed to death. The massage was very uneven and my lower back is still in pain. Then I was asked where is the tip. Which I ended up giving, because the person would not give me my change back. Then the man basically shooed me away. I wish I had a picture of this guy so no one ever gets him. I will never allow that person to massage me again. And for the record I usually can tip up to $20. Very unprofessional. read more

From the foot soak, to the brief head and neck rubs, to the actual foot massage itself - I was thoroughly relaxed. The soaking water was a bit lukewarm but the hot stones at the end of our treatment were a wonderful, unexpected surprise. Intensity of the massage is on the lighter end, and that's coming from someone who's pretty sensitive to how much pressure is applied. Early on in the massage, the staff draped a dividing curtain across our legs for privacy which was new to me. I like the idea of not having someone stare up my nostril but wondered how clean that curtain was. A bit of a funny design. The spa is located in an older strip mall and parking was fairly straightforward. Not a super new or fancy shmancy facility but it gets the job done.
