Just got off of a four hour flight with a stiff neck and prior injuries needing attention and found this place on Yelp. About 20 minutes from my hotel I call first to ask if I need an appointment. The lady replies, no, you can just walk in. I said I'll be there in an hour. I show up in exactly 55 minutes - two ladies arguing about who should greet or even speak to me at the window Bad vibes immediately. Already offputting - how about "hello" or "Welcome." Finally a lady decides that she will speak to me and ask me what I want. I replied, I called about an hour ago to come in for treatment. She tells me I have to wait 30 minutes... No explanation. Then she proceeds to yell "Massage only." As if she is warning me, not to make any inappropriate advances during a session. Sounds good to me. I just have pain that I want someone to address. But why do I have to wait 30 minutes? I ask? On the phone you told me I could walk right in. I couldn't make out what she was trying to say at that point and I was just about over it but PaAin is a great motivator so I hung in there. She gave me a form to fill out which I completed. I filled out the diagram, showing all four directions of the human body and checked where I was experiencing symptoms. I give her the form, and she proceeds to tell me back only. Nothing on the front. The only thing on the diagram that I checked, was my hands and the front of my shoulders. I asked her is this gonna be a problem? I am just trying to get my shoulders worked on, and my lower arms and hands and wrists. Finally, she walks me to a room and ask me to pay first. I was a little perturbed because she didn't seem oriented and being pleasant with good customer service and I already in my mind didn't want to tip her which is something I never do, but she already did not earn based on her treatment of me. I asked if she will be the one to work on me and she ignored my question. I very angry and disgruntled because I absolutely wasted 30 minutes of time. For crappy customer service. read more
