I dont remember her name but the whole staff was kind. I came in with a sore neck, shoulders and upper back. i got the combo for 90 minutes and everything from head to toe was phenomenal. I was taken to a private room and immediately had my back worked on. ohhhhhhhhh my goodness she went in on me as i asked. not only was it a good level but i loved the quietness and almost fell asleep. i was literally a dead buffalo being hit with a stick and it felt great lol i recommend this business for those having a long day of work or just in an achy situation in need of relaxation and healing. The spa was clean, peaceful, and had a soothing atmosphere that made it easy to relax right away. The reflexology treatment was exceptional. Saving to my Austin favorites :) I had one of the best massages ever here, and I literally am already planning my next visit. I struggle to find places that actually try to get out my knots because I sit at a desk 24/7 and also do workouts that put a lot of pressure and tension in my shoulders/neck/back. I didn't even tell my massage therapist what I wanted to focus on--she could tell and spent a lot of time on my upper back, shoulders, and neck. I am so grateful. I came out of my 50 minute session feeling more relaxed and light than I have in weeks. She asked me how much pressure I'd like at the beginning of the massage, which I was also grateful for. I don't know why but I have a hard time of telling massage therapists to add more/less pressure but am thankful that she communicated with me my desired pressure. It was a really affordable massage with the Groupon, but I noticed that the walk-in rate is about the same. I am planning to come back again and again! read more

The massage itself was good, but there were a lot of interruptions. There were multiple phone calls in the middle of my massage that my masseuse took to schedule bookings. There was also a customer who was complaining about his massage duration being too short. My masseuse probably listened to his complaints for 10 minutes while I was waiting on the massage table. The masseuse was very apologetic and I felt that the interruptions weren't really caused by her. I ended up just brushing it off and still gave her a good tip. read more

Didn't personally try them, but recommending based on feedback from my mom who I had gotten a Groupon here for a 30 min/back and 30 min foot massage. I also went to check out and make sure all went okay with the Groupon so did interact with them a bit. I will say overall my mom said the massage itself was great, hence the 3 stars. She said that they were professional and had the right amount of pressure for the massage services! So that part seems to be great! My lack of stars comes from the customer service and organization of the company. There is a language barrier to begin with, which was causing complications between the staff and the customers (not just us). I think they need to get at least one staff member who can speak English to better serve customers. There was a Mexican man who came in and both the staff and him didn't know English well so it caused a problem for him to tell them what he wanted and them to understand. So that's an example of what I'm referencing. Additionally, they were in general very disorganized. We had an appointment time and yet they didn't even get her back for a good 20 mins or so. They kept telling everyone I'm the waiting are to hold on and sit down and they'd get to us. It just didn't give off the best customer service vibes. Especially when you're coming in to relax. LoL Based on the Groupon and price, and the comments my mom had on the massage itself, I'd go if you're looking for a cheap massage. read more

My flight from Austin got delayed so was looking for something to do real quick. In the Chicago area, I go a place called Lucky Foot, so I looked ip foot massages near me and I was less than a mile, so to me it was meant to be. When I tell you it was awesome. I did the one hour foot and back massage for only $50 and it was well worth every penny, the worked out every knot I thought I may have. What an incredibly rejuvenating experience. This place is also VERY clean which I appreciated. I did combo #10 and didn't even tell angel where I was aching. Tina is amazing! Have had 20 massages in my lifetime prior to her and have never had such an intuitive deep massage. I'm a big 6ft 300lb muscular man and as small as she is I was very skeptical if she could do a good job. OMG she could read my body like a book and was able to get in there and slice through all of my knots like butter. I usually feel ripped off after a massage and only go about once every year or two....but Tina is worth every penny and has kept me coming back routinely. My first session I only committed to 60min but when my 60 min was almost up I asked if I could do the full 2 hours and luckily she was free and could accommodate. Her expertise is therapeutic and necessary for my weight lifting and mobility goals, money became a non factor in that moment. I have so much more range of motion and I couldn't have done it without her. She is such a Blessing Highly Recommend!! read more

Came in for a couples back and foot massage (30 minutes and 30 minutes). My boyfriend loves hard pressure massages--if you are the same way this is the place for you. If you are not a big fan of the higher pressure, I would make the masseuse aware before as both seemed to use a similar style. However, it really helped my sore neck and our tight shoulders.
