I did a 30 minutes session which went by wayyy too quick. JP did a great job of going slow to not cause any discomfort and asked how the pressure was along the way. Talk about relaxing! I'm intrigued to see how the area feels after a nights rest as I've been dealing with the issue for several months. Despite doing PT, there's was something not quite getting to the exact location of he tension. I could feel the areas I've been missing with trigger point in myself being addressed during the massage. Talk about a win!
