Always friendly & chill staff. They are a great value when you combine a massage with the UV sauna.

I always have a great massage experience here! There are 2 south locations to choose from. The prices are comparable to other places.

I have a membership here (everyone is outstanding), and just recently saw Karen for the first time for a two hour massage with cupping. She was amazing! I left feeling 100x better than when I walked in, she instantly made me feel comfortable, kept my physical/medical issues in mind and got rid of my muscle knots, especially in my neck and lower back areas. I booked another appointment with her for next month. Thank you so much! read more

I just had the most incredible massage from Dahlia. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and truly cared for. Dahlia took her time and didn't rush a single moment she worked through every knot, ache, and area of tension with such skill and intention. I could feel the difference immediately afterward. Her technique is both intuitive and thorough, and I could tell she was completely focused on making sure I walked out feeling better than when I walked in. I'm beyond grateful I found her, and I'll absolutely be coming back to see her every month. Thank you, Dahlia you are heaven sent and are incredible at what you do(: read more

I truly enjoyed my experience at Sage today! Melanie did a wonderful job and I left feeling more relaxed and without any pain. I did a massage followed by a 15 minute wrap. Alya at the reception desk was super sweet and informative!! I ended up purchasing Lavender essential oil and the Lavender body scrub. The space is small but decorated so nicely and when you enter it smells amazing. There is parking located in the back but be mindful as there aren't many spots. read more

I said it once and I will say it again! Ive been going to Melanie for over a year now and she had helped me so much with my chronic pain.

I love my massages with Julianna. I feel so relaxed and my muscle pain feels so much better. I have been going here for at least 2 years because it is really the best. read more

I had a fantastic prenatal massage with Melanie. She brought me back a bit early so we could go over all the modifications for a prenatal massage. I booked it for next month at checkout! read more

Less than1 star is more appropriate. I received a gift card for a 90 minute massage, made an appt, and did not receive a text reminder the day before the appt, only an email 2 days prior. It is customary to send a text reminder not just an email. I saw no text and thought I must have made the appointment for a future day. No one called me when I didn't arrive 10 minutes or so after my scheduled time. I could have arrived in 10-15 minutes and had a 20-30 minute massage instead of 45 mins. I was charged on the gift card before I ever stepped into the business, & they wouldn't work with me on the charge for services I did not receive. I do not want to have a message at this establishment, but will lose the money for the remaining 45 minutes. I would donate the remaining time, but do not think the business would honor that request. I am extremely disappointed as I am/was a potential new client. I also haven't listed a bad review in years, or ever, but I certainly do not feel welcome at this establishment. 5 thumbs DOWN!!! read more

Dahlia listened and used just the right amount of pressure on my massage. She also addressed a tight or piched muscle or tendon in my upper right back/shoulder area. The massage did wonders for it. Thank you, Dahlia. I will be back. read more

Lindsey has been the massage therapist for all of my prenatal massages and has taken the time to understand any problem areas and address them. She provides a comfortable and relaxing environment. Look forward to seeing her again! I've also seen a couple of other massage therapists at the Manchaca location and they have been great as well. read more

The service was great. I did ask for medium pressure during a 45 min massage. The pressure was light, more just like a rub. Only at one point in the massage would I say I felt the medium pressure, but it did not last long. If I were to go again, I'd ask for more pressure for sure. Overall, relaxing & still beneficial. read more

You all can tell from my many reviews how much I love Sage Blossom. I want to talk about how wonderful Melanie is. She really helps my neck and shoulders, and is especially understanding about the migraines I get. My neck is in such bad shape that I sometimes get migraines from laying on my stomach no matter how comfortable she tries to make the head rest. We've been trying something new, which is having me lay on my back the whole time. I feel so much calmer because I don't have the dread of feeling like, am I going to get a migraine even though I know I really need this massage? What I really want to say about Melanie is she is incredibly easy to talk to and basically confide in. She makes me feel so comfortable explaining how I'm feeling and whether I need to adjust something. She is amazing at deep pressure work, but I often have her go more medium pressure on me because it can be too intense for me. Also, Ayla at the front is the best human being! What a wonderful person to talk with before and after my appointment. Not enough words for her. You probably know this, but Sage Blossom is just the best. read more

Kasey is amazing. She listened to all of my troubled areas and spent time focusing on those areas that I struggle with. I really enjoyed the massage and definitely plan to schedule more with her, as well as bring in my wife for a session too. read more

I typically get maybe five or six massages a year and since moving to Austin I've been passing this place but had never gone, I usually hit Milk and Honey. I finally had my first massage, 75 min custom, and it was easily one of the best massages I've ever had. Not to mention, way more affordable! The interior is relaxing, calming, and unpretentious, which I love. Christina did my massage and honestly, I felt like she was really experienced and knew exactly what she was doing. I've had a lot of massages that are nice and relaxing and feel good, but this one felt like she has not only experience but a great understand of muscles and whatnot. I left feeling the most relaxed in months. It felt like what a real massage should feel like, and I don't think I realized that before . Will be going back and will be requesting her again. read more

My massage with Crystal was probably one of the best I've had in Austin. I usually get massages every 2-3 months. I did a 75 min custom massage. She was awesome in focusing on my problem area but also gave me a soothing thorough full body massage. I will definitely be back to see her! read more

I've had a membership at sage blossom for a bit now and have had some really great massages and friendly service. I do have to mention a stand out therapist named Crystal! She is such a talented healer. I've never experienced this type of therapeutic yet corrective style of massage. It's as if the body talks to her and she truly knows how to listen and work with it. I can't recommend her enough! read more

Jasmine is amazing, and the salt room is a great experience. I will be back for sure!

I've been coming to sage blossom for a few years now and have enjoyed finding some VERY effective therapists! I actually call them healers

This was my first visit. I scheduled a 90 minute massage. Went thru the usual confirmations a few days in advance by text and email. While driving to the appointment I received another text and email confirming the appointment. I arrive and go to reception desk and they look at me like I have a third eye. They tell me that my appointment was incorrectly cancelled (they said I called and cancelled due to auto accident but I did not) and that the therapist was sent home and my massage won't happen. A reschedule with a 10% discount was offered but I don't think that this is adequate. read more

I've been going to Sage Blossom for years, and every time would be the best massage. I've told friends and taken family when they are in town. My most recent visit was okay. The receptionist didn't offer any drinks and isn't as friendly as the previous, the massage was okay (I asked for medium pressure and then during massage more pressure). It felt more like a rub. Each side felt a bit uneven. At the end, typically the therapist meets you with water and asks about the treatment, but that didn't happen today. It just felt like a miss. I still very much love this place, but I think next time will be more direct with what I need. read more

I wanted to try a new and LOCAL massage therapy spot and Sage Blossom was everything I needed! I get a lot of tension in my neck and upper back and was starting to feel uncomfortable since I had been working so much. I went to the Oak Hill location to see Colleen. She was thorough with her questions on what I was needing. I got the 60 min Swedish/combo and feel so refreshed and relaxed. Colleen was so professional and great at what she does! The space was clean and they were very covid safe. Highly recommend Sage Blossom and can't wait to go back! read more

I decided to treat myself to a package for my birthday and I am so glad I chose Sage Blossom. The vibe is very peaceful the moment you walk in and the merchandise to purchase was amazing. Tina was so in tune with my body during the massage. I don't think I've experienced a massage as great as this one because it didn't feel like the corporate massage that everyone gets at other places. She was incredible! I enjoyed the infrared sauna because of the privacy and detoxing feeling after. I used the private shower with the products provided before leaving as well. That was a great surprise to have available before moving on to the next part of my day. Highly recommend Sage Blossom and Tina! read more

Indifferent customer service. Not exactly rude, yet clearly don't care whether they're helping you or not. Very unwelcoming. I guess they've got their customer base and don't care about getting new clients. read more
