Just visited this studio for the first time, and it was fantastic! Jasmin is an exceptional massage therapist. One of the best massages I've had in years. She was able to work out a lot of my aches and pains, and I'm feeling great now. Prices are reasonable, the space is beautiful, and they have great options and add-ons. This place is absolutely fantastic. I love the variety of therapists that you can choose from and the price point is excellent for the service provided. This is a small unassuming place but very calm and relaxing. I feel like every time I leave there a few years have been taken off for me. I try to go once a month but it doesn't always work out they do have a really great yearly payment option that offers some perks but until I can figure out how often I can go I will probably just book as needed. You can call or do it online. The staff is very friendly and there's lots of add-ons you can apply to your treatment, like hot stones, they also do facials which I have yet to try but I'm looking forward to. Received only 45 minutes though was charged for 60 minute massage??? For a first time customer? Not an inexpensive treatment - about double what I would pay for a 60 minute massage at other spas! (that offer discounts for HAAM - Health Alliance for Austin Musician members and military families) Was blessed with a rare day off- so made self care priority. As an educator, I usually look for discounted massages- though was just happy to get a last minute treatment for some relief--( my neck bothered me after I had not slept well- ) it was first time booking, I was NOT told to come in early to fill out paperwork- so my massage was only 45 minutes. (?) I was told the therapist only had time for this? Had I been told, I would have come early rather than miss 15 minutes of my massage! With that said, the place is nice and Lisa's treatment was healing /nurturing. Did not feel that I could tip the therapist fairly, being that I was short-changed-myself! I saw Katlyn to have my brows tinted and waxed as they are very light and I don't like makeup. I also have an issue with patches of dry skin around my brows which can pick up the tint. She was able to go over the dry areas to remove stain. She gave me an exfoliant to remove the dry patches along with an omega 6 oil to moisturize. She also had some good recommendations for making my brows look fuller. I got so much more than I expected. Katlyn spent a lot of time with me. I was depending on her expertise but she wanted me to be satisfied with the results. I was most definitely impressed with Katlyn and will be recommending her to all my friends interested in the same procedure. read more

I called and asked who would be good for deep / sport massage and the front desk recommended Russell. DO NOT GET RUSSELL. He was the laziest massage therapist ever. I booked for 90 mins. He took his time to get things started. All he did was RUB my neck, upper back, arms, and legs. I told him my neck and upper back were super tight and go as hard as you can. Then he asked if I'd like to do cupping instead. I said no, I wanted a deep massage. He said OK. He spent a little more time on my upper back and neck, but all he freaking did was rubbing! He only went two rounds on my legs and arms. He didn't even do my lower back. He kept stopping every 3-5 mins to ask me "are you comfortable?" or "relax" over and over again. It was so annoying. I know I could've said something but I kept waiting and thought maybe the rubbing part was just a warm up. Everything he did was lackluster and did as little as possible. read more

I tried the infrared sauna yesterday and it was amazing. I wasn't really sure about it at first but I'm in love now. It really helped me relax before my massage. Since it isn't a steam sauna, it's a dry heat, I didn't feel overwhelmed with thick moist air leaving me drenched and making it hard to breath. I'd also had a pretty bad sinus headache for few days beforehand due to a lingering cold and it was gone after the sauna and massage. I highly recommend that everyone try it! read more
