The location is right next door to my favorite restaurant Vivo Austin which was a bonus. Since we are in the middle of 'Rona, I had to text Holly once I arrived. I was asked to wash my hands in the bathroom and come back to the massage room. We went over my massage needs while I had a quick foot soak. Holly asked questions just to clarify what I wanted and what I needed. I had asked for deep tissue massage and knew that it was not going to be a relaxing massage. When you go from monthly massages to none (thanks again 'Rona), Ummm yeah, your body will be not in the best shape. Overall, I felt better that day and the next day. She was my go to therapist for about seven years, even though her location required about a 45 minute drive each way from where I was living in Pflugerville. I typically saw her twice a month, and the experience was well worth the drive. A few years ago, a couple of family and work changes made it nearly impossible to make the drive down to her studio. I'm happy to say that that has changed now and I'm able to get back to see her on a regular basis. I had an amazing session with her today and she was able to resolve some lingering issues in my hips and lower back and I felt great after leaving her studio.
