A few hours later, I received a call from the receptionist saying the time wasn't actually open and she wasn't sure why it appeared that way. Mistakes happen. I rescheduled and 20 minutes before the appointment, the receptionist informed me the appointment would be with two male therapists instead... NOTE: The reflexologists don't speak much English. However, today was by far the worst service ever. I asked for my back to be mainly addressed, being that I just came back from a 19 hour drive and I got my shoulders and neck smooshed to death. The massage was very uneven and my lower back is still in pain. Then I was asked where is the tip. Which I ended up giving, because the person would not give me my change back. Then the man basically shooed me away. I wish I had a picture of this guy so no one ever gets him. I will never allow that person to massage me again. And for the record I usually can tip up to $20. Very unprofessional.
