I initially selected the "silent treatment" when booking since I'm not really one to talk to my stylists. But when I got there and sat down with Maggie, she INSTANTLY made me feel comfy and safe. She greeted and spoke to me as if I were an old friend, answered every question, and when I told her what I wanted, she asked follow up questions for details to ensure I got exactly what I was looking for. I didn't end up having a quiet appointment at all as we talked the whole time and I loved it. I cannot recomment her and BOS enough. The front desk staff was so kind and warm and welcoming, and as I already said, Maggie talks to you as if you're established friends. If you're an introvert looking for a chill but warm salon, this one is perfect

After many months of research, I found this beautiful salon and found Pedro. Pedro patiently took the time to discuss what I was looking for, along with realistic expectations, and performed the biggest transformation on me. Pedro is seriously a miracle worker and a true artist. I could not have found anyone better and am so thankful to have had such an amazing experience. If I could give 100 stars in this review I would. Pedro took my previous blonde that had brown dye over it, a band of red from base bumping, extremely dry ends, areas of new growth, and transformed my hair into a beautiful and healthy dimensional blonde. I don't know how Pedro pulled this off, but years of expertise, knowledge and experience, along with quick thinking, and love for the art was very obvious in the results I obtained from Pedro. Bad experience for the $200 i paid. This is way overpriced. The customer service is really bad,…read morethey are constantly on the phone while you are sitting waiting for service. They complain about how long you take to explain what you want with your hair- even with pics. I've had to go back more than once to have them fix something that was done, complete waste of time. I would not pay to visit this place again- and I definitely do not recommend. In the last visit I was waiting in the chair with hair dye in my hair while the hairdresser was texting someone about their car getting serviced. Not sure why someone elses car service took precedence over a customer, but it was annoying that I had to sit there for that and it seems this is not the first time someone has complained about this same thing. Its not very professional. I also have had to go back to get my hair fixed and I was very lucky to be able to take time away from work in order to go back to get this done. I complained about the service to the Salon and they were very nice and offered to find another hair stylist or help me find someone with any of the other services they offer in the Salon. I think I have been fair and given this place many chances but at the end the facts are the service is not great and I wouldn't pay for this again. I had a bad experience here, the service is bad and very unprofessional.
