Nurse Janelle injected my Botox, and I was left with severe bruising from Botox alone (no filler) and in my crows feet area. The bruising was so bad that people were constantly asking me for the following two weeks if someone had punched me in the face. After calling the clinic multiple times to complain and voice my concerns, I eventually received a phone call from the owner, Dr. Jessica Wright. During our conversation, Dr. Wright told me that this level of bruising was normal for them and that it happens to Botox patients 2-3 times per quarter at Rejuvenate Austin. I have been getting Botox for over five years and have never experienced bruising this severe. I found the entire experience extremely disappointing, particularly the way my concerns were handled afterward. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a new injector. I will not be returning, and I hope the photos I have attached help others make an informed decision before booking an appointment.

My mom was in the next room waiting and could hear her and her surgery staff laughing, taking snack breaks, etc. I've been told by nursing staff that all of her glowing articles are bought and paid for by her, and bad reviews are removed as well. Alison was super helpful after, and mentioned she felt the same her first time. Once I got home my body felt extremely relaxed and I was in a happy mood. I've already told so many friends about trying it out, and look forward to my next visit. My only issues is that I live in north Austin so hopefully in the future they will open another location.
