I've had BBL + Moxi and micro needling with her on four or five (or maybe more!) occasions and it's always a great experience. Crystal is detail oriented and meticulous in her work which I appreciate immensely. She listens patiently to all my skin concerns and addresses them. Her bedside manner is lovely and caring, and in my estimation she truly cares about her client's skin and experience. I am very particular about my LMA's and Crystal is a star! Today was my first time at this MEDSPA and I can tell you my experience was fantastic! Once you walk in it just has a really fun good vibes. The decorating the color schemes everything just really works together. A very large waiting room which is great. The Customer service is fantastic!! I was greeted at the door by my name! Tracey is absolutely phenomenal! I have been a client of hers for almost 2 years now and I followed her from the last place she worked at to this gorgeous Medspa and it's just incredible. I took so many pictures that I am going to share with y'all. They have hand sanitizer and wear masks, they monitor how many clients they have at a time to abide by Covid 19 precautions. And again like I said they have a large sitting area. There online website is very accessible and easy to use. It's perfect to book appointments and see what kind of self care you are interested in. I waited for this appointment 2 months out. I explained to Kristin my sister "retired" from the "Aesthetic business" in 2020 as an Aesthetic/cosmetic nurse under a FL Surgeon. She charged me $2370.00 for her services for products I have never heard of. She asked if I had ever had a "Filler" injection reaction. I said "never". The next day I woke up looking like this. See photo. To this day May 20th, I still have this vein looking line protruding from my right side of my face. I asked to see her right away (the next day) and her phone assistant scheduled me 2 weeks out! I was so upset, thru all my daily activities with meetings with people I was stuck looking this way. The day I was scheduled to see her again, (2 weeks later, my furniture for my new house was on delay & I was stuck all day waiting on the delivery). I didn't get to see her that day, even more devastating..., considered ptsd? Kristen altered my every day normal look. Kristin altered my normal appearance to my face, that is considered "disfiguring" your face due to her "Injection practice & method. Kristen's Schooling teaches how to avoid these type of mishaps. I never write reviews but this is necessary regarding Botox! I've been getting Botox on and off for 10 years -maintenance only. 20-30 units around face nothing more, no fillers-- no lip injections. I research places for excellent injectors & what I mean by this, is that they should be a professional, licensed RN--Also my criteria is that they should look natural --meaning I shouldn't look at their face and want to run. These places that call themselves spa's are very misleading. If one is going to inject different persons each with their own facial features, they should be knowledgeable in science of the face, muscles, veins etc. This is what makes excellent injectors stand from the mediocre ones. This always happens when you find a place, they do a decent job the first time, okay job the second time and the 3rd time--is an awful and pretty horrible experience because of the "Real" attitude of the injector (and their suggestions! --shut -up already, (you usually find this out after 2-3 X going to the same person). Please do not tell me that bruising is normal--normal for whom??--for you the injector, then you are not a professional, seasoned or otherwise. I have never bruised before with the little amounts of Botox I get to look natural--I do not want to look like a plastic, facially over-exploded walking disaster full of crap in my face like every other woman does & from the injectors face (so unnatural) this is what I am referring to. If you were an excellent injector, you would have known where veins and blood vessels are located in the face and near the eyes. A good injector will use a magnifying light to make sure they are discreet in their placement. People are paying you for your service as you claim to be an expert! If you have personality problems & issues with people in general, you shouldn't be servicing the public or clients. Not even having a bad day counts for unprofessionalism and scarring someone on purpose! When looking for an injector you want consistency always---I would NOT recommend this place on attitude alone and look at your injector's face, attitude (no energy) --this will tell you how you will look when you walk out the door--you will be advertising their crappy services that's for sure. Look at the injectors faces, exploded lips, cheeks and unnatural. Their pictures are filtered! read more
