I bought a laser hair removal package for hair removal in two places. One of the treatment areas had great results with very little hair growth. However, the other area - my neck - looks like it was not treated at all. Im caucasian with dark hair so I know it's supposed to be more effective on people that look like me but I am pretty disappointed with the results. The pictures show about 6 weeks of growth after my last treatment. Overall the place is clean and the staff is efficient and nice. I really appreciated getting in and out quickly but unfortunately I can't recommend laser hair removal here. read more

It has been a few years since I finished my laser hair treatments on the bikini area. Within 6 months it was clear that no hair had actually been removed. After my first few sessions I knew coverage wasn't going to be great but I hoped for at least less hair. The lady who did the treatments was fairly haphazard in the way she covered the area, missing large areas and not manipulating the skin to get everything. I'm also not sure the machine was ever calibrated correctly because the spot she used is a place where I have no pigment. It doesn't tan and the hair grows pure white. She said that would be fine so who knows. The newer machine was broken half the time as well so we were using the older one. I can say this, after 8 treatments I saw no results. Save your time and your money. read more

I have been going here for several years and have always had the best experience! Not only is the office staff professional and kind, but also very knowledgeable in what they do. It's an art, and not every injector is the same. I love Sydney, and have also had great experiences with Adriana, Malory, and Gina. I love my results! It's more than just feeling better on the outside, it's therapeutic because of the time they spend getting to know you personally. They have a passion for what they do, and it shows. Love them!! read more

LIPS! LIPS! LIPS!!!!!! Let me just say, I have them now and they look so great thanks to Sydney!!!! I was already a loyal customer at Muse Medspa because the women there do the BEST job in AUSTIN!!!! They are passionate and dedicated in making you feel and look your best! I was completely terrified of getting lip fillers and Sydney assured me in the process and I couldn't be more thankful!! They numbed me before and I SWEAR it DIDN'T HURT!!!! I was nervous for nothing!! I've gotten facials, microblading, dermaplaning, peels, IPL for my Melasma (hello mustache that randomly popped up) they fixed it! I've also done the HCG diet through them and lost over 23 pounds in a month and have kept almost all of it off still!! Was only a matter of time till I started dipping my toes in some fillers and my lips look amazing!!!! I should've done that sooner!!!! RUN don't walk to MUSE!!!!!!! I'm getting married in February and can't wait to see my lips in my pictures!!! Thank you Sydney and your amazing team!!! They always take the best care of me and help me look my most fabulous self!!! Only place I trust my face with is Muse and Sydney's team!! Because we women need evidence (and I'm obsessed) I've attached a few pictures for reference!! GO TO MUSE!!!! read more

I have been going to Muse for years but lately, since their RN left, it seems to me the product is less effective or I am being cheated. I have found better results going to another reputable MedSpa and achieving far better results. Beware, if you don't achieve your results once or twice, but three times there is a problem. Face and body robbery is real, and I wouldn't trust my face/body with this company read more

My daughter was recommended a treatment for her acne and it made it 100 times worse. We have had to go to a doctor and paying so much money to try to figure out why this happened. Do NOT go here for acne treatment read more

It was my first time receiving any kind of Botox treatment. Charisse was more than amazing at answering all my questions and making sure I was making the right decisions for my face shape. Her hands are so gentle and it didn't hurt at all! She took her time to mark all the right places for injection. Will definitely be going back to her again and again! read more

First time guest here and there is nothing more that I can say other then these ladies were simply AMAZING. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in to the moment I was consulting with Sydney. Sydney, what a beautiful individual that deserves much respect as an high-level Injector in Austin. She is very well educated and answered all my questions without hesitation. During my visit Sydney asked me what I needed from her and did exactly what I requested. Pricing is very reasonable compared to other places I have visited. Thank you Muse MedSpa team for your professionalism and fun during my visit. I appreciate the welcoming environment. See you soon! Louie A. read more

I love that they ask questions to suit ones needs. If you haven't tried Muse. Do yourself a favor ....and GO!! Ask for Sydney's "magic hour" and she will customize an hour just for you. When Texas opened back up, I felt very safe going to Muse during covid. They follow all protocols in place by the state guidelines. read more

I recently visited Charisse in the middle of this pandemic and she was absolutely amazing and accommodating to all my needs/concerns. She explained all the safety precautions they were taking to protect our health and safety and then went on to get to know me better and what I was looking for with my fillers. She better informed me of the whole process and how everything works. I have been to multiple places for my lips but I have never been happier with my results or my aesthetician. I can definitely say I will be coming back to her from now on with all of my beauty needs. read more

I came here for laser hair removal and it worked excellent I highly recommend it it's $50 for your chin and mouth area they charge $100 if they move out onto your cheeks luckily I don't need cheeks lol. read more

Sydney was absolutely amazing. She was very informative and helpful. She did a beautiful job and made the experience very relaxing. She never pushed any products on me or made me feel taken advantage of. She is a beautiful person on the inside and out. read more

I love Muse MedSpa! The vibe, cleanliness and practitioners here are all spot-on! For my first appointment I started off slow, an Oxygeneo facial with Adrianna. She was so sweet, informative and meticulous. After the facial my skin looked glowing (though I still prefer the hydrafacial I think). For my next visit I saw Charisse for some Botox and a lip flip and honestly, she converted me to Muse as my new go-to place! She did an amazzzing job! The process was fully transparent as she marked up my face and told me her thoughts on what I needed and how much it would cost upfront. Her placement was purposeful and I was able to decrease from the number of units I normally use and have it still be 100% effective. I really appreciated being able to save some money without sacrificing quality. I now have full trust in Muse and will definitely be back for my future skin care needs. read more

Ladies and Gentlemen, if you are in the market to spruce yourself up, look no further. Sydney and her staff of beauties KNOW. They know what to do and they know how to do it so you don't look over done. I've been going to Sydney for botox, filler, lips, and a bunch of other procedures - whose names I can not recall - for years and I love the results every single time. Sydney is prolific in educating herself and her staff so that they procedure-savvy, can answer all the questions and - most importantly - deliver the excellent results you are paying for. Yes, it is expensive, but it is so worth it every time I look in the mirror. I mentioned the staff of beauties before... let me tell you, they are so intimidatingly gorgeous one would assume them to be, you know, a little catty. Not at all whatsoever infinity! They are some of the friendliest, funniest, fantastic group of beauty professionals in town. I would even venture to say the entire state of Texas, thankyouverymuch. I'm a lifer with Muse. read more

Today was my first time forehead injections (dysport) and I'm really glad I came to Sydney! She, and her front desk staff, are so kind and knowledgeable. She didn't try to talk me into more than I wanted. Very easy to talk to, like she's a long time friend! And the office is gorgeous but cozy, not at all intimidating. I'll definitely be back:) read more

These guys are great . Sydney the owner knows what she is doing very well and is good at customizing your preferences . Staff is great and competitive pricing which is a great deal because other places just zap your wrinkles without thinking about your facial features and placement of dysport or Botox read more

Love Muse! But more importantly, I trust them. I have had a number of treatments here and plan to try more in the future. The staff is top notch and always greet you warmly when you arrive. The ambiance is feminine and relaxing without being pretentious. All the treatments I've received have had excellent, beautiful outcomes and I have experienced almost no pain because they do a great job of thoroughly numbing you before any potentially painful procedures. It's also easy to get in touch with them, confirm appointments, and move appointments around if needed. I highly recommend Muse if you're looking for the best of the best in aesthetics! read more

I've only just started getting injections and my first 2 experiences were so unsettling. My girlfriend had gotten her lips enhanced with Sydney and I loved them. So I made my appointment and it was so worth it!! I can't believe I wasted money on the other place, I should have came here from the start. Sydney really is an artist and she is very knowledgeable and best of all she educated me on the different kinds of fillers and which one works best for me. That really goes a long way for me. I'm so dang excited about my lips they look amazing! I am a customer for life!! I love it!! read more

I have seen Sydney a total of five times so far which is why I'm happy to leave this review now. I have tried services such as the HydroFacial, microneedling, injectables consultation and now today I'm bringing my mom for her first round of treatments. Being that I am a paramedical aesthetician as well and on a similar business here in Austin I'm sure you can imagine I am not quick to praise or trust others with my face. From the moment I met Sydney I knew that she was the right person to get me ready for my wedding in this September. She is honest, knowledgeable, compassionate, and trustworthy above all else. I cannot say enough good things about her or her medspa Muse. If you're nervous, don't be. She will guide you to the right course of action and the best way to spend your budget. read more

My wife has tried a lot of facial type treatments at multiple spas and dermatologists because she doesn't believe in fillers or Botox. We found Muse through a Groupon for Fraxel laser. Sydney and her staff were awesome, professional and I can say from a Physician point of view, medically proper and sound. The Fraxel treatment was so effective my wife purchased three more and is sending me in. One of the first times I really felt the treatment was more than worth the cost. We will be regulars. read more

I had Adrianna for a chemical peel. She was super nice as a guy having a face treatment is sort of embarrassing but she talked about her hisband in construction etc made me very comfortable. She is very pretty so that initially added to my stress as a normal working class guy of course but she put me at ease. I highly recommend her at Muse. By the way the building is to the LEFT as yiu come in...really nice space doesnt look like much from outside but inside is really nice. They do botox and microneedling as well read more
