The visit and care with Melissa was excellent. The business approach of your office is abysmal. Not advising your patients that you are charging 3% for credit card payments before they arrive is an error in business practices. The front office staff are friendly enough, but the policies your front office staff are required to deliver are not customer friendly. You have forgotten that you are in the people business. I can therefore no longer recommend your office to my patients when they ask for a dermatology referral. read more

Today was horrible with the Central Texas Dermatology offices. I picked my insurance plan bc my provider Is and will be in network next year too according to the United portal. I even called my insurance broker who sent me the United screenshot (attached) This office needs to get it together. My physicians' assistant was great. Too bad the office is a mess and overcharged me $125 for self pay instead of $50 for a copay. I guess I need to find another dermatologist office, sigh! Such a shame because the actual PA is a gem. Just refuse to be overcharged any more when they are actually in network with my insurance. Proceed with caution if you visit here! read more

I had an amazing experience at Central Texas Dermatology. I saw Dr. Lia Stratton, and I can honestly say she made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in. I came in feeling extremely insecure about my alopecia, and that's not something easy to talk about but Dr. Stratton was so kind, patient, and genuinely understanding. She really listened to me, didn't make me feel judged at all, and explained everything in a way that made me feel hopeful instead of embarrassed. Her assistant was amazing as well very kind, attentive, and made the whole experience even smoother. On top of that, the front desk staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference walking in. What stood out the most is that she took action right away and started treatment the same day. That meant a lot to me because it showed she truly cared and wanted to help.
