I really appreciated that no one was pushy about upselling or encouraging more treatments than I was comfortable with. Instead, they focused on helping me understand my options and decide what felt right for me. I just started going here and I LOVE it. I have seen Monika now a few times to get BBL and all of my experiences were great. I'm a red head and it's taken a couple of tries to get the results she wanted. She has been extremely generous with her time/resources and patient working with me to get those results. I had an excellent experience with Lauren Mayo and the entire office staff during my visit to refine. Lauren is a board certified nurse practitioner so I felt super comfortable going to her for my botox appt. We spent a ton of time talking through what I wanted and I didn't feel rushed at all. Refine Aesthetics is a wonderful oasis, conveniently located downtown. The staff are very friendly and I felt comfortable from the moment I checked in and arrived in the waiting area. They offered you a beverage of choice...even a rosé wine. Courtney Gill, PA is wonderful! I went in originally to get some botox and lip filler. She listened to my concerns, took some "before" photos and offered some suggestions of some RX topical creams to help my hormonal acne and rosacea. This was an added bonus! Courtney explained everything in detail and answered all my questions before we got started with the numbing cream. I decided to go ahead and get juvederm filler in my jaw, cheeks, and lips. She touched up my Botox on my forehead and crows feet and was gentle with me the whole time. When she was finished, they took some "after photos" and I'm amazed at the instant results! I have lips and I don't look tired. My face looks slimmer and hydrated from the HA. I can't wait to go back to Refine Aesthetics for my diamond glow and other services. Give this place a shot! I followed Erma from Westlake Dermatology. She has been my aesthetician for over ten years. She's never hyperpigmented my skin and is the only aesthetician I trust for chemical peels in Austin. Casey, the admin, is also formerly from Westlake Dermatology. I purchased a package of four Diamond Glow facials plus one Vitalize Peel for a total of $600.
