I had my first microneedling appointment with Kate and my husband had his with Sydney and I couldn't be happier with the experience! Kate did my face and she was amazing from start to finish. My experience at Saving Face was wonderful. It was my first time. I went in for IPL treatment originally for my arms only. Since I seen a "before and after" post on Instagram and I was amazed by the results. Claire was extremely sweet and gave me so much knowledge for my treatment, so much that I decided i would IPL for my face as well as for my arms .. so I did both. My initial experience with this location was GREAT (1201 Rio Grande St...the nurse at that time is no longer with them). My last visit 5/1/2023 I was told "go back and see them then" when I asked if she could make an adjustment to my injections. She said "you're asking for two different things". To which I said, "I know the last nurse I saw HERE and at "Dermatology & Skin Surgery Center of Frisco" were both able to do it. To which Nurse Macy responded "go back and see them then". Customer service is severely lacking at this location. I scheduled my next appt (8/7/2023) with Macy, and found another place to go to...then cancelled that 8/7/2023 appt! ASK AND YOU SHALL RECEIVE! I will also say, the nurses have no idea what procedures are ok based on Fitzpatrick Skin Color Scale - Type 1-6. Once I spoke with the technician about my concern based on this scale (which I'm unsure if she would have even taken into account had I not brought it up)...she did advise she agreed that I was NOT a candidate for the procedure that the Nurse suggested. And upon further medical history review she was very squeamish about treating me at all. Which gave me ZERO confidence in this clinic! read more

I had a great first impression but then for some reason they didn't want to match my chart, manipulative poor tactics, and purposely over added Botox to my face when I said filler & upsell me on exisomes when they kept ruining my under eye and cheek to the point no exisomes would help their horrid work. Face robbery is real and I wouldn't trust my face with this company "Saving Face" as 3 woman on location couldn't figure out how to listen to the client on filler rather than Botox. Being charged thousands of dollars to ruin my face is bullshit and not caring about hitting nerves with needles is insane to be in business and not know the human anatomy. I would post a picture but I'm famous and I don't need their shitty work stuck on google. I had to go to a new location in New York to fix and clear my face of dents they created. Saving face is face robbery as they should be billed for what I had to pay to fix my face from them. A plastic surgeon in austin could not believe why they were purposely over filling Botox & then saying "oh well it's a side effect - take a holiday" instead of taking accountability crediting the client back and stop lying! I had a weird experience here. I waited a few months to post, vs just getting home and posting angrily. The more times I tell the story though the more I realize how strange it was. I had injections under my eyes, for deep hollowing. They said it would come in two sessions - they use the one syringe, but in two sittings so that they can make sure it's even and consistent. When I left my first appointment they said it looks great... that they Couldn't wait to see the results once we finish syringe at my next appointment. I scheduled my second appointment and went in (excited of course). They told me it looked good and then tried to sell me another thousand dollars worth of services. I politely said no let's just finish the first filler I had already paid for at this point. They informed me that they apparently used entire syringe on my first appointment and that the second appointment was merely a follow up to make sure there weren't any issues. You should have seen the look on my husbands face when I came home and told him "apparently they used the whole thing last time." I wouldn't have bothered to take an hour out of my day to go back for them to try and sell me more services like a car salesman. Results look fine but I'm so out off by the poor communication and experience I won't go back. I have had a few friends that have since gotten things done and I told them to try Westlake first... they had a great experience. read more

Laser hair removal....best money I've ever spent. literally. I've been plagued with dark chin and neck hairs for years. I had it lasered (over 10 years ago), tried prescription medication and creams, all without any results. I had to shave or tweeze every.single.day. I was reluctant to try laser again but Sydney Reyes assured me that laser technology has drastically improved since my last attempt. She was so right!! Updated review: I do not recommend males to use this place. They sweet talk you into buying other products that do nothing but make you feel good. I had a CO2 laser facial done by one of the young ladies here. While she was pleasant enough, the treatment initially started nice and slow paying attention to detail. Then suddenly she rushed through the process and I asked her if that was the norm. She said it was, so I took her for her word. The procedure claims that CO2 Laser is supposed to deliver excellent improvement in fine lines, general texture, and a reduction in troublesome pigmentation areas. As a male about to retire I was hoping it would improve the texture of my skin and reduce some of the imperfections on my face, but unfortunately 5 months later, it has done absolutely nothing. This procedure was very expensive (about $1,300) and so it is very disappointing that I fell for this scam. So no I do not recommend that any male or female bothers to use this location. read more

Just had some filler and Botox done by Victoria, and all I can say is that she is truly the best. I saw someone's post earlier that they are pricy and you can fly to LA and have it done by a doctor. Well, as a person who lived in LA for a long time and had it done by real doctors on rodeo drive, I ll take Victoria over them any time. See, doctors don't really specialize in injections ( I remember one trying to draw my blood for PRP and after torturing my both arms he finally called a phlebotomist, who did it in a split second), so yes in theory they know a lot, but when it comes to injections I prefer someone who knows a lot about facial muscles and practices it every day. With that said, if you are looking to truly improve your face, without looking unnatural by an understanding and kind professional - Victoria is your girl. After feeling insecure about the lines cropping up on my face post-30, I did a lot (A LOT) of shopping around before I visited Saving Face for neuromuscular modulators. I was drawn to this practice because it doesn't feel like an impersonal "Botox assembly line," and because of Brooke and Victoria themselves. Not only do they have incredibly impressive resumes reflecting a high level of expertise in their field, they also look youthful and naturally gorgeous without looking "done." After one visit, I was hooked and have never looked back--I'd never trust anyone but Saving Face (or someone they recommend) with my face! The injectable lounge is immaculately clean, peaceful, convenient to downtown, and beautifully furnished. The staff is great. Natalie up front (who, after I was a regular client, moved mountains to squeeze me in last-minute when I had a big event coming up) is warm and welcoming, and the entire team seems to be living out their motto, "look good, to feel good, to do good." And then there's Brooke and Victoria. I see Victoria, but based on Brooke's credentials, reputation in the community, and what I've heard from friends who see her, I wholeheartedly recommend either of these true professionals! Victoria takes the time to really listen to what you are trying to achieve, lay out the options, gauge your comfort level, and provide thoughtful, carefully-considered recommendations based on your goals, lifestyle, and budget. I never feel rushed out of her office--quite the opposite, I feel like I'm talking and laughing with a trusted friend who just happens to know all there is to know about caring for my face and helping me feel my best about how it looks. I'm consistently delighted with the results and--while my inquiries about products and treatments are always responded to with informative and helpful recommendations--I have never felt pressured to try something I wasn't comfortable with or buy any unnecessary products or treatments. Finally, on the topic of cost--if you are looking for the least-expensive injections in the Greater Austin Area, you can probably save a little by going to some random place with a coupon from a daily-deal website. But I've found the prices here to be incredibly fair, especially considering the skill of the SF team, the quality of the results, and the convenient location. (And, at the end of the day, these folks are putting NEEDLES into my FACE, so I'm happy to pay more than bargain-basement.) Victoria is the best! I've visited her for Botox before but this time I decided to try something new and went in to have my lips done for the first time ever. I was nervous that the process would be painful, and as a first-timer, I was also nervous that it would be obvious I had my lips done. Turns out, neither of those things were true. After applying numbing cream, the pain was virtually non-existent (I'd rate it as a 1 out of 10). We went with a full ML of Volbella and the outcome couldn't be more perfect. My lips look like my lips only plumper and more symmetrical. Not only does Victoria have a fantastic eye for facial symmetry and enhancement, she is also kind and friendly. I cannot recommend Brooke enough. Since I have used her recommended injections, I get complements like, "You look so great....what have you been doing? You look so happy!" My boss even said, "I can tell you're really liking this job....you seem so rejuvenated!". My mom also asked what I had done to turn back the clock, and you know how critical moms can be! Before coming to Brooke, I had never had anything more than a mild facial, much less any injectables. But, after losing weight, my always plump cheeks had withered away and I was happy with the weight loss, but not what it was doing to my face. So, I began doing my research and found 2 different locations in Austin for injectables that were the most highly recommended. At one, the staff was very nice and welcoming, but they all looked a little scary.....they all had just a little too much injected or botoxed....just scary. The second place I went, a very well known Dermatology business in West Austin, was cold, demeaning, and suggested that I have thousands of dollars of work done--including laser and acutane-like drugs...who prescribes acutane any more????? Had I gone to that place first, I would have given up on the whole process. After complaining that I wasn't happy with the outcomes of my research, I was referred to Brooke by a friend. To my surprise, I walked in to find Brooke- the most warm and welcoming person that is absolutely beautiful--just absolutely gorgeous. She was just what I was looking for in someone to help me get those youthful cheeks back. During our consult, she made a full suggestion list of everything she would do and talked me through all of the different options and explained each process and what to expect in great detail. Brooke very patiently and technically answered all of my thousand questions and did not pressure me into doing anything! In fact, because I was so cautious as a newby to this stuff, during the first visit, I only did about half of the things she recommended........and, exactly as she said, I absolutely loved what she did and came back in two weeks to have her to do the rest! One other amazing thing about Brooke is her medical field experience. Being an ICU nurse, she uses a technique that is above the standard for injectables and I HAD NO BRUISING!!! I was worried about bruising after being warned by the other two places about the extensive bruising I would have after injectables. Not with Brooke!!!
