I've been visiting the studio for a few months now, I've had laser on my legs and face, the results so far are phenomenal. Each time I have been in I've been treated like a friend by Sascha and Pauli. The studio is easy to get to and has plenty of parking. You ring the doorbell and they let you in the lobby for a covid temp test and check in, and then to the treatment room. Everything is spotless clean and comfortable. When you are done they take just about any payment option you can think of. Pricing of treatments is well explained before you start and I think that you get great value for the price. Not going to lie, laser treatment hurts, but they do a really good job of making sure it goes as fast as possible and you always know what they are going to do before they do it. The results are worth it! I'm a member of the LGBT+ community and they are super welcoming here. Honestly probably the best place I've found in Austin. Sascha is an absolute gem. Always ready for appointments, one of the nicest and most caring people I've ever met, and really thorough on treatments. She manages to make what could easily be an awful experience (especially at first. It get way better as you go on) into pretty much just a friendly interaction, the place even pretty much feels like a home when you come in. Pretty much all the hair I was worried about is gone, what's left is barely visible at best, I can go days, maybe weeks without shaving now. So glad to finally be free from my main problem. I am so incredibly happy to have found this studio. I've had laser and electrolysis treatments done here, both with phenomenal results. I was skeptical of laser in general, as I had heard horror stories (high cost, no result) - but not here! They thoroughly educate you on the process and tailor each session to your body, where you are in the process, etc. I was absolutely blown away by my laser treatments, even after just one session, that I quickly expanded it to other areas of my body. I've completed leg treatments, have moved on to face and underarm, and am now exploring other treatments as I've been so pleased with the results. What's more is the service. Sascha is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, compassionate and kind. She makes a service that would otherwise be awkward and uncomfortable extremely pleasant and, dare I say, enjoyable. This joint is run by Cheryl Piquard, who has, as the name suggests, experience in both laser hair removal and old-school electolysis. And Cheryl is fabulous. I was referred to her by a trans lady I met. (By the way, trans women are often the best people to ask for electrolysist referrals. Think about it.) Is Cheryl cheap? No. But she's totally worth it. First off, she has excellent customer service skills. She's nice, she's knowledgeble. She's aware of medical conditions and hormonal issues that get people in her door and can converse about the latest medical research. Better than all of this, though, is that she treats every hair like she has her own personal vendetta against it. She'll zap you until every last sucker is gone from your skin. She refers to the hairs she's zapped as "dead soldiers". This pretty much makes her a 5 star general in the war against unwanted hair. read more

I am beyond thrilled that I found LES and Sascha in particular. Walking into the studio you immediately feel like you are at home as it's clean, stylishly decorated and incredibly welcoming. Sascha is an expert at hair removal and can create a customized plan that gets you to where you want to be as quickly and painlessly as possible. I started the electrolysis process awhile back but quit due to frustration and pain. Her prices are the best Ive found in Austin and I couldnt have asked for more! I have experience with multiple laser hair removal places both in LA and Austin, and Sascha's work is significantly better than other places that I have experienced. Sascha is amazing at what she does! I have had laser at 3 different locations and about 10 different technicians and none of them were as knowledgeable and as friendly as her. Sascha was able to explain why some hair were coming back and used the professional terms for it (no one else had said why prior to this). She selected the appropriate equipment and settings to address my concerns. She uses special goggles to zoom in into the area that she is treating and patiently treated each hair and asked me to double check to ensure that she had addressed all my concerns. During the treatment she frequently checked on how I felt and offered to stop if necessary. Once she finished, she explained what would happen in the upcoming hours, days and weeks. She is very friendly and definitely will make you smile and enjoy your time with her. Also, place is super clean, she wears gloves throughout the treatment and all the equipment is clean as well. You couldn't find a better provider. If you are Transgender the openness and knowledge is profound. If you are Cisgender then you will be well care for and given wonderful results. I've been working with Allie in Cheryl's studio for about a month. She is sweet, diligent, and communicates very clearly. She did a great job up front setting reasonable expectations and I am extremely pleased with the results. Electrolysis is expensive, but not as painful as I thought it would be. And I am so relieved not to be spending so much time parked in front of the bathroom mirror with a pair of tweezers anymore. I wish I had done this years ago. It wasn't until my dermatologist recommended Cheryl that I trusted anyone enough to get started.
