I visited Texas Laser Academy to have my legs and underarms lasered. The first time I went, I was…read moreunable to receive service due to an issue that could have been spotted by a questionnaire in advance, obviating the need for me to drive there. The same thing happened the second time. The third time, I was given an iPad to fill out a form. I have a disability that makes it very difficult for me to type on an iPad or phone, so I asked for help with the form. The manager complained (in a very confrontational manner) that I did not fill out the form myself. I have never been treated that badly before or since. That manager is the only service person who has ever complained about my need for disability accommodations. When I suggested that all forms be sent to clients before the first visit, so problems could be noted and solved before clients had to drive to the studio, he became quite defensive. He showed no empathy. I have never been treated so badly by any service provider. I find it ironic that a manager at a school that teaches people to perform a service career would be so callous. My advice is that you consider driving up north to Austin's other laser school, where service is impeccable.

They cannot perform miracles and they lie to you about how 'quick' and 'easy' they can get rid of your hair. Eight to ten treatments is not realistic. Crystal is very knowledgeable about laser hair removal. I highly recommend her services, especially if you have olive skin tone. Her laser shoots out a burst of cool air right before the laser hits your skin. I have done 6 full body treatments and my arms, back, and paper lip are pretty much clear of hair.
